ルーブル美術館に近く便利な場所でした 最低限の広さは、パリのアパルトマンに滞在している気分でした。また情報通りエレベーターが無く、部屋は4階…。 でもスタッフが良かったです。可愛い女性がスーツケースを一つ軽々と運んでくれてビックリしました。またチェックアウト後にも荷物を快く預かってもらえて、おかげでゆっくりルーブル美術館で過ごすことができました。

エアコンが壊れていたが、滞在中修繕されなかった。1日目は寒い中で震えながら寝た。クレームしたら２日目はポータブルヒーターを入れてくれたが、それは友人が泊まっている部屋から移動させたもので、今度は友人が寒い思いをした。総合的なサービスが非常に低いと感じた。

古い建物なのでエレベーターがありませんでした。泊まった部屋が4階で、更に部屋のドアを開けると、そこにはトイレのドアと更に上に上がる階段があり、それを上がると部屋にたどり着きます。 滞在中、何度も階段を上り下りするのと、トイレに行くのも階段の昇降が必要なのが大変でしたが、チェックインとチェックアウトの際のスーツケースは大変親切なスタッフさんが運んでくれたので問題ありませんでした。 部屋は滞在には必要充分な広さがあり全く問題ありませんでした。

アクセス良好で部屋もキレイでした。 最上階に宿泊しましたが、エレベーターがないのでスーツケース等荷物を持っていると大変です。 徒歩でオペラガルニエやルーブル美術館に行けて便利でした。 スタッフの方も親切で良かったです。

This place was amazing, staff is very friendly and inviting.

The staff was AMAZING! Helped me with shipping my luggage back to the states! They went above and beyond to help and accommodate us! The room was clean and the location was great! We did have a lot of luggage and there is no elevator so they put us on a lower floor but there is still a lot of stairs so pack lighter!

The location of this hotel is perfect for getting to all the sites. The Louvre is a quick walk away. There is no elevator at this hotel so if you have mobility issues this is not the place for you. We stayed on the 4th floor and it is a challenge if you are bringing large suitcases. We were thankful for only having one carry on and backpacks! The room was very comfortable and super quiet. We didn’t hear any street noise or other guests at all. The staff at the front desk we very polite and helpful. We were able to leave our bags while they got our room ready for us so we could explore.

Centralt beläget med trevlig personal och luftkonditionering på rummet. Rummet något litet och frukost ingår inte, men man kan beställa och få en enklare frukost på rummet.

Ikke veldig rent. Nattevakten var frekk og lite hjelpsom. Rommene ser ikke ut som på bildene.

Beautiful and unique hotel in a vibrant part of Paris. Lots of cafes and restaurants in easy walking distance.

Clean room, friendly staff, great location

Staff was very accommodating and polite.

We couldn’t completely close the curtains which let in too much light. We couldn’t adjust the A/C in the second bedroom. There was either no bathroom fan or it didn’t work. Not having a shower curtain would make most of the bathroom floor wet. On the plus side, the staff was nice and helpful.
