The location was best. Facility and cleanness are not so good.

　人気都市のため価格はやや高いけれど、観光目的なら立地は抜群に良い。生活設備は全て揃っている。WhatsAppで連絡できるので、電話による英会話より安心できる。夕方はチェックインが立て込むので近くのカフェ等でスタッフを待つ方が良いかもしれない。エアコン空調のため、冬場は温まるのに時間を要する。夏場は快適かもしれない。

Very convenient location to go to Sagrada Familia and Metro, but there is not much good restaurant.

チェックインが煩雑。何度も電話でのやり取りをしました。事前に着く時間を伝えたら、空港に着いたらまた電話してと言われ、ホテルの前に着いてまた電話をしました(これは私が予定よりも着くのが早かったからのようですが)。しかしそれ以外はとても満足でした。チェックイン時には、滞在中の設備や周辺の説明、地下鉄の使い方、近くのスーパーも丁寧に教えてくれます。お掃除も入らないので好きに過ごすことができました。数日分のタオルとお掃除セットも置いてあるので、洗剤やゴミ袋は買わずに済みました。

一般的なホテルとは異なり，この宿泊施設には従業員が常駐していない．チェックインの際には事前にアポを取る必要がある．

お風呂のお湯が水になることがありました。

Great space. Very nice. Easy to walk to.

Property is well maintained, great location literally down the block from Sagrada Familia. Everything is a short walk. Supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, metro, etc.

We liked that it was Close by basilica sagrada la familia and easy area to get on the tours and transportations. The communication was less good, and not so friendly.

It was really disappointing not having AC during a heat wave in July. They compensated with an electric fan on our last day which was useless. Also, the stove wasn't working and we wanted to make food, tea etc but couldn't so had to purchase all meals instead. The toilet on the main bedroom was dripping and made sounds which was irritating. The area itself was the only highlight as it was very convenient to all attractions. I emailed the property after my stay to see if they could reimburse me for all the inconvenience and frustration but they never even bothered to even acknowledge. Would highly caution anyone from booking here!!

With a group of 6 a third key would have been more helpful then 2. We had to wait on people or cut things short to meet late group arrivals. Instructions about AC remotes and card insert would have been helpful. Other then that we loved the location and area. Lots of food, grocery stores, and close to bus/subway. Great property with full kitchen, laundry, and view. Overall, great stay I would go back.

Good for stay

Lovely property very central to Sagrada Familia and walkable distance to local transport links as such as the metro and bus station. Slight issue with key cards however this may have been a technological issue with departure dates, but this was rectified easily by being given a door code. Would happily stay again

Perfect place for a family stay with a central location and clean.

I loved how close it is to the beautiful Sagrada Familia—just a 2-minute walk! There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby. While it’s self check-in, there’s a phone available if you need assistance. The place is clean and has a kitchen, which is perfect if you're traveling with kids. There's a Korean market next door and a supermarket right across the street. I highly recommend this spot for families!
