部屋の広さ、きれいさ、朝食、フルーツ水、お菓子の提供(ロビー)、部屋での水提供サービス、全て最高でした。ホテルスタッフも、とても親切です。 オフシーズンだからか、４つ星ホテルとは思えないリーズナブル価格でした。 ミラノから少し離れてますが、電車もたくさん出ているので全然不便だと思いませんでした。 サロンノもこぎれなストリートで、次回、食事をするのもありかなと思いました。 サロンノの街並みもきれいで、

シャワーの排水が悪いので使ったあとは床がベタベタになりました。掃除の人大変だと思います。

1週間連泊しましたが、ホテルスタッフがとても親切で好印象でした。 少し古い設備も見受けられますが、部屋は綺麗で広く、朝食ビュッフェも非常に美味しく好印象です。 最寄駅のサロンノはマルペンサ空港やミラノ中心街へのアクセスが良く、ホテル周辺には商店がそれなりにあるので生活に困りません。

Our stay at this property was pleasant. It’s an older building, as are lots of hotels in Italy, but our bathroom was updated and modern. The staff were friendly. The train station is within 10 minutes walking and it’s from 30-45 minutes by train to Milan. Around 4 or 5 in the morning, I could smell fresh bread baking! I’m not sure if the smell was coming from the hotel’s kitchen or a nearby bakery, but it was an amazing aroma!

The air conditioning in the room is too loud and does not cool the space effectively. Additionally, the room lacks adequate storage for luggage and does not include a desk or surface suitable for placing a laptop. The photos provided do not accurately reflect the actual conditions of the room. On a positive note, the bathroom and overall cleanliness are satisfactory. The breakfast was good, which is the main reason I rated the stay 2 stars instead of 1.

Le camere sono ampie e pulite, seppur un po’ datate. Buono il parcheggio privato, comodo e accessibile. Nota negativa: nonostante avessimo segnalato in anticipo la necessità di una colazione vegana, ci siamo trovati davanti a sole 5 brioche vegane, senza altre alternative come yogurt vegetali, frutta o cereali. Inoltre, la colazione a buffet non aveva indicazioni sugli alimenti, rendendo difficile orientarsi. Nel 2025, offrire opzioni vegane non dovrebbe essere un’eccezione ma una normalità. Essere vegani non significa essere “malati” o richiedere un trattamento speciale, ma semplicemente voler essere inclusi con rispetto. Un soggiorno che può migliorare molto con più attenzione all’inclusività.

Vi har ofte brugt hotellet på grund af den praktiske beliggenhed og gode parkeringsforhold. Derudover er personalet særdeles venlige og hjælpsomme og morgenmaden fantastisk.

Die Nacht war sehr laut, dafür hat das gute Frühstück entschädigt.

Het personeel van het hotel was heel aardig. Waar wij niet tevreden over waren, was de ligging. 's Avonds is het gevaarlijk om als dames buiten te lopen. Je wordt aangesproken, er wordt naar je getoeterd etc. Dit was op de weg van het treinstation naar het hotel. Daarnaast had de medewerker ons ook gewaarschuwd dat we niet tot laat buiten moeten zijn in de omgeving. Verder vonden we het hotel heel stoffig. Ook kwam er nauwelijks water uit de douchekop, wat er voor heeft gezorgd dat we heel lang deden over het douchen. In de omgeving is er blijkbaar een club en dit heeft voor erg veel herrie gezorgd. Die nacht hebben we ook niet kunnen slapen. Allerlei jongeren stonden voor het hotel en maakten erg veel geluid. Ook raceten ze met auto's langs het hotel. Ik zou niet weer naar dit hotel gaan.

Muy conveniente para una corta estadia

Everything was ok, but the kitchen lady was very stressed, and was overall noisy. Otherwise the staff was very polite and helpful. In the night there was noise outside our room in the hall.

Best alternative to crazy Milan, easy to get there by train from the airport, easy to continue to the center, moderate prices, fantastic breakfast, charming people and an excellent restaurant LaPerla in walking distance

It’s difficult to fault this hotel. It’s located within an easy walk from the train station and to the centre of town. Saronno is a lovely, quiet town. Breakfast was excellent with very good service and espresso coffee. I found the mattress to be a little hard, but otherwise a very comfortable stay.
