総合評価とレビュー Hotel la Residence du Berry

ホテルのフロントのシャッターがしまっていて、その前でスタッフの人が生身だけで受付をしていたのが印象的でしたが、特に問題はありませんでした。朝食のビュッフェの種類がもう少し増えると嬉しいです。

ベルサイユ宮殿から近くとても便利です。明るくてきれいな写真とは随分と違う印象で、狭くて暗い感じでした。車で到着しましたが、駐車場はなく、夜間路駐となるので少し不安でした。また子供が大きいのでシングルベッドの表記を決め手にこのホテルを選んだのですが、実際はダブルとソファベッド。もうどうしようもないとのことで、少し残念でした。

アパルトマンのような小規模のホテル。インテリアは凝っていて落ち着きがある。古い建物だが、エレベータや エアコン、セイフティボックスも完備している。近辺は国民議会、防衛省、外務省など政府関係の施設があるため、警備が厳しく、道を歩いていて安心感がある。

I stayed 6 days. Staffs are all very kind and always smiley. Only problem I faced is WiFi did not work in a morning during my stay. I asked it to the front desk and they had checked it promptly then this problem had been solved. Location of this hotel is very close to railway station (Versailles Chateau Rive Gauche), palais de congres de Versailles and Versailles Chateau. Its location is very convenient for everything.

Very nice & convenient hotel, located 10 min walk from the Versailles Palace and train stations. Friendly service, very different from the standard for big chain hotels in Paris.

ホテル自体は小さいものの、部屋はキレイにされており、浴室も使いやすかった。 ベルサイユ宮殿へは徒歩で10分程度の距離にあり、目の前にはレストラン、近くにはスーパーもあり、食べる飲むには困らない立地だと思いました。 フロントの女性も英語が通じ、大変丁寧な接客で満足でした。 部屋の鍵がカードではなく、キーなのですが、コツを掴むまでは開け方が難しいのが難点かもしれません。 総合的にはコスパもよく、満足でした。

部屋は狭かったですが、快適でした。 事前にバスタブ付きでリクエストしたところ、すぐに返事が来てバスタブ付きにしていただきました。 朝食も美味しくゆっくりいただきました。 日本語が少しできる女性のスタッフがいらっしゃって親切にしていただきました。 宮殿までの地図や宮殿内の地図もいただき非常に役にたちました。

ベルサイユ・リーヴ・ゴーシュ駅と宮殿に近く、良いロケーションです。このたびは、ベルサイユ宮殿とベルサイユの街を見るためにこのホテルを予約しました。 スタッフは親切で英語も問題なく通じます。 ７泊の連泊でしたが、毎日部屋のクリーニングをしてくれました。 朝食は部屋代とは別に１４ユーロかかりますが、ボンヌ・ママンミニが食べ放題、クロワッサンに美味しいケーキと値段の元は取れると思います。 基本的に合格点ですが、７泊中のある夜中すぎに突然停電した（レセプションに電話したらすぐ復旧した）り、クリーニングの人が熱心すぎてテレビのケーブルが抜けてしまいテレビがつかなかったり、電気系統はこのホテルもしかして古い建物を改装したのかなと思わせるような脆弱さがありました。 それなりの値段がかかりますが、ロケーションとスタッフの親切さ（レセプションと朝食のスタッフ、クリーニングスタッフ）はとても評価できると思います。ベルサイユには宮殿以外にも、このホテルの近くにもいくつもティーサロンがあったり散歩する価値大です。そんなとき、大変便利なホテルです。

部屋の設備などは、ヨーロッパのホテルらしく、ところどころ機能性が衰えているが、それもまた風情、ということで、私は好きです。朝食も普通でしたが、周りにあるレストランがおいしいのとヴェルサイユ宮殿までは、徒歩で15分～ゆっくり20分。しかし街中の喧騒から離れ、池（湖くらいに大きい）への散歩なども楽しめます。夜もたまに騒々しい車が通りましたが、ぐっすり眠れました。それまでの旅の疲れから、1泊延泊して、ゆっくり休めました。駅から少し離れているので、大きな荷物がある女性は、タクシーを利用することになるでしょうが、それでも次回もまたここに泊まりたいと思いました。

Very friendly staff and beautiful accommodations.

Sehr einfache Buchung über Expedia, keine Probleme mit später Ankunft- Rezeption besetzt. Freundliche Mitarbeiter:innen und urige Ausstattung des Hotels. Alles in allem sauber- einziger Nachteil war für mich der noch starke und strenge Geruch von Putzmitteln im kleinen Zimmer (vor allem aus dem Bad). Frühstück war i.O. für den Preis, nichts ausgefallenes, aber kleine Auswahl. Auch hier freundliche Mitarbeiterin, die sich um einen reibungslosen Ablauf gekümmert hat. Morgens hört man etwas die Autos, aber fand es nicht allzu störend. Ein süßes Hotel mit eher urigem Charme. Das Basic Zimmer war schon klein und würde für längere Aufenthalte ein größeres Zimmer empfehlen . Positiv noch: Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. :)

Tres confortable et très calme avec bonne situation à Versailles

The hotel needs an update. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the person in next room talking at a normal volume on their phone as if they were in my room. The bed felt firm at first (which I prefer) but it’s actually a bit worn and slopes. The light in bathroom too bright - would be great to have a nightlight, as well as update bedding and mattress. The pillows were a bit sad. Building street and staff were pleasant

Exceptional. Modern rooms in a French chateau. Gardens and water affects are beautiful touch. Spa touches - soaps and lotions with wonderful fragrances. Quiet. Able to open condos and have a cool Cross-breeze. My favorite stay. It is a must if you want a luxury touch. Only 10 min from town.

The staff are very nice and thoughtful. It is a historic building, but they tried to make the rooms comfortable. We booked the suite with one queen bed and one sofa bed, they prepared the sofa bed very well.

Suite avec 2 enfants, niquel, bon rapport qualité/prix/emplacement. Bon conseil (restaurant salamandre, très bien), bon petit dej, un bon sejour

Cute and cozy hotel, walkable to the palace. A must stay if visiting Versailles. I fell in love with the town and all its charm. It felt safe enough for three young girls to walk around at night. Hoping to come back in the future.
