Hotel masificado, muy limpio y cuidado pero abarrotado de gente. El parking a 16 euros, te asignan plaza pero la gente entra sin pagar y te la ocupan, y responsabilidad cero, una disculpa y andando. Personal muy amable e instalaciones en perfecto estado. Las hamacas con toallas sin gente, vamos, un estrés de sitio, yo no volveré

Para mi me falto animación e entretenimiento sin duda alguna y las bañeras de las estancias se salen el agua, falta mamparas, socorristas en piscina deberían tener turno y no cerrar en el medio día.

My stay at ZT Peñiscola was just ok. The grounds were very nice but that’s all i can say. The staff has an attitude. The buffet is by assigned times. I was given a specific buffet with a very specific time, with about 200 other guests. We all had to lined up in order to get in for dinner. Of all the resorts i have ever been to, i was never given an assigned time slot. Usually buffets are open 2-3 hours per meal and you go as you wish. The food selection was minimal and average at best. Most of the time it was lukewarm. The pool and jacuzzi are not heated, so that was also a downside. To be honest, not sure i would return to this resort.

Positiv sehr netter Empfang, wenngleich der checkin unverhältnismäßig lang gedauert hat Tolles Zimmer Negativ das Restaurant erinnert durch Lautstärke, null Ambiente und Enge an eine Kantine noch NIE habe ich derart unhöfliche Bedienung erfahrbaren das Essen ist NICHT adäquat zum Gesamtniveau des Hotels

Tolle Lage am Strand, große Zimmer mit schönem Ausblick. Sehr nettes Personal. Leider eine große Unruhe am Frühstücksbuffet und die Speisen waren nicht sehr lecker. Für Autofahrer: die Tiefgarage gibt es, jedoch ist sie sehr, sehr eng.

Nice hotel.The only thing that let it down was the reception staff...plenty of staff but very slow in attending to customers. Should have a tips box in dining rooms as staff are excellent

El hotel esta ok en comodidad y espacio El Servicio pesimo y el desayuno grave la comida fria y no habia ni huevo o revoltillo Esta en un lugar oscuro y hasta da miedo llegar !! Decidimos no salir a comer y fuimos al buffet lo encontre super caro $ 60.00 y los refrescos aparte por 6.00 más o menos por dos adultos la comida demasiado decepcionante, nada de frutas y de postre calabaza asada!! La verdad no es Recomendado excepto para personas mayor de 80 Años ya que tienen bingo en la recepcion !!

The hotel is truly steps from the beach! The views from the hotel were unbelievable and I loved spending time on my balcony watching the waves. The pool was large and had a lot of chairs each day. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and was delicious. I also tried the spa while there and had a great experience. The hotel was walkable to quite a few restaurants as well.

Stayed 2 nights and my experience was wonderful. The property is kept in a great condition, the view from a balcony to the sea and the surrondings was fantastic. Breakfast was great as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. So i am extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

El Hotel e muy grande, tiene pocas hamacas en la piscina unas 300 para 2000 huéspedes por lo que resulta misión imposible reservar una,Mucha gente para el comedor y aunque hay 3 turnos y varios resaturantes falta personal en cocina y camareros para tanta gente,Aunque la comida está buena la hora de las comidas son caóticas los camareros tienen mucho trabajo y tardan un poco en tomar nota de la bebida, las bandejas del buffet se terminan muy rápido y en cocina no dan abasto- Instalaciones muy bien conservadas, alejado del centro de Peñíscola y el SPa muy bueno.

El personal de comerdor de diez y la comida muy bien yo q soy celiaca han tenido un cuidado de diez y trato espectacular y las camas bien , lo q no me ha parecido Esq el gimnasio lo cobren
