部屋でゆったりと寛げていました徒歩圏内で交通の便もよく、治安的にも良かった。

スーパーで買ったものを冷蔵庫で保管したり電子レンジを貸していただけたりでき、有り難かったです。ロクシタンのものを使っていたのも嬉しかったです。

シャンゼリゼ通りまで徒歩5分ほどの利便性の高いホテルです。 とても清潔でしたし、アメニティーは全てロクシタンでした。旅の疲れを癒す、バスタブもとても大きくてゆっくり出来ました。 フランスのホテルでは、当たり前なのかもしれませんがミニ冷蔵庫はありません。買ってきたものを冷やさないのが残念なので−⭐︎です。 受付スタッフの人もとても感じの良い方でした。ありがとうございました。

とにかく、シャンゼリゼ通りに近いのでとても便利です！エッフェル塔も徒歩20分で着きます！そして何よりスタッフがとても親切なので、快適に過ごすことができました！次もまた、バッサーノに泊まりたいです！

It was a fantastic stay ever!! とても良い滞在でした。スタッフの方が皆親切で、ホテルは立地も凱旋門やシャンゼリゼ通りからすぐ、近くには地元の人がおしゃれして集まるレストランがいくつもあります。お部屋はとても綺麗でした。ドアを手動で開けて入るエレベーターが可愛かったです。

フロントの方々もみなさん親切でした。おすすめです。 レストランは歩いて２分程の処のピザが最高でしたし、朝のエクスプレッソは目の前のカフェがとてもおいしいです。

Very loud from the patio side due to the fans from multi-level parking. Also, it is shiny bright from this side and you have to close the windows to rely on A/C only. By the way, A/C is working very good. Pillows are not comfortable and there was a problem with the flush, which was solved partially. I don’t recommend drinks at the bar - they don’t know how to make it.

The staff were all incredibly helpful. The location was perfect.

Hotel is conveniently located to Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees and the Eiffel Tower. Very clean, comfortable, spacious room with air conditioning.

The room size was great and so was the staff. The lobby is extremely small which I was not expecting. Great stay overall though
