部屋が埃っぽく、くしゃみが止まらなかった 予約も取れてないと言われ、預け荷物のice packも預かってくれず、、サービスは良くない

Good location close to the high street. Loads of shopping and sightseeing. Close to the river and the castle. Room was tidy, carpets a bit outdated, could be lighter in the corridors. Early check-in was really helpful, so no complaints. Very good location and plenty different cuisine restaurants around

Nearly all good and definitely loved our room overlooking the street cafe. Just feel that a 4* should have a little more personal interaction e.g. have a reception and a representative to talk to if required, not just emailed a bunch of codes to get access.

Really hard work to check in! Despite trying to call them, using the intercom, emails, WhatsApp’s etc etc it was really hard work to get any information! No one present on site at all to communicate at all. Overall position of hotel is excellent but be aware a lot of improvements to the surrounding area are occurring around it.

Hotelli itsessään oli hyvä. Aamupala suppea, mutta tasokas. Sijainti erinomainen. Emme pitäneet uudesta "kätevästä" self-check-in-järjestelmästä. Jos olisi ollut henkilö vastaanottamassa meitä, olisimme päässeet helpommin sisälle. Meille ei tullut luvattuja viestejä huoneesta ja ovikoodista. Ei sähköpostiin, eikä whatsappiin. Jouduimme soittelemaan palvelunumeroon ja odottamaan. Henkilön lopulta saavuttua paikalle, hän lähetti tiedot vielä useasti, kunnes järjestelmä toimi lopulta. Toivoisimme henkilökohtaista palvelua sisäänkirjauduttaessa. Siivooja ei ollut pessyt huoneen kahvikuppeja.

No staff. We had to call in a number to check. The room is old and the carpet had a big stain.

Nice large room. Very well equiped and appointed. Great location in the old town and access to restaurants and the historical site.

Godt hotel, lidt slidt, store rum, pænt og rent. Reseptionen var et telefonnummer. Faktisk placering i den gamle bydel.

The hotel has great roomy rooms and a wonderfully warm shower.

Check in automatico con mail per istruzioni richiesta ripetutamente prima e dopo l'arrivo. Assenza di personale alla reception. Abbiamo chiamato e il telefono squillava a vuoto. Perso molto tempo prima di ricevere una risposta. Condizioni fatiscenti considerata la categoria. Assenza di ascensore. Pulizia appena sufficiente. Colazione ok.
