ホテルはフレンチクォーター内にあって、New Orleansを楽しむなら申し分ない。部屋も外からの騒音も聞こえず、とても綺麗で過ごしやすいが、窓の無い部屋だったので、とても窮屈感を感じた。予約する時に分かっていたら、ほかの部屋を予約したと思う。スタッフは明るく親切で印象はとても良かった。

We had a great stay, Thought the bed was comfy. Elaine at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. Very close to everything in the French Quarter. Would stay here again

Staff was excellent! Bed very comfortable. AC worked great! Parking is down and across the street. As a solo female traveler arriving after dark, I was a little anxious, but when I exited the lot, Jean was coming down the sidewalk to meet me. Much appreciated! The room was ground floor streetside and I was awakened several times during the night by revelers, but afterall, it is New Orleans!

Macy was great! Room was very cold like we like it.

The staff was very nice, no complaints there. However, the “hotel” wasn’t the best. It was kinda small, outdated, had a mold smell, no mini fridge so we couldn’t bring leftover food back to the room, no full length mirror, no area for breakfast. Definitely wasn’t worth the $1100 we paid for 4 nights.

We booked a last minute weekend stay here after our original flight was cancelled. The staff was beyond friendly and the location was wonderful.. about 2 blocks from the French Market, close enough to the action but not so close that you were up all night. We got to watch a couple parades go by (wedding, protest, and a just because parade lol) the courtyard and pool area are very cute. The building itself is older, as are most buildings in the heart of the French Quarter so the rooms were on the smaller side, but they were clean and well kept. Would definitely stay again!

I was in town for a quick work project, the attendant was texting me and making sure the check in was going to be smooth as our flight was delayed by five hours. He moved quickly knowing I was tired. Overall the experience - while short (left by 9am) - was good. I mean its not an area I would bring my kids to, as the french quarter has a lot of crime and vagrancy, but I enjoyed the nostalgic feel of the room.

Wonderful staff, and a quieter location off Bourbon Street, but still centrally located.

Our experience here was fantastic. From the comfy beds, to the great customer service. All was superb!

The property is great and easily accessible to everyrhing you want to do in NOLA. The downer for us was the lack of a fridge and microwave or onsite vending machine to get cold drinks.

Love this place. Perfectly situated in the middle of the French quarter. Great rooms and prices and a friendly staff.

Property was very charming, pool was great for those hot days. Staff was friendly and helpful. I think refrigerators in the rooms would be great and coffee service in the lobby vs the machine in the room. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay!
