中心街まで徒歩で数分。ツアーなどのボート乗り場にも近く便利な立地。部屋は広く、シャワーもよかった。 自身は使わなかったが、ベランダもあり、過ごしやすそうだった。

始めてのスプリット滞在でしたが、プリントアウトした地図で何とか場所は分かりましたが、少し分かりづらい場所です。がロケーションは良く市街へのアクセスは最高ですぐに出かけることが出来ます。長距離バスステーションにも近く便利です。部屋は必要最小限ですが、値段からすればこの程度では無いでしょうか。満足しています。

The owner was Kind. Everything was close. it wasn't too loud or anything. Via whatsupp we got taxis and all the information we needed during our stay.

Well, I turned up at the hotel shortly before 11pm after an evening flight, and I found that the accommodation was overbooked. This was slightly annoying, but to be fair, I was provided with alternative accommodation. The first night I spent in an apartment with a room with two beds and there was a bathroom. I was just glad to have a room to get some sleep. The following day, I spent time in a different place. This time the room was more spacious and there was a fridge and cooker there. I did not stay at the booked accommodation, but to be fair, I was provided with alternative accommodation at no extra cost to me.

Great experience! Location was perfect for exploring Split. And air con was very welcomed given the high temperatures

Couldnt find apartment. No name displayed just a number. Poor equipment for self catering but only stayed 1 night. Lots of bars and restaurants. Right on harbour. Perfect for our overnight stay.

Hotell ligger mycket bra centralt. Bra och prisvärt boende för den större familjen. Svårare med parkering. Otrevlig och stressad ägare till hotellet.

Lovely place, great location, had a great time, well looked after. We had a couple of minor issues but they were sorted within minutes. Very quiet place. 2 minutes nearest bar with great views, lots of restaurants within 10 minutes. Gardens lovely and relaxing.

Stay with friends

Poor welcome by the host, just told us the WiFi password and gave the keys, no explanations or suggestions about Split or the complex at all. Poor equipped kitchen, just two pieces of cutlery and two plates, no amenities, take with you your own soap. Deceiving because you can find better places at this price.

Sehr schönes Gartenappartement, kurzer Fußweg zur Altstadt.

Absolutely perfect location, minutes from the Riva promenade and easy to also get up the hill to viewpoint and to the beaches. Facilities a bit basic but we cannot fault for the price paid and there was lots is space, so better than a small hotel room. Staff Nikola was very helpful arranging transfers - as quiet season we were also able to check in early and out late, which was so appreciated especially with two kids! Overall we had a fantastic little break 👌

Wonderful location. Parking a hassle. Nikola was very gracious and offered to help with parking and carried our luggage.
