スタッフのきびきびした心配りが素晴らしい。姉妹ホテルの星の王子様のクライネプリンツも同様なスタイルであるが、清掃を除き男性ばかりは偶然か意味があるのか知りたい。アフターヌーンティーも充実している。本館は貴族の館の改修とはいえ、エレベーターは整備してほしい。

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Belle Epoche und würden wieder dort buchen. Der Charme des Hauses und des Gartens, das Ambiente und die Umgebung mit Villen ist sehr romantisch und stilvoll. Die Nacht war absolut ruhig und wir lauschten morgens wunderbaren Vogelgesängen. 5 Sterne! Wermutstropfen: 26€ pro Nacht Parkplatzkosten

This was a very pleasant stay. Excellent location. The breakfast was excellent and you could eat until 11 am. Very tasteful rooms and garden. The one negative point was that the hotel charge 26 Euro for overnight car parking. I only found out when I arrived. Also be aware the Hotel has no lifts. So if your room is on the second floor you should be able to climb stairs. Overall a perfect place to stay in Baden Baden.

The front-desk person was terrific. He readily and satisfactorily answered all our queries and requests. It is well located and replete with old-world charm.

Parkplatz top gleich vo dem hotel! Zimmer waren sehr sauber doch mit der Heizung war etwas nicht ok, ehr kühl und hat sich auch nicht aufgeheizt. Frühstück ok, etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig mit all dem Belle Epoque schnick schnack! Das Frühstücksbuffet würde ich vom Ablauf her neu überdenken.

Superb place very friendly staff great location amazing rooms

Wir waren zum Jahreswechsel 25/26 in Baden-Baden. Bereits am Empfang wurden wir mehr als zuvorkommend behandelt. Wir hatten die Wahl von 2 Zimmern ,das für uns passende auszusuchen. Gepäck wurde uns vom Parkplatz zum Zimmer gebracht. Das Hotel besteht aus 2 Häusern. Einmal eine antike Villa, mit sehr schöner Möblierung, auch im Restaurant. Im Kaminzimmer gibt es den Nachmittagstee. Frühstück ist sehr gut, auch mit Produkten aus dem Schwarzwald. Unser Zimmer war im neuen Gebäudeteil. Dieser ebenso im Antiken Stil. Die Möbel im Zimmer sehr hübsch und romantisch. Eine riesige Badewanne, Toilette separat. Ausnahmslos jeder vom Personal war zu jeder Zeit engagiert, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Garten ist wunderbar und mit Außenterasse. Dort kann man im Sommer sicher frühstücken. Der Parkplatz am Haus ist großzügig und Kameraüberwacht. Garage gibt es nicht. Ich habe den Parkplatz als sicher empfunden. Das Hotel liegt Zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. 10 Minuten zum Zentrum wenn man langsam geht. Wir würden wieder buchen.

We booked a superior twin for extra room but the room was above a garage door on rollers used frequently from 7am onwards which was very noisy and woke us every morning and during the day if we tried to nap. The hotel also only serves braakfast so no dinner available. Pity because the hotel was lovely, location ideal and staff nice.

Wonderful staff, owner, and hotel

Staff was great. At first the room appears charming and luxurious. But: floors were creaking very loud, the toilet had no door and when flushing it seems to fall apart. Bed was soft and basic, pillows second or inn grade. WiFi was spotty and slow. No coffee or tea in the room and tv was a small monitor. An insect was buzzing at the light. All the beautiful furniture seems to have to purpose other than decorative. It was quiet outside and the location was great.

Das war etwas besonderes. Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre im Haus, freundliches Personal und sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Nachmittagstee im Salon ist schon einen Besuch wert- einfach die Ruhe und Stille und den Raum genießen. Zum Frühstück ist alles vorhanden, schön dass es Filterkaffee gibt. Das Personal auch hier sehr aufmerksam. Wir waren hier sehr gerne zu Gast und kommen gerne wieder.

Outstanding hotel within walking distance of centre of Baden Baden. Belle Epoque is a very appropriate name. Our stay felt like a step back in time. Pure luxury. Welcoming & attentive staff

Wonderful hotel. Walking through the door of the hotel seems to enter an enchanted and ancient world. I felt entering a place where luxury and elegance can be breathe and have been breathe for centuries. It seems to be back to the world of the 19th century aristocracy with all the charme and the chic. Our room was a small one. Still it was perfectly furnished and matched the hotel style with paintings, chandeliers, beds and wardrobe directly coming from the idea of an ancient and aristocratic world. The breakfast room, the staircases and corridors lived up with this idea in a surprising way. We also tried the restaurant of their sister hotel (inspired by The Little Prince) and really enjoyed the dinner after a relaxing afternoon spent at the magic Friedrichsbad.
