レセプションがとても親切に対応してくれた。ミニキッチン付の部屋は自室で朝食が摂れるのが良かった。 チェックアウト後の観光の間、大きな複数の荷物を一時預かってくれて、とても助かりました。ベネチアの観光スポットにはバスが1.5ユーロととても安い。

オーナーはとても親切で、部屋は綺麗でセンスが良いです。空港からほど近いので、便利。ヴェネツィア内のホテルはかなり値段が高いが、ここは快適かつお手頃です。

日本人にはシャトルバスを電話をかけて呼ばなくてはいけないのが、不便。空港のwifiではwhatsappの電話がうまく繋がらず、国際ローミングを使った。明るい時間なら、なんとか歩けるが、途中、歩道が狭く（無い）危ないところもある。空港シャトルバスは片道だけ、夜８時以降と早朝だけ出してくれる。また、ミーティング場所も分かりづらい。部屋に朝食などセッティングしてあるが、お菓子が多く、いまいちかな。エレベーターがあるので重い荷物や大きい荷物があっても部屋まではスムーズにいける。ベットのマットレスが１つへたっていて、寝心地が悪かった。

初めてのイタリア。遅くの到着になりましたが、嫌な顔せず迎えに来てくれました。 お部屋もとても清潔で、ゆっくりと休むことができました。 そして次の日、リド島へ向かうため空港までの交通を聞いたら、快く空港の船着き場まで送ってくれました。 次回来た時も、是非お世話になりたいと思います。

We just needed somewhere to stay before going to the Venice island the next morning. But we could have stayed longer in this hotel! We arrived at the Marco Polo Airport at around 9pm. We gave a call to the hotel and they came to pick us up. The room was clean and really nice and lovely. The bathroom was also clean. In the morning we had breakfast outside, looking over their pretty garden. After check-out we walked to the bus stop to go to the Santa Lucia station. On the map that was given in the hotel, the bus stop seemed just across the road, but it was actually quite a walk, so be careful! It wasn't impossibly far from the hotel, but because on the map it was just extremely near, and in reality it wasn't, we started to worry that we might be lost. By the way the check-out time was 10am, but they came to our room door at 9:50, saying that we were over-staying and they needed to clean the room. We told them we know the check-out time very well and it's not 10am yet. We were slightly annoyed by this.

We only had a 1 night stay gor an early flight. Wish we could of enjoyed breakfast there, if they had it available. Upon check in i ask for an early morning taxi to pick us up for our flight. Taxi was early and waited patiently outside the gate for us. The room was a little cramped for the 3 of us, but it worked. The towels for showering were some kind of disposable towel that i had never seen before, but it worked. Quiet place close to the Marco Polo airport in a safe area. I'd probably stay here again.

The hotel was quiet and in really good shape. The disposable eco towels left much to be desired. I like regular towels a lot better.

Great hotel for a one night stay close to the airport. The family bedroom was really clean and well equipped. Check-in and communication with the hotel were flawless. There are convenient dining options within walking distance, and Marco Polo airport is a 2mn drive away . There is onsite parking and a shuttle to the airport is also available (fee).

Great place, I felt very safe traveling with just my daughter and I. Very helpful!! Very comfortable and clean!!

To be fair, we stayed here for only 10 hours. However, compared with the other properties we stayed at throughout Italy, this property did not live up to the rest. Imagine staying at your aunts house and were presented with a entire folder of rules and regulations for your stay. I understand that the owners love their property and want to keep it safe and clean, but we did not feel welcome and happy to be here. It was clean and very pretty, but not for us. Maybe better for a couple traveling together. To each his own...

Perfect for overnight to catch early flight.

We stayed there the night before early flight out of Marco Polo airport. Super convenient location. Restaurants nearby. Staff were very. Wry helpful and responsive and the place is wry nice. Impressed with high tech basically contact free and environmentally responsible environment. Highly recommend

Gate issues.. and room code didn’t work .. I kept calling them .. they had to come to unlock my room for me .. I was there late Anna left early morning to catch me flight back home.

The landlady is very kind and professional, and the accomodation is truly lovely. However, we found cleanliness can be improved: there were clumps of human hair between the bed sheets, and our son had an asthma-cough attack overnight, which eased leaving the room.

Love this place! Great room, location and staff. Beautiful decor, clean, coded entrance, walking distance to good eating, parking right on site. Elevator access to room available. Highly recommend!
