It takes a long time for hot water to come out. The sound of water never stops. The staff were nice.

Friendly staffs and good location close from the Metro station Loreto. I am not satisfied with Wifi connection was not stable.

Actually this hotel is not so gorgeous, you should not expect it. But the stuff is sooo nice. They are very friendly and warm. The hotel of Milano is very expensive as you know, however this hotel you would agree price and services.

ロレート駅から出口を間違えなければ徒歩すぐです。夜は青くhotelの文字が光ります。日中はアパートの入口のようになっていてインターホンを押せばロックをはずしてくれます。受付の方はきちんとしており親切です。パスポートコピーと宿泊税はとられます。部屋は狭いですが、清潔でタオルや石鹸、シャンプー、ベット、ドライヤー、クローゼット、机等があり、不便はありません。 ロレート駅からリマ駅への間に市場がでます。果物、肉、チーズ、野菜、服、生地、靴、日用品、アクセサリーなど。地元の人が買い物に来るようで値段も安い！ 近くにたくさん店もあり、セントラル中央駅へも歩いて15分かからないくらい。おすすめです。

早朝について部屋には入れませんでしたがサービスでカプチーノとクロワッサンを頂きました こんなうれしいサービスは今まで泊まったホテルでは無かったです 階段しかないので重い荷物の人は辛いかも。。。

Avrebbe tutte le potenzialità per essere una buona opzione vicino alla Stazione Centrale di Milano e connessa con la Metro Verde. Peccato sia totalmente fuori budget, nonostante sia Milano, con un personale pessimo (non il receptionist notturno, lui molto gentile e garbato). Stanza sporca, rumorosissima, scomoda. Accesa discussione rispetto a quanto scritto su Expedia e che il proprietario non voleva garantire.

In February, the room was on the chilly side, no thermostat available. Running water had a choice between cold and freezing. Staff was extra kind and super accommodating.

No hot water and no room heater. Very inconvenient and no response from management Orbitz shouldn’t encourage like these hotels.

Host speaks basic Italian and English but is super-friendly and helpful, you have to call on the phone if you want to enter the hotel after midnight, safe & clean, good WIFI, basic small bed and shower, excellent location for metro, 15 mins walk from Milano Centrale train station

L’hotel é molto datato e avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata! Il ventilatore a soffitto era molto traballante, la pressione della doccia quasi inesistente, quindi veniva pochissimo acqua

Albergo in ottima posizione vicinissimo alla fermata della metropolitana. Strano si debba citofonare per entrare e salire le scale di questo palazzo. Personale alla reception molto gentile. Per il resto molto male. Letto scomodo, bagno in condizioni pietose con una puzza di fogna, ho rinunciato anche a fare la doccia. Gentili nell'offrire il servizio di deposito bagaglio. Voto 4,5

Stanza con odore di fumo e con aria condizionata che non funziona. Hotel non ha parcheggio. La reception non è aperta 24h, ma chiude dalle 24 alle 6. Tutto molto datato

Good price , good location , great transportation connections , several restaurants and food stores . The hotel amenities are a bit old , but staff was friendly .

The hotel is quite,clean and with excellent connections. It is in the centre of Milan near corso Buenos Aires e Piazzale Loreto. The receptionists are kind,polite and they have give to me an excellent welcome.

Not too far from Milano centrale station. About a 15 min walk. The hotel was fine. Only had a 1 night here. The apartment was ok. Fairly clean. Some things were a bit worn, like the toilet seat being cracked and the pluy being exposed. I wouldnt stay here anything other than one night. The staff were friendly and I enjoyed my stay

Soggiornato per una notte per lavoro. Camera pulita con arredamento molto semplice.

I chose this hotel based upon others reviews location AND the 24 hour front desk. I was scheduled to meet old friends for a reunion but did not know at what time that night.when I arrived I noticed a handwritten sign at check in desk: “Front desk is closed from midnight to …”. I asked and the guy said “ oh you can just call me if you need to get in after that. I e been in situations like this in the past and it did not always go well: my phone battery died, no one answered, etc. so I texted hotels. Com and had an infuriating exchange with a live agent who, after fifteen minutes trying to explain said “ I called the hotel and they says to call back at 23.00 to confirm that they are there. Apart from that the mattress was old and very uncomfortable, the balcony filthy, etc. on the other hand the guy at the front desk was very kind and thoughtful. This misrepresentation of services and quality of lodging is unacceptable from a giant in hotel platform.

The only thing I didn't like is the Italian toilet seats, but that is not the hotels fault
