The room is smell bad :( the receptionist not friendly at all.

The reception is not humble and courtesy. The check-in process was not good and really late action. The room was not clean and dusty. The Reception give me the wrong bed and move to the other bed in the midnight. Unsatisfied stay.

Kamar sempit, heater kurang kuat.

Sebastian sang resepsionis sangat helpful. Hotelnya dekat kemana-mana yang paling penting ada liftnya tidak seperti hotel-hotel strategis di amsterdam, dekat sekali dengan grand palace. Sangat menyenangkan. Jka saya ke brusek lagi pasti akan menginap di opera hotel lagi.

Tempatnya strategis, tapi tidak ada fasilitas apapun, mineral water pun tidak ada.
