チェックアウト日を変えようとして、部屋が無いから変えられないとの回答。仕方が無いので、チェックイン時に再度チェックアウト日を1日早めたいと依頼したら、OKでも料金はいただきますとの回答。仕方が無いので、当初のチェックアウト日まで宿泊することにしました。ところが、チェックアウト前日の昼にチェックアウト時間だと連絡が来たので、元々変更を拒否したのは、ホテル側として確認するよう要求した結果、ホテル側に間違いが判明してことなきを得ましたが、一体なんなんだという思いです。

This hotel is one of the few 4-storey hotels in the very convenient center along the coast of Sitges. The building has been old since, but it is properly maintained. There are not many rooms, not luxurious, but it is very clean interior. It is a very nice view from the coastal room where you can see the coast. A small pool and deck chairs and chairs are set up on the 4th floor and you can spend a long distance listening to the bustle while hoping for the coast. The breakfast is buffet style at the restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel, and we are satisfied very much with many items. There are many cafés, restaurants and shops on foot from the hotel, which is extremely useful. If you go to the beach you can rent a beach towel free at the reception so you can rest assured. Wi-Fi is also smooth.

We loved this hotel - great location opposite the beach, helpful staff, nice clean rooms, good bathroom and excellent breakfast. Would definitely return.

Wonderful hotel with a beach view and rooftop pool (although it’s small). Go early if you want to grab a lounge chair. Conveniently located near the old city with lots of restaurants and shops. Very easy to get around. We have a room with a balcony and a sea view. Perfecto!

Hotelli oli siisti ja huoneet suhteellisen tilavat ja modernit. Hotelli henkilökunta oli avuliasta. Aamupala oli ok, mutta tuotteita oli tarjolla vain rajatusti. Lisäksi mm. lasit, kananmunat, appelsiinimehu, juusto jne. oli useina aamuina loppu ja niiden perään piti erikseen kysyä.

La limpieza perfecta de las instalaciones, El resraurante Casinet muy rico. Servicio excelente, muy atentos, Los amenities del baño muy bien! Lo que menos gusto, la pisicina pequeñita, mejoraria las instalaciones de los pasillos y escaleras y baños de recepcion que estan como antiguos aunque funcionales. Hoy al desayunar el melon no estuvo bueno, estaba avinagrado.

Great location. Good breakfast options. Parking underground and reasonable.

Junior suite. Terrace- the sea view is a bit obstructed, also you could see staircase windows facing the terrace, separate balcony facing windows of other buildings. Spacious apartment area, nice bathroom. Pool are with nice view however some walls requiring painting. Good location.

Hotel bem localizado em frente à praia e próxima ao centro da cidade e estação de trem. Ótimas opções de restaurante no entorno. Equipe do hotel muito atenciosa e prestativa. O café da manhã é bom e suficiente para iniciar o dia.

A fantastic stay. Hotel in a great location, room spotless and had everything you’d need. Best thing was the service in the hotel- everyone so friendly and made you feel like you were visiting family. Will definitely return.

Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer im 1. Stock mit Meerblick und das war wirklich super. Alle waren sehr bemüht. Kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Lovely position on the beach front

Great location, and lovely aspect (if you have a sea view room). My reason for dropping it one star is that the aircon is old and ineffective. Wasn't too much of an issue for my trip in May, but would be in the hotter summer months.

Staff was great, beautiful view and access of the beach, bed was very comfortable
