とても快適に滞在できました。

すべて良かったが、特に朝食が素晴らしかった。これまでに泊まった五つ星ホテルの中でも、コストパフォーマンスを考えるとここがナンバーワンかもしれない。

旧市街の北東入口付近にある素晴らしいホテルです。

コーヒーメーカー故障、交換も不調。 屋上は封鎖。 朝食はパンが多く、野菜・果物・魚介少ない。

スタッフの対応が適切で感じが良く快適にすごせました。 何かにつけて配慮が行き届いています。 バスターミナルがホテルのすぐ隣です。 港もすぐ近くで歩いて3〜5分です。 朝食のブッフェもギリシャのスイーツが沢山あります。 最終日は早く出発のため朝食が取れないので、ランチボックスを依頼できました。 ルーフトップバー&レストランも景色、センスが良かったです。 おススメです。

朝食がとても良かったです。 クレタ島のものもたくさんあり、どれも美味しく、満足でした。 フロントも朝食会場も、とても親切でした。 お部屋は少し狭いですが、シャワールームは快適で、お湯の出もとても良かったです。 イラクリオンの街中からは徒歩5分くらい歩くので、ベストロケーションではありませんが、フェリー乗り場やクノッソス行きのバス停に近いのでこのホテルにしましたが、確かに便利でした。 総合的に、とてもおすすめです。

The staff was amazing. Our balcony was larger than our room it was unbelievable! Added bonus was breakfast in the morning which I didn’t expect.

Hotel room is clean and nice. Need to update it, especially the bathroom They gave shampoo but no hair conditioner

On arriving at the hotel we were warmly welcomed. The staff are professional and friendly and we were upgraded to a beautiful sea view room. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice in a room overlooking the sea. The staff were helpful and friendly as usual.

I'm not sure how this hotel gets a 5 star rating, but it was a perfectly adequate 4 star. Our "junior suite" was a room with a sofa and a desk, with the smallest bathroom. The hotel was renovated in 2003 and feels both dated and a bit tatty by now. The location is fine but you are basically on a roundabout next to the bus station overlooking the ferry port, so not exactly atmospheric.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel offers a fantastic Cretan breakfast with local delicacies and fresh honeycomb that really set the tone for each day. The location is superb—just a 10-minute drive from the airport, right by the ferry, and only a short walk from great local restaurants. The rooftop pool and restaurant were a highlight, offering beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. Our room had a comfy bed and a spacious shower, making it extra comfortable. Free parking was another big plus for convenience - as was the friendly staff. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect base in Crete!

Great location only stayed one night close to the airport and the main town great restaurants nearby

Outstanding location with stunning views. Walkable to town and perfectly located if planning to take a ferry. The pool is at the top level with a breathtaking view but the water was a bit cold. Planning to come back and stay at this hotel again. Perfect for families

Very nice place and kind staff.

The hotel is in an excellent position for a visit of the town. The rooms are confortable: the beds are large and the are an expresso machine and a boiler for tea and herbal tea; very clean.

The staff was amazing, the breakfast buffet was way above expectations and 5 star quality. I was sad to leave, truly wished we had more time. If we ever come back to Crete we will stay at the Megaron.
