I got a family room. It was large and comfortable. The view was the best part of the stay. If I may I could like to comment on 2 things. 1. There were fruitflies size flies were in my room. I don't know many I killed. 2. I was responsible for taking out the garbage at the end of the stay. I found it strange.

ビアリッツの空港から最寄りのバス停まで10分程かかります。最寄りのバス停からホテルまで徒歩10分程かかります。ビーチまでは徒歩3分程ととても近いです。ビアリッツの中心地までは徒歩10分弱かかります。レストランやマルシェ、スーパーなどがあります。カウンターのスタッフさんは忙しい様子で無愛想でした。チェックイン前チェックアウト後に荷物は預かってもらえますが、荷物置き場は誰でも入室可能なため貴重品を預けることは危険だと感じました。部屋は少し古さを感じましたが許容範囲でした。冷房がついていないため暑い時期は大変かもしれません。

午後９時ごろのチェックインになったこともあったと思うが、フロントに人がおらず１０分ほど待たされた。一人ひとりにWiFiのパスワードをくれたものの、本館（？）から道を隔てた別館（？）にあった部屋ではつながらず。朝、本館のロビーに行ったらつながった。部屋から見える海の景色は美しく、思い出に残る。すぐそこに、遅くまで開いている雑貨店やレストランがたくさんあり、便利だった。

プールがあり、海に入れない時に良い。午後から潮が引いてコート ド バスクの海で泳げる。少し歩くとグラン プラージュに出られて１日泳げるし、レストランもたくさんあった。徒歩6分くらいのカルフールで買い物をして、部屋のキッチンで軽く作って食事もできて良かった。次回はもう少し長く滞在したい。

大人４人で宿泊 ベランダから海と灯台、町並みが見える。 設備については問題ない。 やや高台のためか中心部までは坂がある。

Si la chambre est propre avec une vue imprenable, les parties communes ne le sont pas et mériteraient une vraie remise à niveau.

Séjour inoubliable au Grand Large ! Le point fort est sans aucun doute l'emplacement : être sur la falaise face à la Côte des Basques est un pur bonheur. Se réveiller avec la vue sur les surfeurs et les Pyrénées au loin, c'est magique. L'appartement était fonctionnel et propre, mais c'est vraiment la terrasse qui fait tout le charme. On a adoré pouvoir tout faire à pied : le centre-ville et les Halles sont à moins de 10 minutes. On reviendra sans hésiter pour les couchers de soleil !

This is a tricky one as there were some parts which were truly amazing and other parts which were really bad! The amazing parts were the location, the service and the breakfast. The rooms were well equipped and had everything we needed as a young family. The staff were very nice and helpful. There was parking which was useful and the location was fantastic. Our daughter loved having a bunk bed in our room. The shower was powerful. The things which were bad could all be fixed/changed, thankfully. The rooms are not noise proof at all- so you can hear every time someone moves a chair or table, which for reasons I don’t quite understand seemed to be happening constantly (above, or either side of us). I feel sorry for our neighbours as our baby still wakes up in the night so might have woken them up. Some of this could be fixed by adding soft ‘feet’ to the furniture perhaps so you can’t hear when people move the chairs? Finally, the beds were really bad (very very hard)- could perhaps look at adding mattress toppers to them (or have some spare if guests ask)? My back was very painful after the stay here. The lift was also broken when we stayed which meant it was quite difficult getting in and out with a buggy (as it was in constant use) but these things happen and I think they were in the process of fixing it when we left. In summary, with a couple of changes the hotel would be fantastic in every way and we really wanted to give a higher rating. It was good value, too.

We arrived early and though we couldn’t check in we could store our bags. We used our time to explore beautiful Biarritz and the shoreline. Though the hope always is that you can check in early it was no problem at all

Room was perfect, plenty amenities which I didn’t capitalise on. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was disappointing. Hot food selection was cold as the machine seemed to be faulty. Breakfast service was not busy but overall an ok selection.

Very friendly bilingual staff, centrally located with great views if you are a few floors up. Rooms are tired but a refurb is underway

Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre récemment rénovée. La rénovation n’est pas totale : les sols, le coin cuisine et la salle de bain n’en n’ont pas bénéficié. Sinon la deco est quand même jolie, canapé et TV neufs. La position de la télé aurait dû être repensée car pas face au lit.
