朝食が美味しい！お部屋もきれいで大満足です！完璧なサービスでした

10年前に泊まってロケーションがよく、気にいったので 再訪。その点は満足です。 設備が古くなっている為、洗面が詰まったりシャワーの水圧が低かったりと少し不満点も。 次は別の宿を探そうかと思います。

全スタッフ総じて愛想がよく、途中トラブルがあり夜中の2時すぎに帰ったこともありましたが笑顔で扉を開けてくださいました！ 部屋の比較的トイレも綺麗で過ごしやすいです

総合的には満足。朝食が美味しい。駅から少し歩くので、荷物が重い場合は水上バスを利用するのがおすすめ。10月末に滞在したが、暖房が使えなかったのは残念。

立地は素晴らしいが、設備に関してはちょっと問題ありでした。浴槽のフチが欠けているところがあり、ケガをしそうなので、フロントに話したら修繕するとのこと。外出している間に部屋を見に来たようだが、部屋に戻ったら、誰もいなくてドアがフルオープンで、びっくりしました。3泊しましたが、その間修繕もなく終わりました。また、朝食のレストランで、ヨーグルトに青カビが発生していて、それにもびっくりでした。次回リピートは当然ありません。

85平米のファミリールーム滞在。広くて部屋の窓からのカナルヴューがとても良い。

ヴァポレット乗り場から近く、その点では非常に便利で期待どおり。眺めが全くない部屋（裏通り沿い）の部屋だったのでその点は何もいえない。ホテル代はNo viewの部屋への対価としてはちょっと高いと思ったが、Venezia価格なのかもしれない。 部屋にティーセットがなかった（確か、Webには載っていた）。洗面台の栓が壊れており修理を頼んだところ、使えるようにはなったものの、きちんと修理はされなかった。

お部屋も綺麗でロケーションも良かったです。 近くにおいしいレストランやジェラート屋さんもあるので便利でした。

部屋は快適で、バスタブにはジャグジーまでついていて驚きました（有り難かったです）。朝食も、野菜が十分にないことをのぞけば、十分美味しい朝食でした。初めて行く人にはチェックインするまでが大変かもしれませんが、穴場の（当たりの）ホテルだと思います。

We stayed at Foscari Palace for two nights and, based on the reviews and ratings, I was genuinely excited about our stay. However, upon arrival, the person checking us in unexpectedly asked whether we really wanted to stay there. That comment immediately made me question our choice and created a negative first impression. The hotel's location was definitely a positive. It was conveniently situated near many restaurants and within walking distance of several popular areas of Venice. Unfortunately, on our first day, the Vaporetto service was on strike, so we had to walk everywhere. While that situation was outside the hotel's control, I wish someone had informed us when we purchased our three-day transit pass. Depending on your destination, most attractions were about a 20–30 minute walk away. We reserved two rooms, and while both were clean upon arrival, they were very different in size. One room was spacious and comfortable, while the second was significantly smaller—approximately one-third smaller—even though we paid the same rate for both rooms. That inconsistency was disappointing. The rooftop balcony was another letdown. It looked nothing like the photos on the website. To reach it, guests must climb a steep wooden staircase, and the area behind the stairs appeared to be used for storage and was quite cluttered. The hotel was very underwhelming. We went in May and the bar and the roof top were not open. There were several things wrong in the room which they did address. There is a small porch type area on the canal which is very cute, however, if you want to have your coffee/breakfast out there they charge you 10 euros. This should be included. We expected a concierge service but the front desk did not always speak English so they were no help in getting us around and there were no maps, brochures, etc. The location, was excellent however.

This was my third stay. The location is terrific. The rooms were clean but the property needs some maintenance. The roof leaked into my room after heavy rain, the hallways need to be repainted from water damage and the mirror in the bathroom was broken. The pillows were much too flat for my liking. Breakfast was good often needed to be restocked. One day we were leaving early for a tour and breakfast was not fully set up at 7 am. With that said, I would book it again for the location and cleanliness.

Nice, and clean property, good breakfast, very helpful and polite staff (Adelina was amazing in giving us suggestions) Our room was very spacious, with a large, new bathroom. The rooftop terrace and the small terrace on the Grand Canal were absolutely great!!

I cannot say enough about how pleased I was with this hotel. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast they supply is better than almost any other hotel we have stayed at in Italy. The rooms are neat and clean. Our plan is to stay here again next time we are in Venice. They even set up our water taxi from the hotel to the airport and packed us a nice breakfast for our departure. I would rate our experience as a 10.
