街の中心で、とても便利。歩いて、観光地に行ける。近い地下鉄から坂を登るので、重い荷物があると少し辛いかな、少しだけ離れた別の駅からは、ほぼ平坦です。安くて、コスパは、最高ですが、部屋の外の音がおもいっきり聞こえます。団体客の話し声は、かなりうるさい。

Wi-Fiが常時繋がらない

移動のフライトがキャンセルになったため、一日遅れの到着となった。予定が変更となったため、メッセージを送ったが、迅速に対応をして頂いた。 到着後も、大変フレンドリーな対応だった。

ファミリー？経営のような様子で、親切。 バスタブ付きなので、身体が休まる。 朝食付きで、リーズナブル。 話し声とか、水音とかが聞こえてくるのが、チョット残念だけれど 、気にならない程度。 隣にレストランがあって、到着第1日目は疲れていたので便利だった。 ステーキのソースが美味で、もう一度食べたい。

Just ok. The first room I got (302) was not as per description when I booked. Bathroom was not well maintained. The Day after they propose me to have another room what was more clean. Windows are very small. Coversheet bed was dirty. They do not wash it between each Customer and re-used it. Breakfast is ok. Location is good too and convenient.

Very clean comfortable beds and pillows very much recommended. Very good furniture and up-to-date furnished bathroom. Staff were all very much welcoming very much friendly especially Ms. Isabella (front desk) day shift. Breakfast was delicious and generous Lavation is absolutely amazing in the heart of the centre of the beautiful Porto

For a short stay and with a good location it's very good, its breakfast is very varied and pleasant.

Reasonable price, close to the main shopping street and nice en suite room. Window was tiny so a lack of natural light but not a big issue if you’re going to be out all day

No fuss,pleasant left fealing very satisfied. Will be back for sure! Side note this is my 4th stay.

It was a little noisy! Some customers arrived late at night and they woke up everybody. Overall a great place a little far from the downtown area but walkable!

No geral muito bom

A relação qualidade/preço é boa e apesar de estar a 10-20 minutos a pé do que mais interessa visitar no centro, faz-se bem o percurso. A cama era muito boa e o quarto, equipado com o essencial (TV, frigorífico, etc…). A única questão menos positiva é a janela ser muito pequena, quase não deixando entrar luz natural e dando uma sensação de claustrofobia.

A recepcionista que nos atendeu foi bastante grossa, mas depois de eu reclamar de sua forma de falar, tratou-nos com mais Cortesia. Existem um estacionamento no hotel mais o valor da diária é elevado, €20,00. O hotel fica em uma região muito boa, com um café da manhã razoável, notamos apenas a falta de frutas no café da manhã e uma maior variedade de itens.
