総合評価とレビュー Atrium Hotel Bucharest City Center

　空港バスを学生広場でおりて向かったのですが、場所が少し判りにくく15分余りもかかりましたが、なれれば10分です。 リフトで到着してすぐの廊下は暗く、照明が灯るのが遅い。 WiFiはドアの近くは強なのに、ベッド付近は弱・窓際は切れました。 部屋温度は快適で、エアコン無しの暖房機だけで十二分に温かく、お風呂に暖房設備もあり、洗濯物が直ぐに乾きます。レセプションの応対は水準以上で快適な対応でした。 料金も★★★★としては安く、特に冬場の滞在にはお勧めです。

最初に到着したとき、外見が汚くて、ブカレストはどこもそうだけど、通りからちょっと中に入って、汚くて、物騒な場所にあるけど大丈夫かなと思いました、でも、中は良かった、スタッフも親切丁寧、笑顔、しかも安いホテル、日本のかたには、是非おすすめします、でも、ぜったいに、ブカレストでは、タクシーはまずぼったくられると思った方がいいです、それと、どんな人が声をかけてきても、ぜったいに疑うこと、例え警察でも、経験から、まず疑い、相手の言うとおりにはしない、できれば、人の多いところに、移動する。鉄則です。

CP良好なれど、環境悪し。 朝食OK,フロントの英語OK,ホテルは古いがリノベーション済みで清潔。バスタブ付が有り難い。 旧市街まで徒歩１０分以内と近くて便利だが、環境が悪く少々怖い。

Great helpful stuff, clean and convenient area

Stayed at this spot in early December 2023 for 5 days. This is NOT "City Center". It is about 600-700 meters from being central, down a dark road in a not-so-great neighborhood. I walked back in the evenings and did not feel safe. A lot of abandoned buildings and not well lit. The front desk staff... The two young men working there were very friendly and helpful. Great folks. There was a lady who worked a couple evenings at the front desk and was mean. For three of the five days, I did not have hot water. I did get the front desk (when they had a helpful person there) call maintenance. A young man came up and did something to fix it. He was very friendly and helpful. However, it was back to cold the next morning and the mean lady at the front desk was no help. Breakfast was great - no concerns there. Room was clean, warm, and taken care of. No worries there. Overall - would not recommend. It was a bit of a scary walk, the front desk was not always friendly, and there were significant issues with the hot water.

Great location. Close to city center. Close to public transport. The staff and management were amazing. Mini fridge in the room that you can fill on your own. Breakfast available but not other meals. Lots of restaurants around the location.

After a 3 night stay and I cannot say I have had a satisfying experience at this hotel. The morning after the 1st night I noticed some bug bites on me. I harmlessly assumed they were from mosquitoes or something. After the 2nd night the entire right side of my body was covered. This is side I sleep on and can only be from bed bugs. After this 2nd night I notified the front reception and they put us in a different room. After checking out after the 3rd night front desk asked us if we used anything from the minibar, which we replied with no. They said after this that it's compliments from them but we didn't use it and already checked out? Later that day we went back to collect our luggage and asked front reception to reimburse the tiny cost of medicine which was 60RON (20AUD or 13Euros). They told us that it is not possible for there to be bed bugs and they can't do anything to help... This is after putting us in a different room and being apologetic.

To put it friendly, the hotel has an excellent location (walking distance to the old town) & very good breakfast, however, the interior is a bit old. The lift is a fragile vehicle, the hotel room interior looks as it if has been there for many years, the bed cover linen was too small that couldn’t fit two people. We've reserved one of their most expensive suites which, obviously, doesn't get to be occupied too often so they don't bother to verify if everything is working properly. The air conditioning wasn't working, just the fan, which is not so pleasant when the temperature outside is over 40 degrees Celsius. The tub in the bathroom was clogged which made it almost impossible to have a decent shower and, not to forget, the room was facing the street Calea Mosilor which is a busy street, with street cars running there all night. Considering the average price level in Bucharest the cost for this kind of room is ridiculous. Obviously the management feels the proximity to the nearby old town justifies all that. If I have the chance, next time I will look for a diferent place.

Bon séjour, hôtel calme et propre. Petit déjeuner vraiment copieux. Je recommande.

Hotelli oli meille sopiva. Sijainti oli hyvä. Huoneessamme ja koko hotellissa oli aivan liian kuuma. Jouduimme pitämään ikkunaa auki, vaikka ulkona oli vain 2-3 astetta lämmintä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.

Personale gentilissimo, buona colazione, buona pulizia, non lontano dal centro.

Great hotel, staff are great. The area the hotel is located is not the great. The Tram runs beside the hotel and is vary loud and shakes the walls and floor. Walk a few blocks and it’s right in town and close to all

The atrium is a decent hotel but the location is horrible. Graffiti everywhere and decrepit empty buildings and definitely not a safe area to walk in. Even the cab driver told me not to be out of the hotel at night.

Rooms are too small, breakfast is poor. In total it was nice staying there.

Relatively old Hotel. Good location but not a great surrounding. Elevator and AC didn’t work. Nice personnel doing lots of cleaning! Breakfast boring after two days. It is not a 4 star hotel!

Vicina al centro. Camere silenziose e pulite. Mancanza di assortimento per la colazione dolce.scarno il gluten free (solo fettine di pane...)

The hotel was in an older area, but was excellent for our stay. It was only a few minutes walk to Old Town.

Hotel pulito, vicino al centro(lipscani) facile da raggiungere anche di notte. Ottima relazione qualità prezzo.

Das Hotel ist an sich nichts besonderes, absolute Standardzimmer, wenig Charme, aber sauber und die Nähe zum Lipscani-Viertel war praktisch (und der Grund für unsere Wahl). Die unmittelbar Umgebung des Hotels selbst ist eher in der Kategorie "morbider Charme" einzuordnen, aber sowas mögen wir. Für diejenigen, denen das wichtig ist: WLAN ist gut.
