駅やバスターミナルまで歩いて少しです。 但し空港線のバス停からは遠いので要注意です。

列車やバスでの移動が多かったので、駅近くのここにしました。 但し空港からのバス路線(L19)には遠いので要注意です。

お部屋は広くて清潔。4階だったので眺めも良かったです。バス(スープラツアーズ)・電車まで歩いて行けて便利です。空港からもバスで近くで降ろしてもらえました。

マラケシュ鉄道駅から500mぐらいで徒歩圏内。日が暮れてからチェックインで朝食もつけず8時過ぎにチェックアウトしてしまったので、それほど感想もないけれど、こじんまりとしたホテルで、部屋は狭いけれど快適に過ごせた。 ホテル内、外に出れば数軒のカフェがあるので食事には困らない。 ただ、全く不可はないけれど目的が「鉄道駅利用のため」でなければあえてこのホテルに滞在しなくても…

空いているからって、無料でスイートに変えてくれました！超うれしかった！スタッフはフレンドリーだし、スパもすぐとなりにあって、ホテル内でしてもらえます。屋上のレストランも良かった！

First put me in a dirty room overlooking a noisy carriageway and restraunt directly underneath my room. There are no soundproof windows in the hotel. The hotel is advertised as having laundry service, had planned my trip around this to discover that this is untrue and there is no facility as advertised. When I asked to be moved via hotels.com , I was moved to another dirty room overlooking another noisy carriageway. I then discovered the electrics were not working in the room and then discovered there was no hot water. When I asked to be moved to a room without noise , that is clean and with hot water I was then put into a room overlooking the same noisy carriageway as the first room. This room had gaps in the laminate flooring and holes in the curtains. I asked to be moved again but my request was ignored. Staff were aware I had raised all issues with hotels.com yet chose to completely ignore me for the duration of my stay.

Nous avons étés accueillis avec beaucoup d'attention, suite a une arnaque a location la veille , la fatigue était présente et le personnel a été d'une gentillesse hors du commun merci à l'équipe de l'accueil en passant par le personnel de ménage serveur etc... En dehors de cela l'hôtel est bien placé avec des chambres grandes et propres . je recommande fortement et a bientôt !

Strongly advise not to rely on Hotel shuttle to go to Marrakesh airport as we almost missed our flight waiting for shuttle early morning

The staff was exceptional.

Chambre très propre et d'une bonne grandeur. Le buffet du soir au restaurant sur le toit, était excellent . Le petit déjeuner aussi, nourriture excellente. Très bonne hôtel, rapport qualité prix et très bien située

Bon emplacement proche gare , chambre confortable et bien équipée. Jy reviens régulièrement.

Staffing! I had such a disappointing experience with rhe staff. When I checked in, I paid the taxes due and paid for my airport shuttle. Upon checkout, the staff member told me I owed money. I corrected him. He became argumentative and then showed me the receipt. The receipt was for a DIFFERENT GUEST and then he acted like it was no big deal. Then, he asked for money AGAIN. I told him he had the wrong guest portfolio! I was getting upset and worried that there wouldn’t be a shuttle. It arrived late because the staff member at check in scheduled the wrong time. I was really stressed out and not a great way to begin a 24 hour travel day. Will never stay at this hotel again! Incompetent and rude staff members!!!!

The room was clean and tidy. The hotel offers a Moroccan cultural vibe. The food from the restaurant was excellent—pleasant and helpful staff. Many speak English.

The room was satisfactory, notably clean, and the breakfast was enjoyable. However, several aspects were less than ideal: the reserved parking for guests was not available, and the water pressure was exceptionally low. Furthermore, despite my request for a queen-sized bed, the room provided two twin beds pushed together, resulting in a noticeable indentation in the center.

Clean room, good beds, Staff were very friendly and also let us drop our bags off 5 hours before check-in
