客室は古いが清潔。駐車場は公共駐車場がすぐ近く、ホテル利用で割引あり。

入口が分かりにくかったのと冷蔵庫がなかったのがマイナス それ以外は満足している。

街の中心部にあり、とても便利でした。駐車場がホテルの真下の有料駐車場になりますが分かりづらいです。ホテルは部屋が暗くて不便さがありました。

駅から徒歩5分の距離で大変便利でした。部屋も清潔で静かでした。周辺はたくさんの飲食店があり食事するには事欠かない。

朝食がもひとつ。ホテルの建物が不安。

場所が、レストランの上なのでわかりやすかった。 受付は、とてもフレンドリーで親切。 レストランでチーズとデザートをtake away したのに、冷蔵庫がなくて困った。 炭酸水も冷やしたい。 冷蔵庫さえあれば、また泊まりたいと思うホテル。 周辺は夜中まで騒がしかった。

Friendly staff and well located

Personnel très avenant et accueillant. La chambre est propre, malgré un bruit de ventilation continu durant la nuit (malgré l'arrêt de la climatisation. Je recommande cet hôtel pour une nuit de passage. Lit confortable. Je recommande. à la prochaine

Belle chambre spacieuses, cependant la moquette et le mobilier de salle de bain meriteraint un rafraîchissement.

Room- needs improvement . Staff - great Location - fabulous Amenities - I was never informed by the hotel before my arriving that the restaurant was under renovations.

Room was lovely - great size, nice decor and a balcony overlooking the main plaza (the longest in France!). Spotlessly clean and staff that were very helpful and on hand. Only disappointment was that the breakfast was served across int he Best Western hotel due to the Hotel Bristol Reims kitchen refit, but it was a fabulous breakfast so worth the 30m walk out from the hotel!

Chambre très propre et très classe. Personnel au petit soin pour ses clients.

Huoneemme oli hotellin takaosassa, ja oli kyllä hiljainen mutta näkymä oli ilmastointikuiluun ja vastakkainen seinä alle puolen metrin päässä. Sinänsä ihan asiallinen huone, melko nuhjuinen. Siivous ainoastaan pyydettäessä, ja erikseen pyydettävä pyyhkeiden vaihto. Pyydettiin, mutta kumpaakaan ei tullut.

O quartonera muito mal cuidado. Tinha um cheiro de cigarro. O carpete tinha um aspecto de sujo. Era muito escuro, nao conseguia nem ver onque tinha na mala.

The room Smelled terrible when we arrived. We barely slept because it was also freezing cold in there and nothing to make it better. It was loud from people partying outside. We had asked at the restaurant to eat with our dog. They said they will make us a special table ready in 25 min. So we waited 25 min and then came back. We said we had the reservation and the guy there said we can sit outside ( it was around 3 degrees ) . That is unacceptable and also the tables outside have been available 25 min earlier so why would we need to wait for this time? We left and got take away to eat in the room. So all in all bad experience. Breakfast was good staff at desk was friendly .
