部屋が広く、テルミニ駅やメトロが近く、ローマの街歩きにはとても良い施設でした。

セーフティーボックスとミニバー（冷蔵庫）のついているホテルを探していたため、周辺の相場より値段の高い（約5000）このホテルを選択しましたが、「セーフティーボックスの鍵が紛失しているため使用できない。」「冷蔵庫は故障しているため冷えない」という状態でした。フロント係に部屋や冷蔵庫の交換をお願いしましたが不可とのことでした。とても疲れている状態でチェクインしたので、いろいろ言い争うよりは、直ぐにでも寝たかったためそれ以上話し合うことは止めました。

Ofräsch rum med flertal kryp på golvet. Fanns knappt fönster och duschen var inte bra. Personalen trevlig och hotellet låg på en bra plats till ett bra pris

convenient to Roma Termini and short walk to the Colosseum. The front desk was great! Camilla even walked us to the direction we need to go to see the Colosseum! Would come back to stay here again!

Staff were very nice and welcoming, walking distance from train station, and close to most city attractions. There were a lot of noise late at night, but besides that everything was ok

Para brasileiros é o melhor lugar para ficar

Todo excelente con el lugar y las recepcionistas, muy amables. Solo tengan cuidado con la zona, a partir de las 8pm en adelante empieza a estar muy solitario.

La location è buona (stazione a 150m), al contempo non è buona (via Giolitti è frequentata da senzatetto e quindi non è esattamente profumata per ovvi motivi fisiologici). Ma la delusione è stata la doccia tiepida il sabato e fredda il lunedì (soggiorno totale 3 notti).

I do NOT like the water turned COLD in the middle of the shower. I do NOT like water dripping down the air conditioner making the place all wet As i know that the hotel will not change because of my complaint, I changed myself by not staying there and not recommending. One of the receptionist GHASZAL was extremely helpful

Good option, close to to the main train station. The members of staff were very polite and helpful.

Gure Lage zum Bahnhof und Kolosseum. Frühstück im Zimmer ist austeichebd und gut. Aber leider zu wenig platz zum essen. Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen

3-night stay, great price and location; Vittorio Emmanuele Metro right nearby, as is the main train station for easy connection to Fiumicino. The hotel was clean & simple (maybe a few dust bunnies under the beds if I’m being picky), but exactly as hoped for the price paid. AC great (needed for July!!), great wifi. Shower temperature sometimes a little temperamental, but no big deal; didn’t mind a cold blast after a hot day exploring! Staff super nice & helpful too.

The hotel was fine. Very basic but clean enough and the staff were friendly. However the walls / doors were paper thin so it was difficult to get to sleep and I was frequently woken up in the night by noises outside my room.

Personal = toppen Läge =väldigt centralt och toppen men området lite ruffigt känns det som, MEN inga konstigheter alls eller att man bör känna sig orolig. Rummen bra för övernattning enda jag har att påpeka är att det är nog dags att byta ut lite madrasser.
