町の中心街に近く、観光するにはとても便利なロケーションです。 駐車場は、厳重な扉で管理され安心です。しかし、かなり狭いので、駐車するのは難しいのが難点でした。

reasonable price for comfortable stay

Me dieron una habitación que estaba separada de la otra por una puerta con doble cierre y, a través de ella, se oía todo lo que decían los inquilinos de la habitación contigua. Muy desagradable, porque estuvieron de fiesta hasta las tantas de la noche. No protesté porque al día siguiente madrugaba… Mi Sugerencia es que coloquen DOBLE puerta en la separación de dos habitaciones contiguas.

Les chambres pour 4 sont grandes mais idéal pour des petits enfants car l’un des lits est un lit d’appoint petit. Le petit déjeuner est sommaire.la partie spa n’est pas ouverte toute la semaine. Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas idéal.

Tired hotel. Restaurant area was dead even at 8pm.. we weren't even sure whether it was open. Ended up ordering Uber Eats.

Hotel is beautiful and clean, room is big and comfortable. We booked this hotel because the inside swimming pool, but we have to pay for 12 euros for inly one hour.

Wunderschönes, großes Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück, genug Parkplätze vorhanden.

Plenty of easy access parking. 25 mins walk to the Aquaduct along good footpaths. Shower cubicles were huge, super hot water.

Expedia let us down...searched for hotel with indoor pool. Candido has one, but inside the spa which is closed Monday-Tuesday. I searched for indoor pool for a Tuesday night stay. Expedia should not have shown the hotel. Though what hotel says they have a kid friendly pool and have it closed two days a week?

Un timo. Pagas un pastón por un hotel de 4 estrellas y tienes mobiliario desfasado y desgastado con rotos, manchas y desconchones. Paredes y techos sucios, polvo. Ni productos de cortesía, ni cafetera/tetera, ni agua, ni Google crome/Apple TV… Moqueta sucísima. Eso sí, de pago lo que quieras e incluso te piden una tarjeta de crédito en el checking por seguridad. No lo recomiendo. Tampoco han sido amables. Además tienes que moverte en coche porque está lejos. En la misma plaza mayor hay de 3 estrellas mucho mejor con un servicio encantador y todo nuevo y limpio.

Ni un pero, la localización que pudiera penalizar, pero es impensable que semejantes instalaciones puedan estar en el casco antiguo de Segovia

Good stay

Lovely hotel, great dinning and gorgeous spa. Nice option with an easy bus ride into town.

Hotel muy lindo, fuera el centro, aparcamiento fácil. Habitación bueno con acceso a terraza, amplio, Ducha y aseo separado en el baño. Restaurante con cena entradas muy buenos plato principal con variaciones de calidad, Precio alto en el restaurante.

Beautiful space

If you don’t have a car, this may not be the hotel for you cause it’s not close to the center of Segovia. You will need to spend lots of money on Uber or taxi. They have a swimming pool and paddle court. Kids enjoyed them. FYI, they need $20 deposit for pool towels and paddle/balls. We love the breakfast - lots of choices. Fresh fruit were great. Kitchen staff were all pleasant. I’m not sure if I can say the same with the receptionists however. I don’t usually rate the staff but the ladies behind that counter were not the most pleasant nor helpful. I stayed in 3 different hotels in this trip (Madrid and Valencia) and that’s why I’m spending time to rate the staff in this hotel. The staff on the other two hotels were pleasant, approachable, helpful and and they went above and beyond to make us comfortable and welcome. They were not stuck up which I’m afraid how I would describe the receptionists at Hotel Candido. We will be back in Segovia for the next four years but I doubt I will stay at this hotel again.
