I stayed for two nights in May, 2014. Staff was very friendly and humorous (though their English was a little poor, same as mine). The room was clean, big enough for me. Breakfast was cafe and freshly baked bread. It was so delicious. It takes 30min on train and 15min on foot from Termini station. Not good location for the hotel charges.

Need to be updated a little more there is no phone or clocks in the room. Breakfast should exist more than just bread and coffee maybe some fruits. Also, there should be a microwave in the room or in the lobby.

Property poor location, dogs barking, did not expect access to room was from outside. Property walls so thin could hear other occupants in their bathroom using toilet,shower, could hear people snoring. My diabetic husband was given no option of alternative breakfast to what was available was told to buy meats/cheese/fruit from supermarket even though we paid for breakfast included. Picture on website shows fresh fruit on counter, there was none. Advert says bar with picture of wine glass, there was none and when asked, the staff said must be old photographs. The advert for this hotel was misinformed by Expedia, would not recommend this hotel and Expedia need to update their information.

Ett mysigt hotel, med lummig trädgård man kan äta frukosten i. Fick mycket hjälp av personalen som skickade bilder på hur jag skulle hitta till mitt rum samt var jag skulle parkera, då jag anlände sent. Och fick ett fint bemötande av personalen på morgonen. Ca 15 min promenad till tågstationen som tar dig till Rom på ca 15 min. Trevligt och fint hotell.

Family run hotel and very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone ! 15 mins from Ciampino station so easy commute to Roma termini.

Super hotel just a 15 minute walk from Ciampino station, lovely hosts and breakfast included. The air conditioning in the room was fantastic during the warm weather,would definitely book again when in the Rome area.

Really good hotel would be 5 star material if it had a swimming pool above the car park.

Excepcional. Cama cómoda, baño grande con productos de aseo. Aire acondicionado. Desayuno bueno. A pocos metros hay un supermercado muy bueno, un bazar y tiendas. Aparcamiento incluido en tarifa incluso para furgonetas grandes aunque no es muy grande.

My stay was just an overnight one as I was catching an early morning flight from the nearby airport. The hotel staff booked my taxi for 04.30 and assured me that it would come and it did. I like this hotel, lovely garden!

Exactly what we needed for a one night stopover between flights. Clean and comfortable. Appreciated the special steps taken to accommodate our very late check in due to a delayed flight.. great service!

The hotel is family ran.Our room was on the 2nd floor , no elevators which was ok. The beds were comfortable. The room was just that a room lol. Showers are very small. But its everything you need . A place to rest and shower. Our experience was very nice would stay here again. Family was awesome! Its a 10min walk to the train station.
