This hotel is a gem in the historical town of Granada. The core of the building is a classic construction, but inside of the hotel is renovated in a very stylish way. I enjoyed very much the combination of its historical atmosphere and modern amenity—you can see and touch the building stones on the floor and the walls, the brick walls of the shower space reminded me of old Roman days, and at the middle of the lobby atrium you find a fountain! Located at the center of the town and on a popular tapas restaurant row, it was very convenient place to go to pretty much everywhere in the city (Hotel Navas on the same street is a different property!). Staffs were super-friendly and always available. The breakfast was a modest and typical continental style with reasonable selections. Housekeeping was very well done, and the wifi connection was good too.

We stayed 4 nights. When we booked we didn't realise how big Semana Santa (Holy Week) was in Spain, and the hotel is situated right in the thick of it all, with nightly processions coming down the calle which we had a great view of from our hotel window on the 2nd floor. The room was clean and spacious, with a sofa, armchair, coffee table and desk. The bathroom too. Unfortunately the bar fridge was in the cupboard and perhaps it wasn't ventilated well nothing in the fridge was ever cold. Also the air con didn't work but we could open the windows and get some fresh air through. The reception was friendly and helpful. Location-wise we could walk to everything, although took a bus to Alhambra as it is a very steep walk uphill. Good restaurants close by, a supermarket (Carrefour) just a few minutes away, and a laundromat (Speed Queen) where we did our washing was just around the corner.

Aparecía en el condicionado que había aparcamiento en las instalaciones con restricción de altura, y que había otro aparcamiento fuera de las instalaciones por 17,5€. El de las instalaciones resultó no existir. Lo comento y me dicen que ciertamente daba a confusión. Ahora está modificado y yo me he comido algo que no hubiese contratado de saberlo.

Enjoyed our two-day stay in a Superior Double Room. Spacious and elegant. Parking 5 minutes away in parkade on Angel Ganivet (very tight). Helpful front desk staff.

Svært sentralt til både Al Hambra, handel og spisesteder. Har gått til alt til fots. Lite og ordentlig hotell.

The rustic charm of this place and friendly staff would normally make this a better score but the property has paper thin walls, is in a noisy area (partly because of construction work) and the bathroom did have slight sewage odour despite the valiant efforts of the housekeeping staff. I would not rule this out as an option however.

There is a good museum at end of street - free on Sunday - shops and restaurants are close. Bar and building renovation noise not so good, as well as other hotel guests above. There is not a lot the hotel can do about that though. Staff super friendly and helpful! Small and yet very comfy and lovely home like feeling.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location - absolutely perfect. The public parking garage associated with the hotel is about a block away and would be challenging to navigate with anything larger than the midsize SUV that we had - it has plenty of spaces, particularly two levels down, but it's really tight.

Bel hôtel ..décoration romantique...mais peu insonorisé tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur...(très bruyant) ...difficilement accessible lorsqu'on arrive en voiture...parking à proximité mais difficile à trouver surtout lorsqu'on ne parle pas la langue...(parcours du combattant !) 😄

Hotel con excelente relación calidad precio. Muy céntrico y a la vez tranquilo. En un precioso antiguo palacio. Cama muy cómoda. Personal atento y servicial. Desayuno bueno y abundante, con zumo de naranja natural y fruta cortada variada. Si regreso a Granada volvería a él sin dudarlo.

Gem of a property with a fantastic selection of tapas bars just outside the doors.Patron noise goes well into the early morning but that’s to be expected! True superstars are the hotels staff who are extremely professional, warm and accommodating.

chambre 3 à éviter au RDC bruits de la rue jusqu à 2h du matin. je bruit des canalisations des chambres du dessus jusqu à 3h du matin (WC douche) chambre très sombre contrairement aux photos du site et cerise sur le gâteau lors de notre arrivée nous demandons pour le petit déjeuner on nous répond que c est complet ! donc petit déjeuner à l extérieur.. pour un palaccio c est inadmissible. le site indique parking à disposition. merci c est faux il se garer dans un parking public pour info arrivée à 18h.. prestations incompatible avec le tarif pratiqué compte tenu du nombre d heures ou nous avons pu dormir. dernier point la literie est dure...
