すべて良かったが、特に朝食が素晴らしかった。これまでに泊まった五つ星ホテルの中でも、コストパフォーマンスを考えるとここがナンバーワンかもしれない。

コーヒーメーカー故障、交換も不調。 屋上は封鎖。 朝食はパンが多く、野菜・果物・魚介少ない。

A wonderful hotel in an excellent location. Elegant atmosphere, spacious and spotlessly clean rooms, and outstanding service. The staff was welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you to the receptionist, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

On adore cet hôtel devant la mer. Les chambres sont cossues et design. Les balcons bien agréables. Le personnel est absolument charmant. Nous y revenons toujours avec grand plaisir.

Our kids loved the breakfast. So did we. Easy enough to walk to everything, too. We can’t wait to stay there again.

I would always go back to this hotel located right in the heart of Heraklion. The location is excellent, the staff goes above and beyond, it has its own parking!! This becomes extremely important in this area! You will see once you get there how handy having a private parking lot is! Super important that it is two miles from the airport! The views are beautiful, staff is incredibly amazing and friendly. The rooftop pool is small but it's a roof top pool in a huge city. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!! The views from the rooftop and our room was gorgeous.

Tolles Hotel, zentral in Heraklion zwischen Altstadt und Hafen gelegen. Gute Lokation für Sightseeing Touren. Zimmer sehr sauber, großzügig und komfortabel. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit.

Staff was very kind and professional. Perfectly clean room. The room comfort was not as expected for a 5 star hotel.

Lovely appointed hotel, very peaceful, convenient and with secure parking. We used this hotel for a 2 day stop over, before catching the ferry to Santorini. Could not get a more luxurious and convenient hotel for the ferry!! Highly recommend the restaurant Peskesi in Heraklion (book) and a visit to Stilianou winery (both highlights of our brief but very comfortable stay at this hotel).

Location was ideal for our purposes (close to the ferry departure area) and the staff was very kind/accommodating.

Lovely hotel, modern amenities, very clean and comfortable. In room, amenities included fridge, kettle and espresso machine. The breakfast is fabulous. Easily walkable into the pedestrian zone of Athens or there are lots of restaurants and shopping. Parking was easy and convenient. Highly recommend.

Lovely property, close to walk to port. Staff helpful. Only negative was no conditioner. I would recommend.

Great 1st class hotel

Clean and I the center of Heraklion, right by the old port. Scenic. The people were very courteous and accommodating. One note that I can’t blame Megaron for, but the street side rooms can get pretty noisy in the evenings due to traffic and pedestrians.

Die Lage nur 4 km vom Flughafen war optimal und der große Parkplatz direkt am Hotel (unten) sehr praktisch. So konnten wir bequem an- und abreisen. Das Hotel liegt auch direkt am Wasser mit vielen tollen Fischrestaurants (am besten nach Empfehlubg an der Rezeption fragen). Sollte man eine Fähre gebucht haben dürfte das Hotel auch recht praktisch sein!

Beautiful hotel. Only issue was lack of extra blanket in the room. Couldn’t get the air conditioning or heat controls to work. Was told in the morning that we could have called any time to get help. It was late in the evening so we didn’t bother. Did not have the breakfast. Very convenient location and free parking. Would highly recommend.
