The room was not big but OK from a Japanese perspective. Nice view from the hotel room and very convenient area. The staffs were nice and friendly too. I will stay again for my next Paris trip.

ノートルダム寺院から近く、とても便利なところにあります。 今回、最初は夫婦二人、翌日からこどもと合流するため追加したいというリクエストをしたのですが、親切に対応してもらえなかった。 口コミにあるようなスタッフに出会えなかっただけかもしれませんし、こちらの語学力の問題も大きかったかもしれませんし、結果的にはBestではなくてもBetterな対応をしてくれたのでいいホテルだと思います。

サービスも接客も場所も最高でした。

部屋に小さなガーデンがあり、ノートルダム大聖堂が見えました♪

4歳の子供、夫婦、母親の4人で泊まりました。 受付の方とても感じが良くて日本語で「こんにちは」と挨拶してくれた方もいました。 14時からのチェックインでしたが荷物預けのために10:30頃伺うとあと20分で入れるとのことで待たせてもらいました。 お部屋の掃除きちんと綺麗でした。お風呂の栓が少しかたく母にはあっていなかったようです。 次の日の朝、近くのパン屋へ。戻って朝食を食べるコーナーにいた方にコーヒーを頼むと1つ3ユーロでした。チェックアウト時支払い。 ベッドや引き出し等部屋に入った時にベッドバグがいないか確認しましたが特にそれらしきものは見られなかったです。しかし朝、服を入れていないタンスを開けると壁の隙間に逃げる虫がいました。その1匹しか確認できていませんが、退治しました。ベッドとタンスの隙間はないので大丈夫だったのかもしれません。ドライヤーは洗面所で使う長さなので届かず。今後注意が必要ですね。 総じて綺麗だったので1泊であればロケーションがよく、周辺を散歩でも楽しいです。

長期のヨーロッパ旅の前半後半2回に分けて利用させていただきました。部屋の快適さに加えてフロントスタッフの対応がどなたもとても親切で助けられました。モーニングも思いの外美味しく、また利用したいです。

総合的にとてもコスパのよい気持ちの良いホテルです。ノートルダムの側で駅が近くどこへ出るにも便利。フロントの方達もとても親切です。追加でつけた朝食も焼きたてクロワッサンが美味しく、満足でした。また利用したいです。

シャルル・ド・ゴール空港着、朝4時半の便でパリ入りして、早朝でも営業しているカフェで少し仕事をしてから、とりあえず荷物を預かってもらおうと８時少し過ぎにホテルに行きました。いくつかの言葉のやりとりの後に「チェックインが午後２時なのは知ってるから、その頃に戻るね」と伝えると、「あなた、10時頃に戻れる？　それまでにお部屋に案内できるように準備するわ」と……。ひとつ用事をすませて10時半少し前にホテルに戻り、４時間も早く部屋に入れていただくことができました。いい人に当たったのだなと思っていたら、スタッフさんの全てが、そんなふうに客の立場でモノゴトを考えてくださる方でした。エクストラのコストを要求されることもありませんでした。ゴージャスなホテルではありませんが、客をもてなす姿勢は一流だと思います。素晴らしい！　これからのパリの定宿が決まった、という気分です。

場所がよく、ｽﾀｯﾌも親切でした

ノートルダム大聖堂から徒歩数分、RER駅も至近で立地最高。パリのプチホテルとしては部屋は快適で良い。ミニバー付。スタッフも親切、ロビーの雰囲気も良い。オプションの朝食はパリの他のプチホテルに比べて品数が少ないのが残念でした。しかし、朝食は一回だけホテルで食べてあとは周りのカフェなどたくさんあるので何も困らなかったです。ここに泊まればサンジェルマン界隈やセーヌ川、マレ地区、ちょっと遠いがオペラ方面もなんとか徒歩圏内。またパリ泊の時は泊まりたいです。もちろん朝食は無しで。

立地・サービスは良い。バスタブ付きと聞いていたがシャワーしかなかったのが残念。

小さなホテルですがフロントスタッフの対応が非常に良く、すべてのリクエストに親身に答えてくれました。安心して泊まれるホテルです。

今回は１泊だけの短い滞在でほとんど観光できなかったので、またパリに行く機会があればまたここに泊まって、あちこち徒歩で観光してみたいです。

Very charming hotel conveniently located . I also enjoyed dining at Ostra, just across the street practically. My room was small, but immaculate.

Cozy room in a great central location, close to the Seine river, a few minutes walk to the Notre Dame, 20 min walk to the Louvre and a bit more to d’Orsay The room was clean, on the small side if you’re used with US hotel rooms. It had a mini fridge and a tea pot, but there is no coffee maker. The only issue we had with the room was the lack of AC despite being listed in the rooms description. We thought that maybe our room controller wasn’t working, but we were told at the reception that AC wasn’t been turned on yet for the building and we’re kind of out of luck for being a warmer weather than usual for this time of the year. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and it would have been a 5 stars if AC was working.

Great location for walking distance to Notre Dame, the Siene, and the Louvre. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The best thing about this hotel is its convenient location, in the Latin Quarter just a couple blocks from Notre Dame and even less distance from the RER (train) station bringing you from CDG airport. There are numerous restaurants within a couple blocks, and a small market just outside the door (fresh berries!). Despite that central location, it is incredibly quiet -- we heard no traffic, just the occasional siren from the local police, who seem extra fond of their sirens. While the room and bathroom were both pretty spacious by European standards, the carpet was stained and the amenities were not commensurate with a 3-star hotel: we were issued 2 tiny slivers of soap (see photo) and a shower-mounted bottle of "shampoo". When we asked for additional soap (to wash our hands in the sink), the woman receptionist objected that we could use that shower shampoo as body soap. How expensive can that tiny bar of soap be?!? On the other hand, the towel warmers were a nice touch, and there were 2 closets on either side of the bed. The night receptionist was FAR more helpful, giving us tips on how to get to the airport, particularly a well-hidden elevator to the RER station (we had big bags and there's no escalator!). We chose to get breakfast at one of the nearby restaurants rather than the hotel's breakfast. Surprisingly, there's a paucity of nearby bakeries that are open before 10 am! In Paris?!? Sacre bleu!!
