ケルン中央駅からは少し離れてるがレストランも多いし便利

ハッケンシャーマルクト駅近くでホテルの立地はとても良いです。ベルリン中央駅までも二駅です。また、テレビ塔やベルリン大聖堂があるエリアまでも徒歩10分程度ですので観光するのにも良い立地です。部屋は白とベージュを基調としたデザインでとても良かったし、バスタブもあるし、部屋もバスルームもキレイでとても良かったです。 このホテルのダメなところは下記です。 ・夜遅くになるとエントランスのドアが閉まってホテルに入れなくなります。pinコードを入力とドアに説明書きしてあったが、pinコードなんてメールで届いていないのでわからない。たまたま外に出る宿泊客が来てくれたので中から開けてもらえて難を逃れたが、非常に困るし不安になった。他にも同様に困ってる宿泊客が散見されたので運用を変えるべき。フロントがない無人ホテルなので、こういう時に聞ける人も助けてもらうことも出来ない。 ・チェックインが面倒。自分でタブレット画面から情報を入力して木製のカードに登録する流れだが、疲れてる中でのこの作業が煩わしかった。また、このカードの読み取りが悪く、部屋のドアに何回かざしても読み取れなくなかなか入室できなかった。 ・部屋に冷蔵庫が無く、ハンガーラックやクローゼットも無いのでコートやジャケットを掛けられない。どうでもいい使わない棚だけはたくさんあったが不要なので、冷蔵庫とクローゼットにしてもらいたい。

町中にあり、市電のターミナル駅までも徒歩で近いので便利。

Habitación amplia y confortable con el mobiliario nuevo y cuidado. El baño un poco más viejo pero bien y limpio. El hotel queda en zona de bares y discotecas. algo de ruido pero se duerme muy bien.

If you need a place to crash for a night this will do. I wouldnt bring a family here for vacation. Stay was, frankly, not great. Staff not brimming with enthusiasm or desire to help but i guess not explicitly rude save for a few eye rolls when asked for assistance. Hotel advertises parking but their lot was full and i had to park elsewhere at a much higher cost. If spaces are limited to a literal handful, it would be prudent to disclose that visitors may need to make alternate arrangements. Biggest issue was clenliness; had 2 rooms and both rooms were not clean. Hair on the bed, absolutely filthy carpet, one of the rooms had a very strong unpleasant odor, incredible amount of mold in the bathrooms. Bathrooms in varying degrees of disrepair, including leaking faucets that dripped onto the floor, showerheads that sprayed water just about everywhere, broken drain covers, etc., etc. Safe also did not work. On the plus side, pretty good location with lots of options for food and shopping.

Great hotel. Comfortable bed, very clean room and especially clean bathroom. Front desk staff was incredibly friendly and check-in was easy. Great location, near stores and restaurants.

Location is excelent but It is not a 4 star hotel. It is a 2,5 or 3 star at most. Rooms and reception desk are basic, I got a smaller a room than the one I paid, and when I asked to the Manager he was facing back in the office, and didn’t even turn back to reply, he said we must be thankful because we got a good room, and we could submit any complaints through Expedia….

Vi bokade ett rum för tre och fick en jättekort säng inställd i rummet. Kylen var fisljummen så vi fick slänga vår matsäck dagen efter. Fläkten var högljudd Duschen var kall Heltäckningsmattan i rummet gjorde att rummet kändes sunkigt. Men frukosten var bra!

I'm a bit of a hotel snob so I was skeptical at first regarding the (too good to be true) room rate. However, this hotel checked all the boxes. The staff was highly professional and warm. In our in and outs of the day and evening we must have met everyone who worked here and we were greeted, asked if everything was okay. The rooms were clean, clean, clean. The beds were comfortable. And the location can't be beat. It checked off all of my boxes and then some. If there was a complaint it would be the shower. I don't care for the European folding glass door thing on the bathtub and getting out of its depth feels a bit perilous but overall, a stellar experience. I would stay here again in a minute no need to search for another property.
