The room I stayed smelled awful

The accommodation is not clean and there are many lies.I booked that hotel because there have an airport transfer.but they said I can call a taxi. AndThere is a charge for bottled water and laundry.   Etc.   And my big problem is The hostel charged me 3 times for accommodation fee and deposit by their mistake and canceled once but the one that should return as deposit does not come back.   The telephone conversation is also the worst.   So, when I exchanged mail, it was sent with this sentence. “Now you owe us money for this wild goose chase, our charges are $300 per hour for investigation” I can't believe that this attitude is a mistake on the hostel side. Furthermore, only one of the employees was really kind to me and looks nice , but it was very sad to think that it was one of the strategies. I Wish you look at this review and you don’t choose this hostel. It looks like a scammer. Even if they’re not a scammer, I can't allow them to run a hostel with such a holey organize. I wish my deposit will come back.

TV didn’t work.

立地は良かったけど、共同トイレ、シャワーでおまけに一人で宿泊なのに、ホテルの料金が11000*円強立ったのでちょっと高いです。

Bed super uncomfortable and slanted. No working wifi. Dirty, smelly. Bad part of town. Stay away at all costs. Book anywhere else. This should cost less than hostels or be delisted.

The bed its isn't good

This place is not worth 1$ it’s so dirty and smell bad. I travel a lot I never see place dirty like that. They even try to change me 50$ usd to keep my suitcase for 1 hour before check in. That’s not a professional way . And they call themselves hotel them room is so small

Poor. Nothing like the photos poor cleaning second hand furniture and the around area is not the fault of the owner but is bad and the carpet in the hall nasty

The hotel is placed in a bad part or town. There was hyperdermic needles on the side walk just outside the door, with a male possibly over dosing. There were more needles in the parking lot. The room had an in window AC unit that had board surrounding it but had chunks missing so you could clearly see outside. Not a safe neighbor. The hotel is dingey and you do t get your own bathroom it is shared.

Staff were rude and tried to take my deposit

The place is run-down and old we got a room with two twin beds but we had to share a bed because the one bed was the creakiest bed I have ever seen my entire life. The walls were super thin and I could easily listen to everyone else's conversations. It may say there's a TV. But the tv is a fatback - round screen one and there isn't even a tv connection so it's useless. But the AC worked so that's good

Very average, plus side is that you’re near/in downtown toronto. I only stayed 1 night, for me it was fine. you might want to upgrade if you need more comfort. They do charge a 300$ « in case of damages », that should be reimbursed within 1 week. This remains to be seen.

My stay at that location was awful. There was actually not a hotel or suites, it was more like a halfway house or a boarding house. I was horrified. I had no choice but to stay one night, but I got my money back. I feel the place should be condemned. I will send you some pictures. For example. Over the bed was a cracked and moldy skylight that was disgusting. The room smelled. The blanket had a cigarette burn and some stains on it nasty. In addition, the shared bathrooms were gross and there was wiring that was hanging out all over the place. I have pictures.

Do not stay there is super bad

Je n’ai jamais été à cette place ….. quand je suis arrivé…. Trop itinérant et drogue à cette place et aucune place à ce stationner et quand j’ai appeller …. La personne au bout de la ligne ne parle même pas anglais ou presque …. J’espère ne pas être chargé pour cette chambre ? 819 279-7533

The room and the location were great, better than expected, the only problem was that they lie about parking. There is NO ON SITE PARKING. Which was what made us book this over an other hotel. We had to park on the street and stress about the car, as we did not want to pay $15 for the parking lot opposite when we planned to get onsite parking included in our booking.
