I got a family room. It was large and comfortable. The view was the best part of the stay. If I may I could like to comment on 2 things. 1. There were fruitflies size flies were in my room. I don't know many I killed. 2. I was responsible for taking out the garbage at the end of the stay. I found it strange.

ビアリッツの空港から最寄りのバス停まで10分程かかります。最寄りのバス停からホテルまで徒歩10分程かかります。ビーチまでは徒歩3分程ととても近いです。ビアリッツの中心地までは徒歩10分弱かかります。レストランやマルシェ、スーパーなどがあります。カウンターのスタッフさんは忙しい様子で無愛想でした。チェックイン前チェックアウト後に荷物は預かってもらえますが、荷物置き場は誰でも入室可能なため貴重品を預けることは危険だと感じました。部屋は少し古さを感じましたが許容範囲でした。冷房がついていないため暑い時期は大変かもしれません。

午後９時ごろのチェックインになったこともあったと思うが、フロントに人がおらず１０分ほど待たされた。一人ひとりにWiFiのパスワードをくれたものの、本館（？）から道を隔てた別館（？）にあった部屋ではつながらず。朝、本館のロビーに行ったらつながった。部屋から見える海の景色は美しく、思い出に残る。すぐそこに、遅くまで開いている雑貨店やレストランがたくさんあり、便利だった。

プールがあり、海に入れない時に良い。午後から潮が引いてコート ド バスクの海で泳げる。少し歩くとグラン プラージュに出られて１日泳げるし、レストランもたくさんあった。徒歩6分くらいのカルフールで買い物をして、部屋のキッチンで軽く作って食事もできて良かった。次回はもう少し長く滞在したい。

大人４人で宿泊 ベランダから海と灯台、町並みが見える。 設備については問題ない。 やや高台のためか中心部までは坂がある。

We had an amazing view from our very spacious room and could see/hear the waves coming into the beach from our balcony. Everything was comfortable. We paid extra for our breakfast - which was satisfactory. The staff at reception were really helpful, showing us the best way to restaurants and recommending options. The hotel is a short walk from the old town, yet in a quiet area. I wasn't so keen on the lack of a wash hand basin in the separate toilet.

Superbe vue

Établissement très bien situé très proche du centre ville de Biarritz (5 min à pied), permettant ainsi de laisser la voiture sur ke parking de la résidence (payant mais sécurisé et très pratique car pas de stationnement gratuit à proximité). Personnel très agréable. Les appartements avec très belle vue océan pour 4 sont confortables et bien insonorisés et la kitchenette équipée est fonctionnelle et très pratique. La literie est de qualité. La piscine chauffée et la table de ping pong sont également très appréciables et un vrai plus pendant le séjour. Le petit déjeuner est complet et qualitatif.

Clean room .. beautiful view

Buenas variedad de productos en el desayuno. Habitación limpia correcta. Hay muchos bichos en el techo y lámparas. Sería bueno fumigar un poco.

De kamer was voorzien van alle gemakken inclusief de mogelijk om zelf te koken. Wel zou er wel wat gemoderniseerd kunnen worden. Kamer had geen airco en verwarming in hotel stond hoog. Geen mogelijkheid om temperatuur te regelen. Enige optie was om schuifdeur naar balkon open te zetten. Verder was de plaatsing van de televisie onhandig op een muur naast de keuken en vrij hoog. Best lastig om te kijken los van feit dat er alleen maar Frans talige zenders waren. Verblijf was verder prima. Er werd echter niet schoongemaakt en daar was ook niets over gecommuniceerd. Hebben uiteindelijk zelf maar schone handdoeken gevraagd. Lijkt me hier een rol voor de receptie weggelegd met betrekking tot de communicatie bij inchecken. Toch hebben we een goed verblijf gehad.
