部屋の広さは十分で、常に清潔に整えられていて、快適に過ごせました。場所も観光に適しています。スタッフもみなさんとても感じが良かったです。

きれいで安く。観光に便利な位置でよかったです。

小さいながら近代的な瀟洒なホテル。受付のスタッフも親身に相談にのってくれたし、事前の質問にも丁寧に回答していただいた。場所もヌエバ広場から近いので交通の便もいいしばる巡りの拠点としても便利。

立地と設備はとても良かった。

アルハンブラ宮殿には徒歩で行け、食事も坂を下ればすぐにレストランの多い場所にある好立地。 部屋は非常に狭く、、隣の部屋の話し声は丸聞こえで、ベッドも簡易ベッドに近い。シャワーの水圧も弱い。 しかしそれ以上にスタッフの対応がすばらしく、掃除も丁寧で高原のペンションに泊まったような感覚。 日本にいるときからメールでタクシー手配等も提案してくれたりと、ホスピタリティーは最高。 22時チェックイン予定が飛行機トラブルで深夜2時を過ぎていたのにずっとメールで交通手段等の相談にも乗ってくれたありがたいホテル。

女性のスタッフが多く、家庭的で清潔なホテルだった。 部屋が4階でエレベーターが3階までだったので荷物が多かったので苦労した。シャワー室が狭く、シャワーヘッドが取れるトラブルがあったがすぐに直してくれた。 値段も安かったのでまた、グラナダに行くなら泊まりたいと思う。

宿泊する前からメールでいろいろな質問に答えて下さり、ホテルまでの移動やその後の予定などで全く不安なく宿泊することができました。また、ホテルからアルハンブラ宮殿まで徒歩で行くこともでき、ホテル周辺にはたくさんのバルもあり、非常に快適なホテルでした。ただ、部屋は最低限の広さでシャワールームもコンパクトでしたが、それを上回るサービスと立地条件でした。

グラナダ観光のため2泊しました。十分に設備が整えられてかつ清潔な部屋、街の中心に位置する立地、アルハンブラ宮殿のチケット手配や周辺案内、質問への対応も含め、素晴らしいサービスを提供してくれた従業員など、優れた点を多く備えたホテルでした。宿泊料金を考えると、費用対効果はかなりいいと考えます。

受付の人の対応が親切で良かったです。

小さいホテルですが、フロントの人達が親切で、色々な情報を教えて貰いました。 部屋は狭く、バスタブもありませんが、清潔で必要十分です。 立地も良いので、個人旅行者が拠点として使うにはお薦めです。

Excellent place for a few day visit

Upon arrival, there was a small issue with the room regarding the bed type, but it was resolved quickly, which made our stay even better. This hotel truly excels in the details — the excellent water pressure in the shower, complimentary water in the room, and the small but well-appointed fixtures, especially in the bathrooms. We were also running late on checkout day, and they graciously allowed us an extra 30 minutes. Again, it’s the attention to detail that makes this place stand out.

Amazing location. FABULOUS Staff-helpful and knowledgeable!! Very clean everywhere. Comfortable room, bed and pillows. Delightful mix of indoor and outdoor spaces. Great water pressure in the shower. Plentiful breakfast with very large selection of foods - even a picky eater would love eating here. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

This was my fourth (4th) stay at Puertas de las Granadas and might just regrettably be my last. Every time I’ve stayed the service has gone progressively worse. Anywhere else I’ve stayed in Spain my experience has been exponentially different in terms of the level of courtesy from the front desk attendants. Every time I passed the desk throughout my two-day stay - not even an acknowledgment. It was quite odd. Aside from the bizarre disposition of the staff …despite having a manager present adjacent to the front desk attendants- that likewise never interacted either (adding to the oddness) the reason I’ve gone back has always been the central location of the hotel and proximity to the Alhambra (it’s literally up the hill). The rooftop terrace and the room views are both excellent. While I would still recommend it for first-time travelers due to the convenience and location mentioned - don’t expect much from the staff. .

Breakfast was very good, didn't use the bar.

Highly recommended place to stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and very pleasant. Conveniently located with easy access to transportation, and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was also great to have international news channels available in English.

Het was een super verblijf, heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam ontvangen. Ruime mooie kamer, met alle voorzieningen. Er valt op het verblijf zeker niks negatiefs te zeggen. Bij een volgende verblijf in Granada gaan we er zeker terug

Central location just a few minuted walk from the Alhambra. Clean. Good sized rooms. Buffet breakfast at €15 was pricey. Cheaper breakfast options in the cafes nearby. Would recommend.
