ホテルの方は皆さん、とてもフレンドリーで親切でした。素晴らしいホスピタリティに大満足です。 お部屋も広くて清潔で、とても快適でした。お湯は長く使うと温度が下がってしまうので、3人で使うのに少し工夫が必要でした。 一番気に入ったのは、テラスでの朝食です。好きなメニューが選べてどれも美味しかったです。特に、搾りたてのオレンジジュースとたくさんの種類のジャムが最高でした。 このホテルを選んでとても良かったです。

旧市街にあるので、島内を歩くには雰囲気が良くて便利なロケーション。レンタカーだったが、宿までの案内も適切で、有料だがガレージも使える。スタッフの気遣い、朝食もパーフェクト！

ドーモやバス停に近く、動きやすい。フレンドリーな従業員とのやりとりや、朝食の対応などとても楽しく過ごせました。

朝食がとてもおいしかった。いつも寝坊して時間ぎりぎりに朝食会場に行っていたが、スリランカ人のスタッフが優しく迎えてくれた。他のスタッフも基本的に親切だった。Ettoreというおじさんは英語も話せて、とても優しくて親切でした。夜にEttoreとフロントでおしゃべりしたのは、とてもいい思い出になりました。（全体的にイタリア風の接客ですが。「はっきり、はい、いいえ、と言いなさい！」と完全にイタリア語のスタッフに怒られました笑）1階の部屋でしたが、朝から夜遅くまで目の前の通りを多くの観光客が大声で歩きながら通るのが少し気になりました。窓を閉めればそんなに気になりませんが。

こちらに4泊しました。新市街からは離れているため駅やバス停からはタクシーの利用となります（10ユーロ）。でも、美味しいレストランや素敵なドーモ広場など見どころはすべてオルティージャ島に集まっているので、島の中心にあるアレトゥーザヴァカンツェはどこに行くのにもとても便利でした。お部屋もとても綺麗で毎日掃除がきちんと入っていましたし、ミニキッチンもついているのでメルカートで食材を買って簡単な食事を作ったりも出来ました。あとは、テラスでいただく朝食が素晴らしかったです。その場で絞ってくれるブラッドオレンジジュース、焼き立てのピスタチオクリーム入りクロワッサンなどとても美味しかったです。フロントスタッフ初めみんなが親切で優しく快適に過ごすことが出来ました。またシラクーサに行くときは絶対にアレトゥーザヴァカンツェに泊まります。

ホテルの場所はわかりにくいですが、立地は良くて海まで歩いてすぐです。朝食は屋上のテラスから景色を眺められ、その場で絞ったブラッドオレンジのジュースがいただけて大満足でした。

Room was very clean, comfy and felt like home. The family that ran the B&B was so kind and sweet. This is the place to stay if you are in Ortigia. It's a gem. The roof-top balcony gives you a breathe taking scene to look at while enjoying a simply yet delicious breakfast, which you can change daily. The Pistachio Croissants are delicious, I ate at least two each morning. You are feet from the water, restaurants and shops. If you are ever in need the family will help you in any way they can. I cannot state how kind they all are. They even printed out recommendations and offered to walk a couple to a place so they didn't get lost. A must stay if you are in Ortigia. We stayed for 4 days and would do it again. Love this B&B

Very good service and also very good breakfast

The b and b breakfast view was awesome and the breakfast tastes delicious. Staff is very helpful without them we wouldn’t be able to get our car. Overall a really worth stay.

Underbart boende i två Nätter. Nära till allt och väldigt god frukost. Resturangen precis utanför dörren åt vi på två kvällar och var det bästa vi åt. Super trevlig personal på boende och restaurang

Amazing family owned place

The hotel was in a fabulous area, walkable to everything. The family run hotel treated all guests as if they were the only ones there, providing personalized care. The breakfast was fantastic and the homemade jam was delicious! We would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Even though we had booked two weeks at a beach resort in Giardini-Naxos we still opted to come here for an overnight stay to get more from our visit to Ortigia/Siracusa than you can from just a day trip. Perfectly situated, close to everything and still on a nice and calm enough street. Best breakfast that we had in our two weeks in Sicily. Everybodys' reviews speak of the jams but really, you NEED to try them! Great host with good English, but still enough patience to also let me practise my Italian. Highly recommended and we'd gladly come back if we come to Ortigia again! /Jessie and Åke from Sweden
