チェックインの時、オーナーらしき人の良さそうなおばあちゃまが対応して下さったが、英語がわからずなかなか手間取った。でも本当に良い人でした。朝食はシンプルを極めています。部屋は掃除が行き届いています。

KTELのバス停から近く、宿のおばあちゃんが細やかに世話をしてくれます。バルコニーには椅子とテーブルが置いてあり、ゆったり寛げます。バスタブ付きの部屋でしたが、温かいお湯が出る時間の確認を怠ったために冷水でした。着いた時には温水が出たので湯船につかれなかったのは残念。朝食も美味しかったです。

バス停の真ん前で、ホテルの名前が見えたので、慌てて降りました。ホテルは清潔で、とても快適でした。　オーナーのお母さんに、オリンピアの遺跡と博物館は８時までとの説明を受けて、荷物を部屋に置いてくると、オーナーが居たので、明日のバスの、ピゴラスーアテネ間の予約を電話でして貰いました。7:30発なので、少し残念でしたが、朝食は、頼みませんでした。4時頃から遺跡はゆっくり見て回れました。　日没は、8時過ぎでした。　

バス停、鉄道駅に近く家族経営。到着日に13：30だったが15：00にミュージアムが閉まるから急ぐように言われ、間に合った。 シーズンインは、翌週からでその時からは19：00まででした。

街の中心にありオリンピア遺跡まで徒歩で行けるホテル。無料で駐車でき、ゲストが少なかったためかもしれませんが朝食は私のためだけに用意してくれました。部屋も広くてきれいでとても快適でした。しかも安いと思います。

改装されとても綺麗。クーラー・冷蔵庫・バスタブ・液晶テレビが備わり快適。バルコニーにはイスとテーブルがあり、目の前の教会や町のメインストリートを眺めながらお茶を飲むのも贅沢な時間の過ごし方。

ホテルの裏にホテル所有の駐車スペースがあります。 移籍までは歩いて行ける距離です。

This hotel was functional and parking was available, which was a plus. The room was rather small and the bathroom was older than in some other facilities. The concierge was pleasant to talk with and provided us with maps to the museums and sites, which was helpful.

Excellent hotel, good breakfast, parking, near all local attractions, The owner recommended a nice beach 15 min away.

The cleanliness of the room was less than basic. The toilet seat was broken; the bathtub needed a good scrubbing. The breakfast , which was an extra charge, was minimal to say the least. Interestingly, we were the only ones there to eat. The location was close to the archaeological site.

The room was clean but outdated with bare minimum amenities. Breakfast was OK. The staff friendly.

The place is walking distance from the archeological site, museums and stores and restaurants, but it needs updating. I will personally not return, but for a short, one night stay while passing through it might work.

Generally, a comfortable stay in an upgraded older property in an in a good location, easy walking to the archaeological site and museum.Our room was a little cramped because they tried to squeeze in a second bed, which didn’t really fit. Overall, certainly worth what we paid for it.

Hier werden we gastvrij ontvangen door een vrolijke goed Engelssprekende gastheer. Deze zorgt persoonlijk voor de gasten en legt alles goed uit, wijst op belangrijke punten en geeft ook een plattegrondje met tips mee voor in de omgeving van Olympia. Het hotel heeft een eigen parkeerplaats onder de sinaasappelbomen. De badkamer is heel ruim en voorzien van bad met extra veel handdoeken. Het hotel is op loopafstand van alle belangrijke musea en de opgravingen. De gastheer heeft zelf Griekse koek volgens familierecept bereid, waar maak je dat nog mee?

I stayed at Hotel Kronio for one night in late April 2026 as part of a wider "odyssey" across mainland Greece. The room was clean and spacious, and the owner was very pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast was good. All local sites - including Ancient Olympia and the museums - are within walking distance. Restaurants and cafes are also within easy reach. Hereby recommended.

Room is clean and the staff is EXCELLENT. Very friendly and hospitable. For a 3 star hotel, it is an excellent one.
