ヘーヴィーズでは数少ない高層ホテル。パノラマというように、部屋からの見晴らしは最高でした！

Great location: close to the center and thermal lake about 20- minutes walking from the bus station in a quiet area. Delicious food. Polite staff.

Gut geführtes Haus für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Sehr gute Küche mit ausreichendem Angebot. Die Einrichtung ist etwas nüchtern. Im Zimmer und Bad wären Haken für Bademäntel etc. von Vorteil.

Great hotel. Great restaurant. Diverse rich choice of dishes. Good fast service, Great room with pastry chef. The only problem: We stayed 21 days, only twice they took out the trash and never had wet cleaning. Really liked it. Will come again

Språkproblem med enkelte i resepsjonen. Maten passe god.

Sehr schön renoviertes Hotel mit guter vielfältiger Speisenauswahl

Understaffed and overcrowded! Long wait at check in. We were on top floor and every time spend 5+ min waiting for lifts that were packed - had to miss few times. Only 2 slow lifts - one was used/blocked by service staff as well as the guests. Half board "canteen" (not a restaurant!) had a lot of food but poor quality with long waiting/crowding at the buffets

Toller Aufenthalt, sehr gute Küche mit ausgewogenen Speisen und für jeden Geschmack geeignet.

Alles bestens, außer der Zimmerreinigung!

Felújított szálloda, nagyon jó ár/érték arány, közel a tófürdőhöz. Az étkezés bőséges, de a minőségen, az ízeken lehetne még javítani. A parkolás nem egyszerű és nem olcsó

The hotel was completly renovated in 2021. All pictures are found in description are real. Everything was clean, and staff daily asked for change. The half-board assortment is very wide, both breakfast and supper. The staff is very helpful. There is a closed corridor to nearby indoor spa. Free bathrobe in room. On-site parking-spots are limited and payable, but staff offered a nearby off-site location with free parking possibility. During our stay there was live music in lobby, but nice, not disturbing.
