A localização é excelente, junto ao santuário de covadonga. No passado pode ter sido um hotel de 4 estrelas, agora já não é. Poucos funcionários que não têm mãos a medir, principalmente na área do bar/cafetaria/restaurante. Foi uma estadia agradável.

The room was clean, had decent size but there was a lack of maintenance. The shower head would fall if moved slightly, the toilet cover was missing a hinge, there was a broken towel rack and the main door was missing oil and would squeak everytime it was opened. There is a lack of parking space (only enough for 15 cars or so), no room service available. There is a cafeteria available which closes at 7pm however we went at 6pm and they no longer had food available. The staff was kind and helpful. Definitely not 4 star worthy though.

Beautiful room with tall ceilings and comfortable bed. The hotel is nice and right next to the church. It was very cold and they don't have heat in the summer so Maria at the front desk let me borrow her personal space heater to help me. She was amazing! Great restaurant as well.

The hotel is exquisite, the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good. It’s a peaceful place for a spiritual pilgrim.

Decepcionante. En su día tuvo que ser un hotel top por la ubicación pero el hotel parece abandonado. Sigue manteniendo moquetas que daban un olor a viejo además de mantener olores de vete a saber qué y quien. Tienen muy poco personal, nada propio de un cuatro estrellas y de hecho, un solo camarero atendía bar y restaurante y una sola persona de recepción para todas las tareas. Nos tuvimos que cambiar de habitación porque nos pusieron encima de los aparatos de aire acondicionado del hotel que hacían un ruido horrible. la segunda habitación sin ruidos pero... decoración de hace 50 años, con moquetas, cortinas en las camas como en hoteles del S. XIX, en definitiva, muy decepcionante.

Aparcamiento limitado en temporada alta.

Viejo, ruidoso, habitación pequeña con un balcón acristalado que no tenía puerta de la habitación al balcón, las maderas crujen, puertas y ventanas sin ajustar por lo que pasa el ruido interior y la luz de pasillo, el ascensor hace tanto ruido que es incómodo el dormir. No repeturé

La habitación estaba limpia pero la moqueta tenia manchas, el personal amable pero tardaron mucho en atendernos para cenar y luego se les olvidó un plato y nos lo trajeron todo a la vez... El desayuno muy bueno, la chica muy atenta y agradable. No teníamos balcón y las vistas desde la ventana daban al aparcamiento pero fuimos de noche y dejamos el hotel pronto asique tampoco íbamos a disfrutarlas.

La máquina del café no dispensaba el descafeinado de ninguna clase los dos días de la estancia. Las plazas de parking escasas. Por lo demás todo excelente

This is a beautiful hotel which is well situated to see the tomb of Pelayo and the basilica. Charming and full of character, this hotel is worth the money. The restaurant serves dinner with Asturian classics at a reasonable price. The only criticism is that the waiter could not tell us anything about the cheeses we were eating. As Asturias is known for its gastronomy, a hotel of this class should have staff who can talk about the food in either English or Spanish. That said, I would not hesitate to return.

Good service and clean room.

Some minor things what should be taken care of before we arrived. Take in mind the hotel is old and very noisy. For sure not bad, the restaurant is excellent and the location top of the top. Parking is easy, staff is very helpful and friendly. Especially the waiter in the restaurant.
