お手頃な価だったので、ひとり旅で利用しました。 設備は少し古いですが、清潔感に問題は感じませんでした。 ホテルの場所は、言うこと無しでほとんどの観光地へ歩いて行くことができます。ビルの上にあり、客室も少ないですが、フロント近くにはいつもスタッフがいて、出入りのときには声をかけてくれるので、安心できました。気さくなスタッフの方で、快く利用できました。

繁華街からは少し外れているため、夜静かに過ごしたい人にはお勧めです。そのかわり、ホテルの近くにはバルはありません。と言っても徒歩圏内に店はあります。 部屋は狭いですが、バスタブもあり清潔感があったので良かったです。 駅まで徒歩15分程の距離です。

対応したフロントの方２名のうち１名はスペイン語しか話さなかったが、周辺の案内や空港への行き方など親切に教えてくれ、当方にスペイン語の知識が乏しくてもなんとか理解できた。部屋は狭く、くつろげるとは言えない。出入りに際して、夜間はビルの入り口が施錠されており、ブザーを押して開錠してもらう必要があり、若干不便を感じた。

こじんまりとしたホテルですが、皆さん英語が話せますしスペイン語が話せる私にとっては居心地良いホテルです！

初めにフロントで地図に印を付けて周辺を説明してくれるなど、スタッフの方がとても親切でした。また、海辺にも街にも近く、とても便利でした。（確かバス停からも近かったと思います。）そして、なんといってもリーズナブル！設備等は必要最小限ですが、本当にお得なホテルです。

ビルの8階がホテルになっており、小さなホテルですが、 街中の至る所に「アラメダ」の看板あり、分かりやすいと思います。 セキュリティーはしっかりしており、ホテルも清潔で安心できるホテルでした。 受付のおじさんも親日家で、色々気を使って下さる方でした。 コミュニケーション好きな方にはお勧めします！

バス停からも近く、 駅にも歩けない距離ではないので、 ネルハやフリヒリアナに観光に行くにも便利な場所でした✨ 部屋には、オレンジジュースとマドレーヌが付いてます^_^ 荷物も預かってくれましたよ

Helpful staff, quick checkin. Hotel literally on top of a theatre in the puerto area so a 3 min walk past a taxi stand to the Centro. Quiet and comfy room.

This is a basic hotel situated on the 8th floor of the building. Welcome and staff were good. I had a single room for one night. The air con didn’t work but the reception guy did sort it for me. The bed was comfortable. The shower head went crazy when I turned it on and the water ended up all over the bathroom. My issue with the hotel is that it was noisy. Groups of lads came back late and talked loudly and let doors slam but for the price of the room I guess that’s the clientele it’s likely to attract. It served its purpose for me for one night but I wouldn’t return.

Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es ist sehr hellhörig. Ist sehr Zentral gelegen. Hafen und auch die Innenstadt sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen.

Værelset var fint men ret lille. Mn kunne høre alt ude fra gangen.

Bra läge. Trevlig personal. Lite krångligt med trappor, smala korridorer när vi reste med barn och barnvagn. Annars perfekt för en natt!

Väldigt trevlig och hjälpfull personal och ett enkelt fint rum med strålande utsikt.

Rummet är försummat. Balkongdörren gick inte att stänga. Personalen tyckte inte det var något problem. Rummet var granne med vattenpump för hela fastigheten vilket gjorde att den var igång varje kvart på natten. Labyrint att komma fram till rummet. Inga brand utrymmningsskyltar. Hemsk.

Quarto bom e confortável.

It was a perfect place for what I needed. I was a solo traveler that stayed there for a week. The location was perfect. And it had a little fridge which saved me a lot of trouble. It was clean and comfortable. Yes the rooms can be small but they were cozy. The doors were thin so I could here some sound but I wear earplugs so that doesn't bother me. Most of the staff was lovely. Some need to remember not everyone speaks Spanish who travels there. But otherwise very helpful and friendly.

Staff were so helpful and friendly , room small but adequate and very clean and cleaned daily. Central loication and easy to get to everywhere.
