Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast, clean room :)

コーヒー、紅茶が無料で飲めてとても満足です

朝食がとても美味しい。スタッフもフレンドリーで気持ち良く滞在できた。グループのうち1名が早朝到着したが、臨機応変に対応していただき大変ありがたかった。

駐車場などの案内も丁寧に対応していただいて、助かりました。 また、利用させていただきたく思います。 本当にありがとうございました。

スタッフが大変気持ちよくサービスしてくれます。家内の車いすも事前に手配して準備してくれました。朝食もすべてオーガニックの手作りで、大変美味しくいただきました。 日本語のホテル名称が間違っていますので、訂正されることをお勧めします。

フロントがある１階からエレベーターがあり、室内はとても清潔でした。また朝食をオーダーしていない宿泊者も滞在中は好きなだけコーヒーを飲めます。 宿泊中に3〜4人のホテルスタッフさんと話しましたが、全員がとても親切丁寧で驚きました。 今回ヨーロッパ旅行で8ヶ国を巡り、その中には高級ホテルもありましたが、それらとは比較にならないほど一番素敵なホテルでした。 普段、日本国内で高いレベルのサービスを受け慣れている日本人でも充分満足できるホテルだと思います。

中央駅と中央広場の真ん中で良い立地。

スタッフが大学の学生たちで、フレンドリーでいい感じでした。ただエアコンがイマイチでしたが、調整してくれました。 またおじゃましたいホテルです。

旧市街やミラベルガーデンにアクセス良好です

家族的雰囲気でいごこちよく、食事もおいしかったです。またザルツブルグを訪れる時はこのホテルに泊まります。

The rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are the smallest hotel rooms we have ever stayed in, however. So don't expect a lot of space.

The breakfast was great .The staff in the hotel were very obliging.I would definitely recommend this hotel to any travellers.

위치도 너무 좋고, 숙소가 참 예뻐요. 오래되었지만 잘 관리되어 있고, 역사를 잘 간직한 호텔이에요. 잘츠부르크 도시는 꼭 다시 한번 또 오고싶은 곳이에요.

We had a lovely stay at this property. The staff as excellent, very kind and helpful. The breakfast and coffee service was wonderful. Our room was comfortable and, though somewhat basic, met our needs for a home base when we weren’t out exploring.

Hotel muito bem localizado, equipe atenciosa, café da manhã pago a parte, bem simples. Como a localização é bem central, o quarto pode ser um pouquinho barulhento por causa dos bares na rua, mas nada que afetou o nosso sono. O quarto em si era confortável, bem pequeno. O banheiro é muito pequeno e percebemos um cheiro ruim de retorno de esgoto, a porta tinha que ficar fechada para o cheiro não incomodar. Ganhamos um vinho local de cortesia pela fidelização com a Expedia, o que foi uma surpresa bem legal. Ficamos pouco tempo na cidade e a localização do hotel foi um grande benefício.

We had an excellent 3 night stay at this hotel. Property was exceptionally clean and the rooms while small, had everything we needed for our stay. The staff members were very friendly and helpful with any of our needs. The breakfast was a nice selection of meat, cheese, breads and pastries and also had eggs to order for 12€ per person per day. Roughly 15 minute walk to all the old sights but also has several restaurants within 5 minute walk. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel if staying in Salzburg.

The hotel was beautiful and conveniently located. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a great value and included several homemade items that we enjoyed very much. I highly recommend this hotel.
