広い客室、大きなバスタブ、独立したシャワールーム、上質なベッド、旧市街広場に面したロケーション、英語を話せるフレンドリーなスタッフ、全てにおいて申し分ない滞在でした。

最初、シャワーのみの部屋に通されたが、希望するとバスタブ付きの部屋に変更してもらえた。 変更後の部屋は広くゆったりしていた。 バスタブの他に独立したシャワールームがあり、シンクも二つあって使い勝手が良かった。 アメニティが男女別にあり、充実していた。 ウェルカムサービスのキャラメルボックスは、量もたっぷりあり、いいお土産になった。 部屋の変更後、問題はないか何度も聞いてくれ、フォローがしっかりしていた。 旧市街中心部にあり、観光、食事、買い物、全てに便利。 何度も部屋に戻って休め、優雅な気分を満喫できた。 チェックアウト時刻が正午までなので、ゆっくり過ごせた。 サービスも気持ちよかった。 希望すると、ヘミングウェイの部屋を案内し、説明してもらえた。 とても充実した時間を過ごせた。

ロケーションは最高。パンプローナの中心で、どこにいくにも便利でした。またスタッフも本当に親切で、ちょっとした相談にも何でも聞いてくれました。部屋も最高で、ベランダのすぐ下には街の道がすぐ見え、牛追い祭りの時にはよく見えるだろうなぁと思いました。とにかく全て最高でした！ありがとうございました！！

Parking was a bit confusing but once we figured that out, the rest of our stay was perfect. The location, cleanliness and friendly staff made our stay a memorable one. Thank you!

First of do NOT use google maps to find the hotel as this takes you to a pedestrian street 7mins walk away. We called the hotel and they were very kind to send somebody to find us in the narrow pedestrian streets, especially as we were driving a 65 year old car !! Hotel is wonderfully positioned on the corner of the main square. Staff are brilliant and can’t do enough to help you. No restaurant in the hotel but there are plenty a stones throw away.

Fabulous facilities and location!

Hay algo de ruido ya que las calles de junto son muy concurridas y de mucha fiesta.

Pamplona was the surprise of our visit to the north of Spain. El Gran Hotel La Perla was without a doubt the very best choice when visiting this beautiful city. The staff was magnificent, the room fantastic, the bathroom was large and the location was PERFECT! Right in Plaza del Castillo where the action happens and the bulls pass by in la Corrida de Toros. Loved the Room Key as it felt like staying at a Castle. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel located right in the heart of Pamplona’s main plaza — you can’t beat the location! Everything is within walking distance: charming restaurants, local shops, and all the vibrant energy of the city. The hotel itself is elegant and full of character. If you’re a fan of Ernest Hemingway, this is the place to stay — you can feel the literary history and charm throughout. A perfect spot to experience Pamplona’s culture and atmosphere. Highly recommend!
