ホテル備品が不十分 部屋が期待してた洞窟のイメージでなく普通だった スタッフ窓口が常駐してなかった

ホテル自体は普通。 朝食付きだったが、翌朝早く出発したので、食べられず残念だった。 マテーラの街自体が複雑で、行き帰りはタクシーを依頼した。タクシー降り場から、ホテルまでスーツケースを持ち上げながら石畳を上がらなければならないので、大変だった。 ホテルはタクシー乗り場のそばで、レストランもあり、街の散策の拠点としても立地は良かったと思う。24時間オープンの自販機がそばにあり、水など購入できて助かった。 マテーラの街の夜景が幻想的で素敵だった。

洞窟住居のホテルでしたが、天井も高く、設備も充実していました。バスタブがあったのがよかったです。 ヴィットリオ･ヴェネト広場からは徒歩20分ぐらいかかりますが、サッソ･カヴェオーソ地区の真ん中にあり、マテーラを満喫できました。

ホテルの人もとても親切でおすすめのお店もおいしかったです。部屋はとても幻想的で素敵でした。機会があればまた泊まりたいです。

一緒に泊まった家族もホテルのロケーションや設備に満足していました。

フロントのおじさんが無愛想で横柄な態度。始めに案内された部屋は他の人の連泊中の部屋だった。自分の部屋も同じことをされていると思うと怖すぎる。 翌日遠くの遺跡の見学ツアーを予約していたが、フロントの女がタクシー手配の伝え間違いで違う場所へ連れていかれて間に合わなかった。一言の謝罪もなし。 時間が来ると勝手に部屋を開けて掃除をはじめる。少し貴重品を出しっぱなしで外出したら、部屋の鍵が開いていてビックリした。 いままで泊まったホテルの中で最低。

念願のサッシの中に泊まりました。 マテーラにはアルベロベッロからタクシーで。 カヴェオソホテルは立地もいいのですぐにわかると思います。 マテーラは英語がほとんど通じません。 ホテルのスタッフはちょっと愛想のない感じでしたが、話すこともそんなないのでまぁいっか。 サッシの中では自然と上から粉が。笑 洞窟だから仕方ないと思いました。 サッシの中に泊まれて、綺麗で、カヴェオソホテルオススメです！

バスでマテーラ入りしてバス乗り場からタクシーで5分ほどの距離です。 ホテル向かう途中sassiを眺めて幸せ気分。こちらに2泊しました。 バスタブがあり洞窟仕様でテンションあがりまくり。マテーラでお風呂に入れるとは思いませんでした。 近くにリストランテやバル、パニーニのお店があり食には困らないロケーションです。 私は近くにランドリー見つけたので溜まった洗濯もできたし、ゆっくりのんびりリフレッシュさせて頂きました。 朝食もパンが豊富でマテーラのパンがおいしかったです。 他の方はニオイが気になるとかありましたが、私個人は全く気になりませんでした。 おそらくオーナーさんかと思いますがとても親切にしていただいて感謝です。

マテーラの谷斜面に立地するホテルで、立地は良かった。予約した部屋は洞窟のイメージは無かったので、高くても別の洞窟ホテルに宿泊すれば良かったと思いました。 早朝出発で朝食を取らなかったので、サービスについては不明。

マテラでの洞窟ホテルをとても楽しみにしていました。このホテルのホームページを見たところ、内装が洞窟のような部屋が限られており他は普通のホテルのようでした。 そこで、滞在の数ヵ月前にその洞窟らしい部屋をあててもらうようリクエストメールを書いて送り、ホテルからOKの返信をもらいました。 しかし、着いてみると全く違う部屋があてがわれており、期待した洞窟感が全く得られずとても残念でした。 それ以外は、フロントのスタッフが英語を喋れなかった点を除いて満足いくホテルだったのですが、、、 残念です。 We were really looking forward to staying at a cave hotel in Matera. And I checked this hotel through internet to find only a few rooms are cave-like. That's why I sent a request e-mail to this hotel months ahead of our stay in order to ensure that we can stay at the cave-like room. However I got the mail confirming our stay in the room from this hotel, when we arrived there, we were led to stay in the other normal hotel room. There is no doubt that it disappointed us so much. I tried to change our room but the man at the front desk couldn't speak English, so I couldn't manage it. The other points were not so bad about this hotel, but my Honey moon was degraded.

サッシに泊まれ，中は非常にきれいでホテル自体は非常によかったです．ただ，受付のスタッフが非常に無愛想で，面倒くさそうに仕事をしていること，近くの駐車場が一杯で，まず指示された駐車場が非常に遠い場所．与えられた地図を見ながら自分が見つけた近くの別の公共の駐車場を指摘すると，まあそこでもいいといういい加減な返事．この2点が印象をぐっと悪くしてしまいました．

Mixed feelings on the value of the cave experience. Maybe not for the pocketbook but you gotta try some things at least once in life

Great location. Accesible several ways, stair way, or flat street. Kind people. Good recomemdations. Spacious room.

Hotel muito bom e com localização excelente

Right in the heart of the historical city of Matera you will find Cavoso Hotel. We stayed in one of the cave rooms which was much more airy and larger than I expected. The room had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. The hotel gives you a choice of breakfast in your room or the dining area. We tried both and enjoyed the variety. The view from the hotel is simply stunning with an incredible view of one of the famous stone churches on the hill. All the staff at Hotel Caveoso were helpful and had wonderful tips for dining and touring options. Everything we wanted to see in Matera was within walking distance from the hotel. Overall a wonderful stay.

Super cool location. The cave rooms were different and breakfast was very complete with many options. Unique place to stay and will definitely make lasting memories

We made the wrong decision how to get to the property as the instructions about “no steps” is confusing in the English translation. The bed is extremely firm, but I personally liked it, while it was too hard for my wife. Staff who checked us in deserves five stars! Pleasant, efficient, professional, and gave an awesome recommendation for dinner! When leaving, an event was happening in the city with many streets closed in pouring rain. It made it extremely difficult to get back to our car. We had to drag our bags uphill to the parking garage. Kind of soured our experience with this property.

Great quiet location back a street from action. Lovely little hotel, very friendly helpful staff. If you are arriving by car get the hotel to prebook parking with Damascus parking. The shuttle to the hotel is worth every penny. We stayed in room 3. My only complaint would be regarding the bath. It is tired and needs to be refreshed. There is a mold issue around the tub that needs to be addressed. Also the silver on the mirror has worn off in places.

Located in the Sassi, excellent location.
