ルームフレグランス？の香りが少し強いかなと思いました。好みの香りではなかったからかもしれません。 部屋は清潔で広く、満足です。

ガリシアからピコス・デ・ヨーロッパ国立公園に向かう途中で1泊しました。オビエドの旧市街からは離れているようですが、ホテルの地下にある公共駐車場の料金は何度出し入れしても変わらないそうなので、車で旧市街などに行き来できると思います。キッチン付きでパスタなどの簡単な料理や朝食なら用意できそうです。ホテルの前の大通りの向かい側に大きなスーパーもあります。清潔で広々としていて快適に過ごせました。

フルキッチン、大型冷蔵庫があり便利でした。電気ケトルはありませんが、お鍋ですぐお湯は湧かすことができます。セルフランドリーはありませんが、お風呂場にパネル式のタオルドライがあるので、手洗いした洗濯物はすぐ乾きます。スーパーも近くに2箇所あり便利です。唯一の難点は、外の騒音（車の往来が激しい）と隣の部屋からの音が良く聞こえる事です。しかし、12時を過ぎると往来もなくなるので大丈夫かと。耳栓があれば問題なく眠れるかと思います。老人と子供が夕方まで歩いている極めた安全な場所です。

This is a nicely located hotel, with clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. It's a short 10-minute walk to the historic center, and the neighborhood is modern and clean, surrounded by greenery. There's a great grocery and market right across the street. The price for the area is good. The rooms are ok, if a bit worn. My main issues are with the hard memory foam pillows (which are never comfortable) and the noise between rooms, from the sides and above. All the floors are hard surfaces so you can hear every footfall, scraping chair, and housekeeping banging vacuums around starting at 8am. Perhaps not the best hotel for a good night's rest.

Modern apartments within 10 minutes walk of the centre. On site parking and amenities very close by. Easy access from motorways. Good value!

Well equipped very clean studio, very comfortable bed and good shower. Reception person charming, helpful, made us feel at home. Abundant breakfast in the art-filled cafe. Cafe owner a delight-- and DO go look at the Cross-stitched Velasquez over the piano that his sister embroidered! AMAZING! Close walk to everything, including a fun cider restaurant, Tierra Astur.

Rooms, clean, location, windows, hot showers

Having a kitchen and a couch made all the difference! It was warm and cozy. It was very easy to get to downtown.

Accueil fort aimable et très aidant. Les prestations de l^'hotel sont de grande qualité, avec de belles portes, etc... Deux choses très importantes qui ne vont pas du tout: - le ménage dès 8H40 tous les jours.... avec des chaises qui sont traînées sur le parquet (donc pas d'amortisseur de bruit) et les talkie-walky des femmes de ménages dans le couloir très fort! - les fenêtres sont de vraies passoires acoustiques sur rue! C'est assez honteux Enfin, merci au personnel du petit déjeuner, très attentif, très poli et très actif! La tv est un peu forte pour le matin! sinon tout est parfait

La habitación amplia y cómoda, el baño limpio. Desayuno básico, aceptable. Personal muy amable. A unas cinco minutos de Calle Gascona, y diez acaso del centro histórico. Lo único complicado es parquear ya que es un espacio angosto.

Wonderful location. Friendly staff. The included breakfast cafe was very good. For being an Aparthotel it could have had a better supplied kitchen. A couple of wine glasses would have been an easy addition.

Buen descanso. Silencioso y tranquilo. La única pega es que pedí cama de matrimonio y eran dos unidad.

2eme fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel,qui est très bien. Parking privé en sous-sol et payant. A 10 mn à pieds de la cathédrale. La chambre propre , mais la poubelle de la salle de bain n'était pas vidée. Dans la cuisine ,le strict minimum ( 2 cuillères,2 fourchettes). Il n'y a aucune tasse ou mug ou bol pour le petit déjeuner. Il y a juste 2 petites tasses pour le café. Sinon tout est très bien. La chambre double que nous avions eu la première fois était mieux

L'appartement est très propre et bien équipé. Dans la cuisine il y a tout pour se faire à manger. Couverts(2 cuillères..). Le lit très confortable. Le parking en sous-sol ( payant 11,25eu/ jour) sécurisé mais extrêmement étroit ( d'ailleurs il y a beaucoup de voitures qui ont dû toucher les murs car plein de rayures).En tout cas bien pratique. La localisation super, à moins de 10 mn de la cathédrale.

It was my second stay there and it is a really great hotel. The location is perfect for me...not rammed in a hotel zone but only a few minutes on foot to the old town and cathedral, and even closer to Gascon Street. The staff is very good also. Jose, at the front desk, speaks perfect English. He helped us very much. He oriented me to the town and gave my son a map with some highlights to get around. I definitely recommend it.
