2泊しました、トレードは1泊で十分などこかなぁと思います 朝食付で五つ星ホテルとしては全然良くなかった、フロントで紹介してくれたレストランはおいしかったです 部屋は広くてちょっと古さは感じますがなかなか快適でした

とても綺麗なホテルで快適でした。スタッフの態度も良かったのですが、チェックインの時に無料の朝食が付いているという説明を受けたのに、実際には朝食が含まれていないプランだったので、大して食べていないのに夕食並みの料金が請求されました。こちら側も事前に確認を怠った落ち度があるので文句を言えないですが、高級ホテルとしてはあってはならないミスだったと思います。

部屋も綺麗で、朝食も贅沢でした。 場所がわかりにくいですが、タクシーで行くなら特に問題にはならないと思います。

トレドの中心に位置しており、どこに行くにも便利な立地です。

Quiet and clean area

WEBでの予約時は、「フォンテクルツ トレド」というホテル名だったものが、出発前直前に、「ウジェニー ド モンティジョ オートグラフ コレクション」というホテル名での確認メールが来て、不安になりました。 現地で確認したところ、「ウジェニー ド ・・・」の方が現在の名称のようですが、名称の変更がいつあったのはわからないままでした。予約ＨＰでは最新の状況を反映しておいていただきたい。

フロント横に常にレモン水、りんご、などが置いてあって、ロビーでくつろげる。城壁の中は全て歩いていける絶好の場所。駐車場も40〜50mの所で一晩18€強。城壁の中の道は極めて細いので、レンタカーは小さい方が都合良い。

旧市街にあり知る人ぞ知るホテル。昔は五つ星⭐️だったらしい。世界遺産の中のホテルで便利。設備は少し古いが、中世の路地を走ったり、ご飯に行ったりには最高でした。

そこまで高くなかったのでよいですが、5つ星と言われると納得しにくいホテルです。 部屋ゆロビーは広いですが、バスルームに毛が残っていたりと、徹底された感じはありません。フロントのサービスもそこそこ。立地は少し中心地からは離れて静か目のところです。 5つ星として期待するのでなく、値段相応のホテル、と思った方が良いです。

娘と２人で宿泊。カセドラルに近い素敵なホテルでした。スタッフも感じ良くお洒落な印象。隣にあるスーパーは地元のお客さんが買い物するフレンドリーな店。お土産も買いました。

We had a nice room. The stuff was very competent and helpful. The lobby looked a bit stylish and cold.

Fabulous hotel in a converted palace formerly owned by Eugenie, the wife of Louis Napoleon, of the Second French Empire. Restaurant dinners were somewhat limited in choice but excellently prepared. Fantastic location. Just remember Toledo is very hilly.

Great hotel!

The staff were wonderful! We loved the lobby and our room. We were able to use the internet just fine even if I wouldn’t call it fast. We didn’t eat the breakfast - we were somewhat disappointed in the dinner - didn’t match the level of all the reviews we read. We were extremely disappointed in the cheesecake and ended up leaving it after two bites. That part was too bad because everything else about our stay was top notch.

This hotel is centrally located in Toledo. Just a short walk to the main square and the cathedral. (Mind the fact that Toledo is hilly with cobblestone streets.) Parking in a parking garage is within walking distance; however, pulling your suitcase on the cobblestone street is not ideal, but I think hotel staff is willing to help with that (we just didn’t take them up on it). Reception was very helpful with tapas restaurant referrals, a Manchego and wine tasting, and recommended an excellent cheesecake shop!
