きれいで安く。観光に便利な位置でよかったです。

小さいながら近代的な瀟洒なホテル。受付のスタッフも親身に相談にのってくれたし、事前の質問にも丁寧に回答していただいた。場所もヌエバ広場から近いので交通の便もいいしばる巡りの拠点としても便利。

立地と設備はとても良かった。

アルハンブラ宮殿には徒歩で行け、食事も坂を下ればすぐにレストランの多い場所にある好立地。 部屋は非常に狭く、、隣の部屋の話し声は丸聞こえで、ベッドも簡易ベッドに近い。シャワーの水圧も弱い。 しかしそれ以上にスタッフの対応がすばらしく、掃除も丁寧で高原のペンションに泊まったような感覚。 日本にいるときからメールでタクシー手配等も提案してくれたりと、ホスピタリティーは最高。 22時チェックイン予定が飛行機トラブルで深夜2時を過ぎていたのにずっとメールで交通手段等の相談にも乗ってくれたありがたいホテル。

女性のスタッフが多く、家庭的で清潔なホテルだった。 部屋が4階でエレベーターが3階までだったので荷物が多かったので苦労した。シャワー室が狭く、シャワーヘッドが取れるトラブルがあったがすぐに直してくれた。 値段も安かったのでまた、グラナダに行くなら泊まりたいと思う。

宿泊する前からメールでいろいろな質問に答えて下さり、ホテルまでの移動やその後の予定などで全く不安なく宿泊することができました。また、ホテルからアルハンブラ宮殿まで徒歩で行くこともでき、ホテル周辺にはたくさんのバルもあり、非常に快適なホテルでした。ただ、部屋は最低限の広さでシャワールームもコンパクトでしたが、それを上回るサービスと立地条件でした。

グラナダ観光のため2泊しました。十分に設備が整えられてかつ清潔な部屋、街の中心に位置する立地、アルハンブラ宮殿のチケット手配や周辺案内、質問への対応も含め、素晴らしいサービスを提供してくれた従業員など、優れた点を多く備えたホテルでした。宿泊料金を考えると、費用対効果はかなりいいと考えます。

受付の人の対応が親切で良かったです。

小さいホテルですが、フロントの人達が親切で、色々な情報を教えて貰いました。 部屋は狭く、バスタブもありませんが、清潔で必要十分です。 立地も良いので、個人旅行者が拠点として使うにはお薦めです。

Hotel was great, room was just as described. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The location is on a quiet street but a city block from the Main Street of the city less than a km below the palace. A great view from the roof top restaurant.

Extremely good location, close to the Alhambra and the sights of the old town. Nice staff. Comfy room with great shower. Not the best breakfast (after the first morning we went out for breakfast as so many cafes nearby) but may have been because the hotel was very quiet as out of season. Would recommend.

It was a great location and the hotel was very nice. The Flamenco show they recommended was excellent. It's walkable to everything but the bus is very close by.

Centrally located and close to plaza Nueva, Alhambra, puerta de justicia. The view of the Alhambra is to die for. Friendly staff.

Perfectly situated for the Alhambra. Hotel amenities were clean and staff helpful.

Great hotel and value for money off season!

Habitación pequeña pero confortable, ubicación ideales pues está muy cerca de la entrada a la Alhambra. El desayuno puede mejorar.

Very friendly staff. Hotel is great central location close to all the popular sites. My second stay at the hotel and a lovely experience. The only slight constructive criticism is the water in the bathroom sink tap was not very warm. The shower was hot which was great. Room was cleaned really well daily. Thank you for a wonderful stay and I hope to be back one day.

Room next to the outdoor terrace was noisy! Also breakfast was not worth 12€. Staff wasn’t very inviting
