ルッカに旅行するのは今回で２回目ですが、前回同様このホテルを利用させていただきました。家庭的な間口を通ると、そこには癒しの空間が広がっていていつまでもここにいたいな、という思いにさせてくれるホテルです。次回ルッカにまた訪れる機会がありましたら、再度利用させてもらおうと思っています。

ホテルの部屋がとても素敵で、居心地が良く癒されました。となりにはとても美味しくて、従業員のお姉さんたちが働き者で気持ちの良いオステリアがあり、リーズナブルでこんなに美味しいお料理が食べれるなんて！と感激してしまいました。ぜひお勧めのホテルです。

This charming hotel was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good and quite close to the city walls. The breakfast was very good in a charming room.

Proffsigt men vänligt och mycket trevligt bemötande, familjär stämning, utmärkt frukost och fascinerande rum, vilka alla var unika i olika storlekar. Läget i centrum innanför murarna var det bästa, utan trafikljud. Allt till belåtenhet!

Albergo confortevole in ottima posizione centrale, con reception aperta 24/24; ambienti ricchi di dettagli curati ed oggetti vintage, squisitamente piacevoli! Colazione ricca con possibilità di spremute e centrifughe fresche, nonché golose quanto inusuali mele al forno con cannella, come tornare indietro nel tempo! Peccato la mancanza di un'attenzione o una carineria in più, aspettata da una Maison de Charme tanto curata, per il soggiorno in occasione di un anniversario di matrimonio (ben segnalato): una bottiglia di acqua complimentary all'arrivo o un biglietto in camera sarebbero stati apprezzati, invece di una carnera con porta comunicante; una piccolezza, ma sono i dettagli che rendono un posto speciale. Comunque sicuramente un luogo speciale dove tornare.

Our second time staying here because of its great location and good breakfast but this time we didn’t get a room with a view. Still good though. Highly recommend the baked apples at breakfast!

We very much enjoyed our stay. A perfect location within the walls of Lucca, convenient for both dining and shopping. The rooms were clean and our room was done uniquely in hand painted murals. The thing that stands out to me most during our stay was the friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel is located in a central part of Lucca. Rooms are all different and very nice…. Staff are the Friendly People, breakfast is very good. Rooms are clean and very quiet… I am a return Guest, and will be returning in the near future.. Thank you all at Maison de Charme

Struttura nel cuore del centro di Lucca, camera molto confortevole e silenziosa, personale gentilissimo, ambiente curato. Quando tornerò a Lucca sceglierò di nuovo questo hotel

Struttura nel centro storico, posizione strategica. Personale cordiale e simpatico. La camera con jacuzzi era molto bella con una vista suggestiva su Lucca. La colazione molto varia e buona.

While I wouldn't wish my spare time in the room, it was clean and comfortable - I had trouble with controlling the lighting in the room - one switch turned everything off ( not unusual) but nothing would turn off the bathroom light which was a bit frustrating. And while I was happy to have an in-room safe - it was far too small - it couldn't even hold an iPad let alone a LapTop. However the staff were friendly and the breakfast delicious. I'd happily go back for another stay.

Each and every member of hotel staff was a joy to deal with. Everything was “yes” with a smile and was done willingly and right away, including lifting of heavy bags, answers to our many questions, and great recommendations for dining and shopping.

Wauw, wat een mooi hotel. Bij aankomst werden we zeer vriendelijk onthaalt. De auto kun je vlakbij parkeren op een parkeerterrein voor 18 euro p.n. De kamer is helemaal super. Erg groot, het lijkt pas opgeknapt, en heel mooi. De badkamer lijkt op een wellness center; groot, bubbelbad, inloopdouche met stortdouche, echt prachtig. Internet op de kamer is supersnel. Ontbijt was heel erg goed. Veel keuze, goede koffie, lekkere kazen. Het hotel ligt heel centraal vlakbij het amfitheater. Als ik dit geweten had, hadden we hier meer nachten doorgebracht. Echt een aanrader.
