空港からの送迎をしていただけるので、本当に助かりました。 夕食は併設のリストランテで、本格的なピッツァをいただきイタリア最後の夜を充分楽しむことができたことに感謝です。

最低限のホテルです。空港に近いのと、レストランが安いのが良かったです。電車で行きずらいし、お勧めかと言われれば、ちょっと困ります。

メールで問い合わせをした際の返信の速さ、回答に大変助かりました。また、空港送迎も迅速でとても気持ちの良いドライバーさんでした。

Quite far from airport. Cooling air condition was not good.

空港に近くてシャトルがあるのは非常に助かったが、部屋に空調がなく温度が下がった日の宿泊だったこともあり、薄いシーツのような掛け布団では寒すぎて風邪をひくかと思った。隣や廊下での人の声が、壁がないかのように部屋まで聞こえるので、リラックスしたいなら別のホテルが良い。 空港に近くスタッフの対応も良かったのに、部屋の設備と壁の薄さがとても残念。再訪はないでしょう

朝食は、日本のバイキングに比べると質素ですがイタリア式と思えば、充分です。夕食は摂ってないので分かりませんが、レストランは小さな街なので地元の人が結構利用している様です。駅は徒歩圏内ですが、本数は少なく日本の田舎町といった所でしょうか？空港までの無料シャトルバスは、客の時間に合わせて、人手が足りない時はオーナーも手伝ってくれるのでありがたいです。 旅行前後の予定によって、利用するか決めたら良いでしょう。 　一つ残念だったのは、シャワーの排水が悪く、溜まってなかなか流れなかった…。

ホテルは最悪です。 このホテルを利用する1番のメリットは空港から近く、無料のシャトルバスがあること。 でも実際には希望時間に乗れないことが多く、意味がありません。 スタッフは英語を喋るお客さんへの嫌悪感がすごく、不親切の極みです。 絶対利用しない方がいいと思います。

The room is very small, and the walls were dirty. I was placed in a room for a person with disabilities, even though I am not disabled, and I was not informed about this in advance. The room didn’t have a toilet seat, and the shower was неудобный, which was very surprising to me. When I went to the reception to ask what the problem was and why there was no toilet seat, I was told that it was a room for disabled guests as all other rooms are not available. I was quite surprised that I had been given such a room without any prior notice or confirmation, especially since I had booked the hotel in advance. Seeing my dissatisfaction, they offered to change the room, but I no longer felt like moving. Moreover, the hotel does not have an elevator, and I would have had to carry my suitcase up the stairs to another room, as the standard rooms are located on the upper floors. The breakfast was very limited. Overall impression: 3 out of 5.

o café da manhã foi simples, mas bom. O transfer super funciona e é o diferencial da hospedagem. Perto do aeroporto, bom para 1 noite de hospedagem.

The room was sparse but clean…nice restaurant and convenient shuttle to airport was a plus!

I had a great stay at the Hotel Sempione, everything was exactly what I was looking for. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety to start the day, and the room was clean, tidy, and comfortable throughout my stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and well-maintained, making it a relaxing place to come back to after a day in the city. I would definitely consider staying here again.

This was perfect hotel when flying out of MXP in Milan. Everything about the hotel and restaurant was great.

It’s perfect for a one or two night stay on your way back to the Malpensa airport. There resto is great and so is the osteria down the street.
