Nice location in the centre of the capital. The hotel is old and does not have an elevator. On the other hand the price is quite interesting while hotels in Paris in general are very expensive.

階段がなく、4階まで荷物運ぶのは厳しかった。 エアコンがなく、最近の猛暑にはたえられない。

1泊滞在なら悪くないです。駅から近いし、チェックイン前数時間でも入れてくれました。近くに店もあります。シャンプーと石鹸もあり、冷蔵庫つきです。朝食はパンとコーヒーのベーシックなものですが、それもよし。 ただエレベーターがないため5階とかで荷物が大きいとやや大変かな。 あと壁が薄いのか厚くて直に伝わるのか分かりませんが、隣の声は小さく聞こえます。あとトイレを流すと上の階から音で流れてくるのが分かるので、そういうのが気にならなければ。

このホテルはとても良かったです。部屋の設備に問題はなかったです。Wi-Fiもよかったです。シャワーに感動しました。なぜならすぐにお湯が出たからです。アミニティーはシャンプーとボディ石鹸、バスタオルでした。ドライヤーはありませんでした。朝ごはんはバゲットとクロワッサンとオレンジジュースと選べるドリンクです。（コーヒー、ティー、ホットショコラ）。 　唯一よくない点は立地です。外はレストランが多く夜は騒がしいです。窓を閉めても騒音は聞こえます。

I start with the good: breakfast 8€ per person. (7-11am). Hotel was clean, basic, but cozy. TV in the room. Staff provided fresh towels daily. Beds were comfy. Staff was accommodating and pleasant. They spoke English as well. Breakfast consisted of orange juice, coffee, 2 croissants and 2 rolls with provided butter and jelly. The environment was quiet and friendly. Very close to the metro and train. There are various cafés and restaurants around. No bed bugs! And clean smell. And the bad: We had breakfast around 10am by then the bread was no longer fresh. No elevator/lift No iron or hair dryer No coffee maker or microwave. Shower leaked from the bottom and floor got wet at every use. Sink is quite small. Makes a mess of water when washing hands or face.

Clean, no ac. Loud outside.

Correct pour une nuit

Hotel is in a great location, 5 min from a metro stop. Rooms very clean. Staff very nice. Hotel could use renovation but for the price, it was perfect and we’d come back here again. Be aware, no elevator. We walked up 6 flights of stairs for our room which was fine for us, but would be tough if you have large luggage.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. L hôtel est dans son jus, mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer une bonne nuit. Très calme. Personnel accueillant.

Encore un séjour très satisfaisant ; accueil, propreté impeccable, chambre pas très grande (on est à Paris, et c'est en rapport avec le prix), mais complète (bureau) et calme, et un excellent rapport qualité/prix

La chambre est minuscule. Le lit est inconfortable et le matelas à renouveler. Le petit-déjeuner est très simple, le café mediocre. C'est suffisant pour passer juste une nuit avant de prendre un train.

Great base to visit Paris near to two metro lines. Facilities are basic but clean. There isn't a lift which can be tricky. We would stay again

J'avais demandé une chambre au 1er étage pour éviter d'avoir beaucoup de marches à monter mais c'était encore mieux car il m'a été donné une chambre au rdc, la proximité avec la gare de l'Est est très pratique, le petit déjeuner est correct tout comme la chambre seul bémol pas assez de visibilité extérieur dans la chambre et lors de mon départ le personnel pensait que le petit déjeuner n'était pas compris dans mma réservation alors que si.
