ひどい人種差別、ウソをつかれた。予約(3人部屋)した部屋がとれていなかった。毎日違う部屋且つ、2日目は階数の違うバラバラの部屋になった。しかもこれはイクスペディアのミスで、ホテルサイドには非が無いと、一言の謝りもなし。 我々は「2日目をノーチャージでスィートルームにアップする」という条件でホテルマネージャーの宿泊提案を受け入れたにもかかわらず、翌日フロントスタッフに「我々がスィートルームではなく階数の違う2部屋に分かれることを了解済み」と言い残し階数の違う狭い2部屋に分けるよう指示していた。もちろんそのような話は聞いて無い。クレームをつけると、スタッフがマネージャーに電話で問い合わせるが、了解済みの一点張り。 嘘を平気でつき、あからさまな人種差別をする人間をマネージャーにするようなホテルをイクスペディアで扱うべきでない。

ホテルのから砂浜までが近いので、海に入ったり、ただ海辺でくつろぐには良い立地のホテル。少し古くて狭い部屋でしたが清潔に整えられている。私はチンクエテッレに行くための宿泊だったが、駅や旧市街まで少々距離あり。ただモンテロッソは道が平坦で荷物を持っての移動も楽な上トレニタリアの急行も止まる便利な駅なので、ホテルが全体的に少し高めだが、チンクエテッレの中ではオススメ。

駅からスーツケースを持って歩ける場所のホテルを探して見つけました。新市街にあるので、中心の旧市街とは駅を挟んで反対側でしたが居心地のよいホテルでした。となりの小さなスーパーが便利です。

ホテルの設備が良く駅から近くこじんまりとしたホテル。 徒歩圏内に美味しいレストラン、隣には小さなグロッサリーとステキなロケーション。

大変しずかな場所にあり、海のそばでゆったりとときを過ごせました。朝の食事の内容がよかったです（最初の朝はカプチーノのサービスもありました。）

よい点。 眺めが素晴らしい。客室が綺麗。可愛らしい。隣に美味しいフォカッチャ屋さんがある。近くにレストランも沢山。 悪い点。 早めにモンテロッソに到着したら、チェックイン前にスーツケースを預かれないと言われ大変困りました。朝食を含んだプランにしたのに、朝食も入っていないと言われました（確認書には日本語の記載しかなかったので、英語できちんと出しておくべきだったと反省）。朝食はあまり大したことなさそうだったので、まあ仕方ないかなと諦めて、隣のフォカッチャ屋さんに入りました。

こちらのホテルを起点にチンクエテッレをまわりました。予約した時は｢地図で見たら近そうだけど、上り坂とかなのかも｣と思っていましたが、駅から平地で徒歩数分。スーツケースを転がしてもまったく苦になりません。泊まったのがたぶん一番小さな部屋だったのでせまかったですが問題ありませんでした。チンクエテッレの他の村で夕食を食べて遅くなっても電車で安全に帰れるので便利でした。

お部屋は小さかったものの、基本的なものがそろっていて、かつ清潔で場所もいい。朝食も豪華ビュッフェとは程遠いが、満足できるレベル。 ただ、場所柄価格が非常に高く感じた。

Pros: Location. Close to the train station. On the boardwalk. Excellent cappuccinos.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly, hotel was in a good location and we enjoyed daily breakfast.

Small quaint hotel. The receptionist and owner so nice and providing all of our requests. Great location in the new part of Monterosso Ocean view and just steps to the beach. Breakfast was great.

One of the highlights of our trip. A really charming place to stay, right on the beach.

We had a lovely room with a little balcony overlooking the promenade and the Mediterranean Sea. We stayed for three nights in this three star property and enjoyed the breakfasts and everything to do in the area. The staff was most helpful and friendly. The surroundings in the Cinqueterre are gorgeous. We loved it here and hope to come back.

Quaint boutique hotel across the street from the water with its own street side bar and bistro. Easy walking distance to everything in Monterosso al Mare. Staff was extremely helpful and informative. Little Italian cafe on first floor offered nice breakfast buffet and counter for morning Cappuccino. Parking across street in public lot convenient but at cost of €25 per day.

Our stay at Villa degli Argentieri was great. The location was perfect, right next to the beach and walkable to everything in Monterosso. It was very close to the train station as well to be able to access the rest of Cinque Terre. The rooms were basic but clean. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

Great location, walkable from train. Clean room and complimentary breakfast was great. Would stay again. Little expensive compared to what you get.
