部屋はとても綺麗で何不便はなくチェックアウトも12時でゆっくりできました！ただ周辺にレストラン等が少ないのでやや歩かないとなりませんね。

スタッフの仕事が早い上にフレンドリーで過ごしやすい。部屋もとても綺麗でした。

スタッフの対応も良く快適でした。客室ドアノブを開けるのに苦労しました。

Requested beds to be split when booked. No reply. Asked to change room but was told no rooms left. Breakfast very expensive at 25 Euros each. Room looked very dated. Bar tender slow service.

Zimmer an der Straße, war nachts sehr laut. Ansonsten nichts auszusetzen.

Bed was comfy with nice pillows. We didn't have breakfast and we're going to use the restaurant one evening, but found out it was closed all August and staff must have been on holiday. Would have liked to have been told about this when we checked in. Reception were really helpful and printed out 3 restaurants which had typical food from Frankfurt. These were really nice and it was very nice if him to do that. There are subways nearby and and everything is close as Frankfurt is quite small.

Sehr nettes Personal, Wünsche kann man an der Reception anbringen, z.B. anderes Kissen, Zimmer Standart klein, aber sauber, möchte mal zuoberst das Skyline Zimmer buchen. Lage sehr gut.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. I was surprised to see there was no door on Bathroom which makes it diffcult if you are sharing the room and Breakfast was over priced at 25 Euros. The staff were great and if I stayed again it would be down to the friendly staff.

El hotel impecable. Buen servicio, buen personal. Las facilidades de la habitación espectaculares. La única pega, pero tampoco algo muy importante, es la zona de alrededor. Parece un barrio marginal, ves a la gente y te produce inseguridad. Lo bueno, que estabas a pocos minutos andando de la zona comercial

Staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were really clean, especially the bathroom. Apart from the lack of air conditioning in the room in summer, there’s really no downsides to this place

The hotel is in an excellent location by the S barn and tram lines, but there wasn’t air conditioning and it was noisy outside with the window open

The hotel is very clean. Walking distance to the river. Multiple restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The only issue is no AC. It was hot at night and I felt like I couldn't breath. I had to open the window during the night. Then I had to deal with the traffic noise.

un punto a favore è sicuramente la cortesia del personale, estremamente gentile e disponibile. sembrava davvero un trattamento da hotel a 4/5 stelle per l’attenzione da parte dei receptionist. inoltre è molto comodo per visitare francoforte: - a 20 metri dall’hotel c’è la fermata del tram che porta direttamente in centro in 3 fermate (a piedi altrimenti è poco piu di 1 km) - a 500 metri dall’hotel si raggiunge il lungofiume e da un ponte si riesce a vedere tutto lo skyline della città - nel raggio di 150-200 metri dall’hotel ci sono 2 supermarket (netto e penny), oltre a diversi bar/ristoranti, soprattutto etnici. se proprio devo trovare qualcosa di negativo, la strada su cui si affaccia l’hotel è molto rumorosa e a volte anche a finestre chiusa si sente il rumore. inoltre ci sono dei lavori in corso in tutta la zona, che probabilmente sono alla base di molti rumori e del fatto che a volte il primo giorno sia spesso saltato il wifi e la connessione dati.
