No reception and feels more like an AirBnB than a hotel. The breakfast was very disappointing. Our AC did not work, and we had to be given a different room for one night. They contacted us and said the AC was fixed, which was not true. We were put in yet another room for 2 nights, after speaking with the owner, who was kind and helpful. The last night they did not have a room for us, and we asked for refund and found another hotel. Despite contacting them several times, no refund for the last night was issued and they don’t get back to us. All communication or the lack of it, was through whats app. The staff did not contacting us about anything, we always had to ask about updates, not knowing where we could sleep that night. I don’t understand you can call it a hotel and not even have a reception. Defiantly not 4 stars. More 3 max. The area is beautiful and with good restaurant. Very small and hilly, can be difficult to find parking.

Me tocó la hab n•9, muy descuidada la verdad, la manija de la puerta rota, el espejo de la puerta del closet roto, el techo descamado de la humedad, no había chanclas y tampoco agua caliente en la ducha! Un desastre

A cozy hotel in a beautiful village, great if you want a quieter and more scenic atmosphere. Finding parking can be a little hectic, but there are several lots nearby with both paid & free spots. We loved the views, the nearby restaurants, and the staff was helpful although there is no “formal” reception area, pretty much self check-in. The pool and back patio are definitely a highlight! The honesty bar was also super convenient.

Indtjekning sker via en mail hvor man opkræves penge for ophold for at få en kode til døren. Der er indtjekning fra kl 15 men vi fik først koden kl 15.30. Vi havde allerede betalt depositum via hotels.com men det var ikke fratrukket. Da hotellet er uden reception ringede vi til et 24 timers nummer men de kunne ikke hjælpe os. Der er ikke personale på hotellet ud over rengøring og morgenmads personale. Morgenmads personalet sætter kun mad frem, hvilket betød at der ikke blev gjort borde rent eller ryddet af ved poolen fra aftenen før. Bordene var ikke rene. Hotellet var meget lyt, hvilket gjorde at man blev vækket når folk havde afrejse midt om natten. Taget var utæt og da det var i maj og regnede en del var badeværelset meget vådt flere gange på de få dage. Prisen stod ikke mål med oplevelsen

The biggest problem - to get there and to get anywhere from there.. Arriving by the train, we waited in Soller for several hours to try and get a taxi to the hotel. I contacted the hotel but was only referred to a taxi number that had no cars. When finally getting there, we wanted to explore the area but the busses are small and get's full so you are denied entry, taxis does not come when a tourist call, and as usual no help at all from the hotel - we had to go to a nearby restaurant to get help to book a transportation.

The area is beautiful and the view from my room was wonderful. The checkin was a bit tricky but I arrived early to figure it out. The plaza and restaurants are within walking distance. Once you find parking it is not too far away but you can not drive up to the property since it is in a small village street. Overall very peaceful but the artwork is a bit odd. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

The reception and breakfast room staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even going out of their way to assist us in any way they could. The housekeeping staff were slow, slightly disorganised - could use better supervision and management

I booked this hotel because of the look of the pool that backs up onto a orchard but I was extremely disappointed when I realized they’ve cut down the trees in the photos and now have a cloth covering the view of the mountains. I think they need to update their photos of the pool area as to not mislead people.

We had an amazing stay. The hotel and the surroundings are absolutely stunning and unique. As a foodie the breakfast must be mentioned as a big plus. One of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had; simple, good quality and delicious. We can highly recommend this hotel!
