部屋は清潔で十分な広さにも満足しましたが、我々が最も感心させられたのはレセプションのAlessioさんの対応の素晴らしさです。リスポンスのスピード、我々の質問に対する的確な回答、我々の立場に立った対応等々、日本の”おもてなし”を思わせるイタリア版おもてなしでした。

二泊したが、一拍目の夜はぬるいお湯が少量しか出ず、とても寒い思いをした。 チェックアウト時に追加料金を支払う際、クレジットカードがなぜか有効にならず、解決するまでにとても冷たい扱いを受けた。イタリアでオペラチケットを購入した時に悪用と判定され自動的に制限が発生、カード会社に連絡して解決。一流ホテルのフロントであれば臨機応変、対応策提案があるのでは。

Totally it's good hotel but some of staff's manner was so bad. ofcorce some is good though. Location is nice.

アメリカ大使館前で周辺には高級ホテルがおおく、安全な地域でした。 部屋は清潔で快適でした。ツインで、バスタブありでした。 初めはお湯がでにくかったです。 部屋には冷蔵庫もあり、1泊あたり１本の水（炭酸なし、炭酸あり１本ずつ）が無料でした。 Wifiも快適に使用できます。 付近の駅はバルベリーニ駅で、坂を下って行きます。だいたい徒歩で１０分弱かかります。 空港からの送迎を予約しましが、夜到着して、ホテルまでの送りは65ユーロで、朝の空港への送迎は55ユーロできした。 朝食は事前予約で、一人１０ユーロでした。野菜がないのが、気になりましたが甘いパン系は大変美味でした。

Great Location: within 10 minutes walk to Spanish Steps, quiet area, safe to walk around after dark. Facilities: was looking forward to relaxing in the advertising 6 x 6 meter hydromassage pool after the daily long walk, but it is actually not working without any notice. Rooms: clean and comfortable bed. But for 4-nights, only the 4th night supplied Skim milk, not sure why. No bathrobes, and not provided extra towels for the pool, need to ask for extra towels every time before go to the pool. Breakfast: same items served 4 days in a row even Saturday and Sunday except one hot item. The hot item is changed between potatoes wedges and stir fried red peppers. And first time for me, no name and description for the food item. For food allergies customers, that will harder when selecting food. Honestly, I am not sure if it’s a four star hotel.

Thank you for the wonderful stay! We loved the property, room and area. We enjoyed the morning breakfast buffet and we dined three times in the evening. Our evening wind down from our day was amazing to relax with night caps. We look forward to returning next time!

Stayed for a week and had an overall very good stay. Large suite was clean with big soaking tub, great mattress and plenty of seating. Front desk was very receptive to requests. There is a convenient grocery mart across the street and a taxi stand very close by. Downside was that it would get quite warm in the rooms and it does not appear that the air conditioning fo the building was turned on. We slept with windows open most nights which brought in the street noise. In-room dining menu was very sparse and ends quite early (10 pm).

Definitely will come back! Great and beautiful hotel, excellent location, room so nice and spacious, excellent costumer service, all the staff very friendly.

Excellent stay. Fantastic staff and great location. The pool just topped it off for our kids!

Very good

The stay for me and my family was really nice. The hotel was very elegent in style and the rooms clean.My daughters used the pool and I the fitness center. Very convenient to local shops and attractions. Will recommended this lovely place to everybody.

O hotel é muito bom, localizado num lugar bonito e perto de várias atrações da cidade, o que favorece que se faça muita coisa a pé. O atendimento é simpático. O café da manhã muito bom. O quarto tem um tamanho ótimo, o banheiro é meio pequeno, mas é funcional.
