【良かった点】 ・スタッフの方が親切 ・設備が綺麗 ・チェックアウト時刻が遅いので、ゆっくり準備できる 【悪かった点】 ・冷蔵庫がない ・部屋の電気が暗い

街の中心部にあり、とても便利でした。駐車場がホテルの真下の有料駐車場になりますが分かりづらいです。ホテルは部屋が暗くて不便さがありました。

駅から徒歩5分の距離で大変便利でした。部屋も清潔で静かでした。周辺はたくさんの飲食店があり食事するには事欠かない。

朝食がもひとつ。ホテルの建物が不安。

場所が、レストランの上なのでわかりやすかった。 受付は、とてもフレンドリーで親切。 レストランでチーズとデザートをtake away したのに、冷蔵庫がなくて困った。 炭酸水も冷やしたい。 冷蔵庫さえあれば、また泊まりたいと思うホテル。 周辺は夜中まで騒がしかった。

Excellent location for visiting and close to railway station. Some confusion about our breakfast being included in the room rate even though it was clearly stated on the invoice. Breakfast was ok but a bit limited in choice and the buffet selection is in a small area.

Sara at the reception desk was amazing. She was so friendly and interacted with us and gave us suggestions and advice. We really loved her !!

28 tot 30 mei 2025: hier overnacht om Reims en omgeving op champagne gebied te verkennen. Hotel ligt in de directe nabijheid van een treinstation en diverse parkeergarages. Hotel ingang ligt een beetje verstopt tussen verschillende horecagelegenheden. Smalle entree met balie waar we werden verwelkomd. Ondanks het internationale karakter van de stad blijft het Engels spreken toch een dingetje, maar dat zal de Franse trots zijn? Kamer 404 was klein maar fijn en voorzien van een heel fijn 2 persoons bed. De badkamer was verder prima, missen alleen wat meer afleg ruimte voor bijvoorbeeld een toilettas of beautycase. Ontbijt redelijk compleet, thuis ontbijten we minder luxe. Als we een cijfer zouden geven: net een 7.

We had a great one-night stay here. The rooms are smallish but have character. The location is perfect especially if you are arriving by train — very close to the station. Situated on the main and active street in Reims. We had a small balcony and a view down to the Main Street, including looking right at the hotel’s period neon sign, which we loved. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Reims!

The staff was very nice and friendly. The facility was tired and needs a lot of TLC.

Great room big bed lots of room and comfy, hotel had some period features was pleasant great for town centre and the staff very helpful with advice on parking and helping other geyser finding other newrby places and food available from the bistro part of the premises

Extremely noisy until 1:30am. The shelving was crooked. Light fixture broken. Terribly decorated room. Felt caged in. Breakfast was awful, except the croissants. That’s what I get for a 3 star. My fault.

Hotel in the centre of the cafes and shops.

In an older building but the staff were very helpful, not really suitable for disabled but staff helped us as much as possible. There was a very good restaurant attached to the hotel and the food was very good. In a pedestrian area with underground parking.

Hotel bem localizado. Fica na praça principal. Não vai carro na porta. Tem que pagar um estacionamento subterrâneo e levar as malas. Eu não ficaria novamente.

Lovely hotel, convenient location

Hotel bem localizado. O tamanho do quarto é bom. Cama razoável. Chuveiro razoável. Café da manhã é bom.

Nice hotel with a great location right on the square. Lots of dining options just outside your door. Room was small and the toilet “cupboard” was awkward. Staff was great. We’d happily return.

Valitsimme hotellin sen keskeisen sijainnin vuoksi. Huone oli muuten ok ja kivalla kaupunkinäkymällä, mutta etenkin kylpyhuone kaipasi remonttia. Parvekkeella olisi ollut hyvä olla vaikka pari tuolia. Sänky oli todella hyvä, samoin aamiainen. Kadulta kuuluva melu voi häiritä heikkounisia. Hinta-laatu -suhde oli pikku puutteista huolimatta kuitenkin hyvä.
