フロントがある１階からエレベーターがあり、室内はとても清潔でした。また朝食をオーダーしていない宿泊者も滞在中は好きなだけコーヒーを飲めます。 宿泊中に3〜4人のホテルスタッフさんと話しましたが、全員がとても親切丁寧で驚きました。 今回ヨーロッパ旅行で8ヶ国を巡り、その中には高級ホテルもありましたが、それらとは比較にならないほど一番素敵なホテルでした。 普段、日本国内で高いレベルのサービスを受け慣れている日本人でも充分満足できるホテルだと思います。

中央駅と中央広場の真ん中で良い立地。

スタッフが大学の学生たちで、フレンドリーでいい感じでした。ただエアコンがイマイチでしたが、調整してくれました。 またおじゃましたいホテルです。

旧市街やミラベルガーデンにアクセス良好です

家族的雰囲気でいごこちよく、食事もおいしかったです。またザルツブルグを訪れる時はこのホテルに泊まります。

Friendly service, nice breakfast

A lovely boutique hotel with an exceptionally gracious staff. Located on a quiet street with great walks in the old town. Truly one of my best hotel experiencea.

This hotel comes with breakfast (all of our other hotels we've stayed at in germany had an extra charge). The staff was friendly and the area is so walkable to get to all the old town sites quickly. The bathroom was a bit outdated is the only negative. Highly recommend!

Great location in the heart of the city where all the shops and restaurants are. If you are driving though, be sure to contact the hotel beforehand because GPS brings you to an area that is blocked off and you need the code from the hotel to drop the bollard down to be able to drive there, which was confusing and we circled around for a long time trying to figure this out. The parking is also a discount at a public garage not on the property.

Es un excelente Hotel. Todo está muy bien. Es desayuno exquisito y de gran calidad pero lo mejor por encima de todo es el personal, su servicio es atento y eficiente.

Fantastic location and rooms was excellent! The service at the hotel was amazing and super friendly. Can highly recommend this hotel to anybody going to Salzburg! :-)

The staff was super welcoming, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was super with great service and huge selection of food. Great presentation too! The room was great and offered more pillows and amenities. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Väldigt trevligt hotell , bra service .

The room and hotel were good. The location was great, except there was a festival going on and lasted pretty much throughout the night right outside of our hotel room. There is no air-conditioning and it was extremely hot so in order to sleep we had to close the window because of the noise outside and basically sweat the entire night. I think that had the festival not been going on. It would’ve been better, or if the hotel would’ve had air conditioning it would’ve been a better experience.
