部屋の広さ、きれいさ、朝食、フルーツ水、お菓子の提供(ロビー)、部屋での水提供サービス、全て最高でした。ホテルスタッフも、とても親切です。 オフシーズンだからか、４つ星ホテルとは思えないリーズナブル価格でした。 ミラノから少し離れてますが、電車もたくさん出ているので全然不便だと思いませんでした。 サロンノもこぎれなストリートで、次回、食事をするのもありかなと思いました。 サロンノの街並みもきれいで、

シャワーの排水が悪いので使ったあとは床がベタベタになりました。掃除の人大変だと思います。

1週間連泊しましたが、ホテルスタッフがとても親切で好印象でした。 少し古い設備も見受けられますが、部屋は綺麗で広く、朝食ビュッフェも非常に美味しく好印象です。 最寄駅のサロンノはマルペンサ空港やミラノ中心街へのアクセスが良く、ホテル周辺には商店がそれなりにあるので生活に困りません。

Room was scantily appointed but linens , floor , bathroom were all clean. Breakfast was okay.. nothing special but they did do cappuccinos and had done hot eggs .. rest was cold cuts, pastries , yogurt and nuts. Would’ve appreciated some proper shampoo and conditioner, and nice lotion and a dryer that wasn’t stuck to the wall and you could barely get in front of the mirror to use. Also would’ve appreciated a comfortable chair. Also my room was in front of a construction zone so you had to keep the windows basically closed in the blinds shut otherwise the working guys looking at you the whole time the staff at the front desk were wonderful and the location was good. I would’ve definitely recommended that they give their clients a map of the area with the important things because I ask where to go to find grocery store and she told me the name of the store and I googled it searched it and I had to go pretty far to find it, and meanwhile there was one I found at the last day I was I was in this town like literally 10 minutes from my place way closer and she never told me and it was a different name they didn’t go by carrefour it went by Market, but didn’t show up on my map search and I ended up walking too far for five bottles of water way past the train downstairs upstairs it was crazy. That I was not appreciative. this hotel worked for what I needed to do. And I didn’t know better and i would stay somewhere else.

객실 매우 깨끗하고 쾌적합이다. 화장실도 깨끗해요. 조식도 매우 만족스럽고 기차역도 멀지 않아 맘에 들어요 다음에 또 들르고 싶어요

We had another wonderful time at Hotel Cyrano in Salono. Hotel manager Marco was as warm and friendly as ever! We felt right at home the moment we stepped inside. This was our second stay, and we've had a wonderful time every time! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is plentiful and frequently refreshed. The hotel is easily accessible from the highway and features a two-level underground parking garage with ample and secure parking. This makes it an ideal choice for exploring Milan for a few days. great value for money, and we would definitely stay here again.

We’ve been 3 times before and the staff and hotel are amazing. Always look after the guests well and would recommend massively

Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno in questa struttura che già conosciamo per averci già ospitato. Cosa dire: personale gentile ed accogliente, camera pulita ed ordinata, colazione ottima ed abbondante, struttura ben posizionata e facilmente raggiungibile, garage x la vettura e, soprattutto, accolgono gratuitamente gli animali da compagnia che non è da tutte le strutture che abbiamo visitato. Our experience was excellent!All the hotel staff were smiling and helpful and eager to serve us and offer us a pleasant stay.The room was clean,tidy and always warm,with plenty of hot water at any time of the day.The breakfast was delicious,with good coffee and a variety of pastries.Also,the location of the hotel was extremely convenient,as well as the fact that it has an underground parking.This hotel respects every customer and it provides a good and pleasant stay.
