客室はとても綺麗で使いやすかったです。お勧めします！

停電時にスタッフが懐中電灯で階段を案内していた。

とても清潔で過ごしやすいホテルでした。 フロントの方も気さくに話してくれて、スペインが初めての私に気をつけた方が良いことなども教えてくれました。 周辺には飲食店が沢山あり、朝から夜まで食事に困ることもありません。 カサ・ミラや、カサ・バトリョ、カタルーニャ広場までも歩いて行けます。

ホテル全体は綺麗で快適でした。騒音問題ですが他の方の口コミを見て覚悟していましたが全く気にならず良質な睡眠がとれました。部屋の冷蔵庫（ミニバー）があって暖かい日だったので便利でした。ルームテラスの部屋でしたが最上階で遮るものがなく景色良かったですが、両隣との隙間が大きく丸見えなのが気になりました。部屋は毎日きれいに掃除されていましたが1日だけバスタオルの交換がされていなかったです。立地も分かりやすくツーリストバス停も近くだったので便利でした。WIFIは問題なく使用できました！また宿泊したいと思えるホテルで快適に過ごすことができました。おすすめです★

シャワーの排水が悪く、外へ水があふれてしまいました。修理を依頼しましたが2回言っても変わらず、3回目でようやく改善されましたが、それでも完全では無くシャワーの量には注意が必要でした。また、壁は薄く音漏れあり、外の音もかなり入ってくるため耳栓をして寝ました。朝食と一階のバルで飲んだビールは美味しかったです。

建付けが悪くバスルームのドアが閉まら無かった。ツインを予約したのにダブルだった。部屋が狭かった。

中心部に近く、地下鉄の駅も近い便利な場所にあります。タクシー乗り場も目の前。観光には便利です。ただし、便利な場所にある分、部屋はせまいです。同じ系列のホテルでも、ディアゴナル通りの北側のほうが安くて広いです。短期滞在で観光がっつりしたい方にはこちらがオススメ。

カタロニア通りに近く、治安もいい場所です。観光・ショッピング・食事等にも便利な位置にあります。 スタッフも明るい対応で親切でした。この付近は高価なホテルが多い場所ですが、その中で、ロケーション・コストを考えればおすすめです。

最寄り地下鉄の駅からやや歩くが、バルセロナの中心部で観光には便利。

Convenient location- close to the main shopping area and sights. Easy to walk to everything and lots available in surrounding streets for all needs.

Breakfast was great even though we didn‘t get a 10% discount in the final invoice despite registering for the membership. We have ordered a Pizza on the rooftop which was really really bad though. The room was ok, a little dusty but overall clean. The AC was not working and we couldn‘t leave the windows open at night (loud street).

Very disappointing stay at Catalonia Hotel 1864. I booked a standard single room for myself, but the room was extremely small and had a strong mouldy smell. When I complained to reception, instead of resolving the issue properly, I was told they could offer me a deluxe room , but only if I paid an additional €138 per night. To me, this felt like a deliberate upselling strategy rather than genuine customer service. Guests should not be pressured into paying huge extra charges just to have a clean and comfortable room. Very unfair and opportunistic experience overall.

The location of the hotel was great. We walked to all the sites. The breakfast buffet in the morning had a good variety and was delicious. The hotel was quiet and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Hotel is in a great location and staff was nice. Room was clean but small and really lacked a place to put luggage for 2 people. Bathrooms exceeded expectations. For some reason the key kept getting deprogrammed and the staff was unable to correct this. It resulted in me coming back to get a new key every time we left the hotel. They made it seem like it was only me but I saw another guest having the same issue. While this wasn’t a terrible problem it was an annoying inconvenience. The staff was apologetic about it. I’m not sure I would stay here again.
