旦那様と奥様で経営されているアットホームなお宿です。奥様が日本人ということがあり、我々日本人にとっては、全ての面で不自由なく過ごすことが出来ました。大変感謝しております。朝食の時は他のお客様（フランス人、イギリス人、アメリカ人が多い気がした）と明るくコミュニケーションがとれ、とっても楽しい滞在となりました。また、島の情報だけでなく、観光も色々と案内して頂け、とても参考になりました。また、奥様ご自身でお手入れされているご自慢のお庭のお花、御主人ご自慢のプールも素敵です。海は見えませんが、充分癒されます。（ビーチまでは歩いて5分ですので。）お部屋は白、青を基調とした明るい感じです。決してゴージャスではなく、日本のペンションのような感じです。 イアやフィラと違い、この地域ぺリッサは忙しくなくのんびりと黒砂の広いビーチで過ごす所なので、違ったサントリーニ島の雰囲気を味わえると思います。 船乗りでもあった御主人は、明るく楽しく穏やかな優しい方です。お二人には次にまた訪れることを約束し、この島を後にしました。特に初めてギリシャ、サントリーニ、ぺリッサに行く人にはお勧めです。

1人で２泊とまりました。 静かで白とブルー調の部屋に、バルコニー付きで大満足です。 本当に居心地の良いホテルで、ミコノス島に行くのをやめてここで１週間くらい滞在したかったほどです。 ギリシャ人と日本人の夫婦で経営されていて２人ともとてもフレンドリーで、滞在中のアドバイスを色々頂けました。 サントリーニ島が大好きになりました！今度はもっとゆっくり泊まりに行きたいです。 1人でもカップルでも友だち同士でもお勧め。

まさかこんなに「当たり」なホテルに出会えるとは・・・・本当にラッキーでした。　今まで色んなホテルに滞在しましたが、一番コストパフォーマンスの良いホテルでした。お部屋はとても清潔で、細部に掃除が行き届いてます。ベットもとても快適。毎日ぐっすり熟睡しすぎて寝坊ばかりしてしまった（汗）そしてオーナー夫婦のホスピタリティには感謝の一言！ここのオーナーの奥様は日本人の方ですので日本語でいっぱいサントリーニ島の見どころを教えていただきました。旦那様は元大型客船のキャプテンだった方。お二人ともとても素敵な方ですよ。朝食は毎朝パン、コーヒー、フルーツ、ヨーグルト、パウンドケーキがでます。とても美味しいです。またインターネットもお部屋でサクサク使えます。全てにおいて快適で帰りたくなくなるホテルです。帰りは同じ飛行機でアテネまで行くイギリス人の方と一緒に空港まで帰りましたが、彼女たちもここのホテルを絶賛してました。私もまた絶対近いうちにまたお世話になるつもりです。

What a gem in the heart of Perissa! Hiroko and Spiros were so welcoming, it felt like I was walking into my family’s home. The villa was immaculate, it looked and felt like it was just opened. The room was spotless and unlike other villas I stayed at on the island the bathroom was mold and mildew free. It’s centrally located to bus stops, bakeries, cafes, good food and the beach. If you feel like exploring other villages near by it’s a quick scenic walk to Empereio, which is a magical little village filled with friendly locals and hidden spots to eat. I absolutely loved staying at Spiros & Hiroko.

Our hosts were so lovely, welcoming and helpful. Beautiful hotel in an amazing location. Highly recommend visiting! Thank you for having us!

Supernette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, schönes Zimmer, Hotel und Garten/Poolanlage, gute Lage neben der Bushaltestelle. Ich würde sofort wieder dort buchen.

This hotel is absolutely perfect for couples or solo travellers in Santorini. The hosts, Spiros and Hiroko, go above and beyond to help you during your stay whether it’s advice on buses or day trips, recommendations for restaurants etc and are just generally lovely to chat with. The hotel itself is lovely and the pool is perfect, relaxing and quiet but plenty big enough for lots of people to enjoy at once. The room was spacious and clean. The location is fab - 5 minute walk from the beach, surrounded by bars and restaurants, super close to a mini market and a bus stop literally next door which takes you directly into Thira or Oia or anywhere else across the island. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and I only wish my own stay was for longer!

Wonderful couple who take care of you like their own. Very clean and they will help you with any issues/concerns, not only around Perissa but as well in getting to Fira. I would stay here again!

They had so many amazing suggestions and they were wonderful people. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. For example, prior to renting a car, they made sure we had the cheapest cabs possible by calling people they knew.

Tout était parfait Commençant par la gentillesse et la bienveillance de Spiros et Hiroko, ils ont même appris quelques mots en français pour bien vous accueillir L’hôtel est très propre et très bien situé à quelques minutes de la plage de Perissa (plage noire une des plus belle de Santorin) et du centre ville Un arrêt de bus est à 2 pas de l’hôtel très pratique pour visiter L’Île sinon vous avez pleins de loueurs de voitures quad scooters à 2 pas de l’hôtel L’hôtel dispose d’une très belle piscine avec transats La connexion Wifi est top dans cet hotel Le petit déjeuné est très varié et délicieux et Hiroko sera toujours la pour vous que rien ne puisse vous manquer Le rapport qualité prix est excellent Je vous recommande cet hôtel et je suis sur que je reviendrai Merci à Spiros et Hiroko

Un hôtel qui mérite réellement plus que 2 étoiles pour ce qu’il est. C’est la pépite de l’île. Un arrêt de bus à moins de 1 min de l’hôtel, la plage est à même pas 5 min à pied, un jardin, des chambre, une vue, et une piscine exactement pareille que sur les photos. Les propriétaires sont des amours qui sont à l’écoute de nos demandes et qui nous conseillent sur les activités de l’île. Un service de nettoyage incroyable ! J’ai vraiment passé des magnifiques vacances merci pour tout !

I am positively surprised about how high quality service has this small, cosy hotel for adults. Hosts are really nice, warm and helpful people. Rooms are fine, clean with day to day service. Location is excellent- close to good restaurants, 5-7 min walk to the beach and just few meters from bus stop which takes you everywhere. Totally would recommend! PS. This small hotel has own pool and even jacuzzi!

Spiros & his beautiful wife are excellent hosts. They were welcoming, helpful and informative throughout my stay. They were very covid safe and made sure as a solo female traveller, I knew the best spots to eat, the safest and most appropriate ways to travel and the most interesting places to see. My room was just right and over looked the pool. I was able to write, relax and enjoy my retreat.
