夏休みだったからか、スタッフが新人の人だったように感じた。チェックインでは少し時間がかかったけど、良い対応をしてくれた。駐車場は1日20€するから、スペースがあれば路上に停めることをお勧めします。

This is a really nice hotel. Pool area is fine and location a bit off ”the main street” yet near walking distance both to the port with restaurants and also the ”old town” also with many restaurants that are worth a visit. You can park the car in the streets outside but may be a hazzel to fond a spot - then the garage is helpful but comes with an extra cost. Breakfast in the morning outside looking over the port great start of the day. Overall would stay here again.

Gym is basic mainly cardio machines but well spaced - pool area great - plenty of sun beds and shades- poo towels provided - rooms clean - tidy - lots of space for clothes and plenty of hangers - bathroom good space with plenty of ability to store toiletries - the balcony in a triple room was tiny one seat pretty inaccessible but dried swim suits . Reception staff excellent very helpful. Buffet breakfast excellent all very fresh - replenished quickly - omelettes made to order - huge variety and well spaced with good flow for guests. Hotel great location - steps down to port and life back up and short walk across the old town - would highly recommend . Didn’t use spa but massages and treatments available.

Stayed at the hotel for four nights. Property was very well maintained, very clean and nice. Room was amazing, we shared a triple room for three of us and was very spacious.breakfast was very good, lots of choice. Lovely views from restaurant.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The location was convenient, and everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Camera grande, molto luminosa, bagno bellissimo con doccia doppia, letti molto comodi, splendida vista e molto silenzioso. Breakfast straordinario un po’ caro se non si approfitta di tutto !

The AC didn’t work for the entire hotel. They should not be putting guests in a hotel when it’s 95 degrees in the room

Helaas werd niet , niet direct of slechts deels aan de verwachtingen voldaan . Zwembad gesloten voor onderhoud ( terwijl het de eerste week met mooi weer was !) , naar de gratis fles mousserende wijn heb ik 3x moeten vragen . Hoewel er werd aangegeven dat het water niet drinkbaar was , werd er maar 1 fles water gratis beschikbaar gesteld . Bij het zwembad werd er gewaarschuwd voor teveel zon , maar schaduw/parasols ( slechts 2 beschikbaar) , ho maar . Aangezien niet alle kamers een balkon hadden ging je daarheen om buiten te zitten. Ernstig vind ik het ontbreken van een steun on het bad . Aangezien je ook moest douchen in bad , is het voor veel mensen gevaarlijk om uit de badkuip te klimmen . Je beethouden aan een glazen, beweegbare wand is de enige optie. Ook miste ik extra’s als een tissuebox , badmuts etc , die je in een 4 sterrenhotel wel mag verwachten.

Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour de 4 nuits au Catalonia. Ménage fait tous les jours. Nous avons testé le spa, dommage le hammam ne fonctionnait pas sinon tout était très propre. Le petit déjeuner est très très complet et pour tous les goûts. Mention spéciale à Marion pour son amabilité.

Das Hotel war klasse, mit einem traumhaften Ausblick und Lage.

It was clean and comfortable! The staff was very kind and helped us with our needs like taxis. きれいで過ごしやすいです! オフシーズンだったので公共交通機関が少なかったのですがタクシーを手配してくださりました。

Obwohl höhere Kategorie gebucht, musste ich nochmals Aufpreis bezahlen. Dazu kamen kosten für den Hund (das stand nirgendswo). Dazu ein Deposit für den Hund von € 200. Es wurde als Hundefreundliches Hotel angeboten, aber kein Hund im Restaurant. Man schickte uns zum Essen an die Bar und der Barkeeper sagte, der Hund muss auf die Terrasse (bei Regen). Also blieb nur Essen auf dem Zimmer. Genauso kamen Kosten für die Benutzung der Sauna (das stand auch nirgendswo). Das war das erste Mal in meinem Leben, dass man für die Sauna extra zahlen muss. Und bei meiner Bemerkung an der Rezeption zuckte man nur die Schulter - in dem Sinne: Me da igual! Da fehlt es also auch noch am Training der Mitarbeiter. Alles in allem eine große Abzocke - bei Expedia mit € 92 angegeben, habe ich am Ende rund € 170 bezahlt (ohne Essen auf dem Zimmer - wegen Hund) Und das Ganze in der Nebensaison, wo man sich über jeden Gast freuen sollte. Fazit: Nie wieder Catalonia Mirador

A lovely hotel with great views over the port area. Modern, clean and tidy and rooms refreshed daily. Staff helpful and spoke very good English, they went out of their way to help booking a taxi etc Great proximity to town ( quick walk)
