ルーブル美術館に近く便利な場所でした 最低限の広さは、パリのアパルトマンに滞在している気分でした。また情報通りエレベーターが無く、部屋は4階…。 でもスタッフが良かったです。可愛い女性がスーツケースを一つ軽々と運んでくれてビックリしました。またチェックアウト後にも荷物を快く預かってもらえて、おかげでゆっくりルーブル美術館で過ごすことができました。

エアコンが壊れていたが、滞在中修繕されなかった。1日目は寒い中で震えながら寝た。クレームしたら２日目はポータブルヒーターを入れてくれたが、それは友人が泊まっている部屋から移動させたもので、今度は友人が寒い思いをした。総合的なサービスが非常に低いと感じた。

古い建物なのでエレベーターがありませんでした。泊まった部屋が4階で、更に部屋のドアを開けると、そこにはトイレのドアと更に上に上がる階段があり、それを上がると部屋にたどり着きます。 滞在中、何度も階段を上り下りするのと、トイレに行くのも階段の昇降が必要なのが大変でしたが、チェックインとチェックアウトの際のスーツケースは大変親切なスタッフさんが運んでくれたので問題ありませんでした。 部屋は滞在には必要充分な広さがあり全く問題ありませんでした。

アクセス良好で部屋もキレイでした。 最上階に宿泊しましたが、エレベーターがないのでスーツケース等荷物を持っていると大変です。 徒歩でオペラガルニエやルーブル美術館に行けて便利でした。 スタッフの方も親切で良かったです。

overall had a great experience, great location and the staff were super helpful. The free Wifi was non-existent and only worked in one section of the room with the device on the floor. otherwise it was fantastic

Great location. Short walk to the Louvre, the metro, and a hundred restaurants. Room was pretty tight for 3 of us but it was enough. We only slept there and were gone all day.

Positive note: The staff are very nice! Property is very quiet for being in middle of a large city! Easy walk to many great sites in Paris. Areas of improvement: explanation of a/c and the fact that skylights on the fourth floor can open would have been nicer at time of checkin instead of day 2. Water closet is in room, but down 12 stairs from bedroom and shower. Approx ~ 90 stairs between street and our room (445).

Some strong positives to this property: super comfy beds, including queen size, which is rare in the boutique hotels. Very friendly& helpful staff. Modern bathroom & amenities. Great location. Just 2 negatives but they could be deal breakers for you: the A/C unit is noisy; when I asked about changing rooms I was told it was an unfixable problem with the motor in all the units. The other is no elevator, which could be a problem for those w limited mobility. But the very helpful staff takes your luggage up & down the stairs for you.

Excelente ubicación. Los encargados nos ayudaron muchísimo para ubicarnos y siempre mostraron buena disposición para evacuar dudas, incluso respecto a temas distintos al hospedaje.

Location is great, but the toilet (bowl, shower floor, and basin need updating). They are all stained and red.

No hay elevador y el aire no funcionaba correctamente! Mala experiencia en general. El staff fue amable y eso se agradece.

Travelled to Paris in a heatwave. The AC didn’t really work and no fans provided upon request. Amazing location.

Hotel was ok, room is small but clean and has AC which was a big plus for us since it was really hot outside. Location is great, close to the Royal palace, the Louvre and the opera. 5min walk to the nearest metro station, and nearby restaurants and shops. There is a laundromat next door which makes it super convenient if you need to get some laundry done. The only issue for me was the steep and narrow stairs, there is no elevator so if you have one or more big pieces of luggage good luck. Reception staff is helpful and friendly.

Air conditioning was lacking but improved over the days we were there.

Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. I requested a quiet room and while it did take a few extra hours to gain access to the room, I appreciated the staff being thoughtful enough to choose the right room for us. The room was very nice, and location was very central. I’d stay again.
