歴史のある建物、スタッフの快い対応、充実したレストラン、この値段でこれだけの内容はお勧めです。

格式と歴史を感じる概観・内装、設備は若干古いがルルドでは最高に入ると思う。何よりホテルのスタッフが親切でフレンドリー、特にレストランのスタッフがすばらしい。

ルルドの洞窟、聖堂に徒歩数分な上、部屋のバルコニーからは、賑やかな街の様子も垣間見れます。部屋のちょっとしたプチトラブルも敏速に対応してもらえました。

ルルドの聖堂・泉からすぐ近くの場所にあり観光に便利。　到着時のフロントスタッフがとても親切で、到着した午後・夜の見るべきものの時間や、どこから見ればよいかの情報まで懇切丁寧に教えてくれた。　部屋は清潔で快適。　建物としては名前のようなモダンなものではないが、フランスの良き時代を思わせる外観。　部屋の中の設備は十分にモダンで快適だった。

The Hotel Moderne exceeded my expectations, and you can’t beat the location! The hotel itself is beautiful and grand, and the room was very large and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed and more. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. I had dinner one night at the hotel restaurant, and it was an excellent experience with friendly, attentive service and delicious food. I actually wish I would have had planned to have more of my meals here. The location is very close to the Basilica, grotto, etc. which is so convenient, especially after the late torchlight procession (perfect for solo travelers!). I felt safe walking back with many other pilgrims walking that direction, too. The front desk staff was so helpful for everything I needed, including understanding the schedule of events at the Sanctuary and navigating a shuttle/bus to the local airport. I would highly recommend The Hotel Moderne and hope to visit again next time I visit Lourdes.

Perfect location. Beautiful building. Friendly and attentive staff

Staff was great especially the night auditor who was very kind after my train arrived two hour late from Paris (12:05AM). Not only did I have breakfast, but came back for lunch. Both meals were terrific!!! Front desk called me a taxi because I was having issues getting a ride service car…five star Plus + raining.

The hotel is a bit tired but beautiful. It appears to be the best place to stay in Lourdes. We had all of our meals at the restaurant. The food and service were top notch.

O hotel é ao lado do Santuário. Com uma equipe muito gentil e eficiente. Quarto amplo e cama confortável. O restaurante oferece refeição saborosa!

Amazing central location. Hotel has old school charm, clean and generous sized rooms. Reception staff and the senior management of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in Lourdes

We had an amazing 3 nights in Lourdes and the hotel was extremely convenient and helpful. They spoke fluent English which was a blessing.

Beautiful historical hotel right next to both Lourdes Basillica entrances, less than a five minute walk And all the shops and restaurants are right next to it. Very good service at the hotel from all the personnel and good food at their restaurant. Excellent breakfast. Very well preserved building

The hotel was in an excellent location. The entry, lobby stairways etc. had the look of a grand old hotel. However the rooms were very dated. The furniture was old, The. bathroom much smaller than expected. There were hardly any room amenities. The room had the feel of a 3 star rather than a 4 star hotel.
